<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, all of these conventional wire drawing devices provide braking for wire drawing tension by winding the wire around a capstan or a shut-in drum. It is easy to damage relatively soft electric wires, and it is difficult to extend even though winding is not desirable, such as optical fiber cables. Also, the wires being stretched have different diameters, such as protectors, etc. There are parts that are difficult to bend or bend, or bumps for attaching overhead wire equipment, but there is room for improvement in that passing through such parts is troublesome, and it is essential to use the strength of the hands. There was also room for improvement in this respect.

<Means for Solving the Problems> As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the wire stretching apparatus according to the present invention uses a plurality of elastic rollers filled with compressed gas inside as rotating bodies for feeding out electric wires. The gist is that the electric wires are used in pairs, and that the electric wires can be freely held between the pair of elastic rollers.

<Function> In other words, the elasticity of the elastic roller makes the contact soft and the wire is fed out, so even relatively soft wires such as those made of aluminum are hardly damaged. Also, the elasticity of the elastic roller allows the wire to be fed out easily even on parts with different diameters. Moreover, it is also possible to extend wires such as optical fiber cables, which are undesirable to wind, extremely easily. Furthermore, since the electric wire is held between the pair of elastic rollers, it is possible to eliminate the need for manual force.

The elastic roller pairs 3 each have a predetermined braking force, and are arranged in series in the wire drawing direction (direction of arrow A) according to the wire drawing tension capacity required of the wire drawing device 1. However, this embodiment is an example in which four are provided.

The elastic roller pair 3 is connected to a series of gear groups (not shown).
It is connected to the first hydraulic actuating body 7 via a speed increaser 5 having a built-in speed increaser. Immediately, as the electric wire 4 is fed out, the rotation of the elastic roller 2 is increased in speed by the speed increaser 5 and transmitted to the first hydraulic actuating body 7, which causes the first hydraulic actuating body 7 to operate as a hydraulic pump. Braking is performed by controlling with a relief valve or the like provided on the high pressure side of the hydraulic circuit, and as a result, wire tension is applied to the electric wire 4. Conversely, by operating the second hydraulic actuating body 8 as a hydraulic pump and operating the first hydraulic actuating body 7 as a hydraulic motor, it is also possible to retract the electric wire 4 (in the direction of arrow B). moreover,
By operating the second hydraulic actuating body 8 as a hydraulic pump that discharges in the opposite direction to the above, and operating the first hydraulic actuating body 7 as a hydraulic motor that rotates in the opposite direction to the above, the feeding of the electric wire 4 is supported. It is also possible to deal with the case where the fixed resistance of the wire drawing device 1 is larger than the predetermined wire drawing tension.

In this embodiment, one first hydraulic actuator 7 collectively controls four pairs of elastic rollers 3, which means that each pair of elastic rollers 3 is synchronized when retracting the electric wire 4. It is of course possible to provide the first hydraulic actuating body 7 for each elastic roller pair 3 in consideration of making it easier to rotate.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a hydraulic cylinder, which is provided to rotate the three groups of elastic roller pairs together with the speed increaser 5 in the direction of arrow C to match the feeding angle of the electric wire 4. Reference numeral 11 denotes a guide roller for guiding the electric wire 4 into the elastic roller pair 3. 12 is

Therefore, in this wire drawing device 1, the elasticity of the elastic rollers 2 softens the contact with the electric wire 4, so that even relatively soft electric wires 4, such as those made of aluminum, can be fed out with a predetermined wire stretching tension without causing almost any damage. In addition, the elastic roller 2 can also flexibly respond to hard and difficult-to-fit parts such as different diameter parts of the electric wire 4 and protectors (not shown) due to its elasticity, so that it can easily pass through these parts. It will be possible to do this, and
This also makes it extremely easy to extend wires such as optical fiber cables where winding is not desirable.
Furthermore, since the electric wire 4 is held between the pair of elastic rollers 3, no force is required.

It goes without saying that the method of combining the plurality of elastic roller pairs 3 in the present invention is not limited to the series arrangement in the wire feeding direction used in the above embodiment. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the elastic material with a large coefficient of friction is not limited to rubber, and the compressed gas filled inside is not limited to air.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the wire drawing apparatus according to the present invention uses a plurality of pairs of elastic rollers, each of which is filled with compressed gas, as a rotary body for drawing out electric wires. Since the wires can be held freely by the rollers, the elasticity of the elastic rollers softens the contact with the wires, and has the excellent effect that even relatively soft wires such as those made of aluminum can be stretched without being damaged. ,
In addition, the elasticity of the elastic roller also has the excellent effect of allowing it to easily pass through sections with different diameters, and it is also extremely easy to extend wires that are unsuitable for winding, such as optical fiber cables. There is also an excellent effect, and in addition,
By holding the electric wire between the elastic rollers, there is also the excellent effect that it is possible to eliminate the need for manual force.
