粘性流体が封入される流体室と、半径方向へ延び
る1または複数のベーン部を備え前記流体室にて
前記内側回転部材に一体回転可能に組付けられた
ロータとにより構成してなる駆動力伝達装置にお
いて、前記ロータのベーン部を前記流体室の外周
面に対して所定量離間する長さに形成するととも
