Claims (1)

おり、 第1の便器カバー部材14を便器12後部に第
1の軸線の回りで上下位置間を回動自在に取付け
る蝶番組立体であつて、 該蝶番軸要素20は互いに関して固定され、同
方向に延在し、2つの該要素は便器後部に結合さ
れるようにされており;該要素の他の2つはカバ
ー部材の後部に結合されるようになされており;
それにより便器カバー部材の便器12への取付け
は蝶番軸要素を軸方向に沿つて対応する内孔内へ
挿入し、便器カバー部材を蝶番軸線の回りで便器
に対して回動させて、それにより要素を互いにロ
ツクさせることによりなされることを特徴とし、
その各蝶番軸要素20は、蝶番軸線に沿つてカバ
ー部材14の通常の組立位置において対応する蝶
番受入要素26へ挿入され、該通常の組立位置は
カバー部材14の上下位置間にあることを特徴と
する蝶番組立体。 2 便器後部に固定される基部18を有し、蝶番
軸要素20はどちらも基部上に相対的に動かない
よう固定され、また蝶番要素26は第1のカバー
部材14の後部部分に結合されることを更に特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の蝶番組立体。 3 基部18の対向する側端部に形成された、
各々内端から外端へ延在し第1の軸線よりも低い
高さにある第2の軸に沿つて同軸関係にある貫通
孔42を有する一対の蝶番ブロツク部分40と;
離間されて蝶番ブロツク部分40を挟持する、
各々内方に開いた第2の軸と整列する内孔55を
有する一対の耳54を後方に有し、またその際そ
れぞれの耳54と隣接のブロツク部分40との間
に予備空間50をも形成する第2のカバー部材1
6と;各々対応する貫通孔42の一に内端から外
端へ向かつて挿入される、少なくとも一つの半径
方向に突出する係止部60を有する一対の蝶番ピ
ン56とを有し;各係止部60は貫通孔42内で
は圧縮され、また予備空間50内では膨張してピ
ン56をその位置で保持し、またピンの外端は隣
接の耳54の内孔55内へ延在して第2のカバー
部材16を便器上に軸方向に保持することを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第2項記載の蝶番組立体。 4 予備空間50は係止部60を収容すべく基部
18中に形成されることを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第3項記載の蝶番組立体。 5 それぞれのピン56には係止部60の形成さ
れた部分にスロツト64が形成され、ピン56の
外端はスロツト64の外端を越えて延在してスロ
ツト64を閉塞することを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第3項記載の蝶番組立体。 6 各々蝶番軸線と整列される内孔を有する一対
の離間して形成された蝶番受入要素82と; 各々蝶番受入要素に対応し、各対応する蝶番受
入要素の内孔に軸方向に挿入される一対の蝶番軸
要素72,73と;よりなり、 該要素72,73;82及び内孔84はそれぞ
れの蝶番軸要素72,73及び対応する蝶番受入
要素82との間にキーとスロツトの形での結合を
可能にすべく形成されており; 第1の便器カバー部材80を便器後部に上下位
置の間でカバー部材の回動自在に取付ける蝶番組
立体であつて、 2つの該要素は便器後部に結合されるようにさ
れており;該要素の他の2つは該第1のカバー部
材80の後部に結合されるようにされており;少
なくとも一つの該要素73はキヤリツジ76に結
合され、該キヤリツジ76は蝶番軸線に沿つて該
要素72,73の一つが回転しないように摺動自
在であり; 第1のカバー部材80は蝶番軸要素72,73
を対応する蝶番受入要素82へ挿入し、カバー部
材を蝶番軸線の回りで回動させ、それにより蝶番

一対の耳93を有する第2のカバー部材92を含
み、各々の耳93は内方に開いた、また蝶番軸線
上に整列した内孔95を有し;また各々の蝶番軸
72,73は隣接の耳93の内孔95中へ延在し
て第2のカバー部材92を保持することを特徴と
する特許請求の範囲第7項記載の蝶番組立体。 9 各々の蝶番軸72,73は半径方向に延在す
