<Prior art> In recent years, instead of the conventional rod-shaped separator with a circular cross section, separators have been used to fix and hold formwork for concrete pouring in a fixed position, and have been inserted between the abutting end surfaces of adjacent formworks. A band-shaped separator was developed that had a flat plate-shaped locking part at its end that was removable using a U-clip or the like and was locked and fixed at the same time as the formwork was connected. The following disadvantages were found in the rod-shaped separator: (a) It was necessary to form a through hole in the concrete receiving surface of the formwork to insert the end of the rod-like separator; (b) Work that requires the connection of the rod-shaped separator to the formwork and the connection of adjacent formwork to be performed separately. It has now become possible to overcome sexual disadvantages.

However, in this band-shaped separator, when the formwork is dismantled after the poured concrete has hardened, the locking portions are exposed from the concrete surface, and even if this exposed portion is cut from its base, Conventionally, the cut surface of the separator had the disadvantage of being jagged and rusting, making it impossible to achieve a beautiful finish on the concrete surface. There is a device as described in Publication No. 55-44115.

As shown in FIG. 7, the above-mentioned device allows the end of the separator 25 to be inserted through the bottom plate 22 in order to form a recess in the concrete surface 14 at a location corresponding to the end of the strip separator 6 during concrete pouring. The recess forming member 21 has a truncated conical shape and has a reinforcing piece 24 erected in a direction transverse to the longitudinal center of the elongated through hole 23 and the longitudinal direction of the through hole 23. is inserted into the end of the separator 6, concrete is poured, and after the concrete hardens, the formwork is assembled, and the concrete 14 where the above-mentioned recess forming member 21 is removed is removed.
After cutting the end of the separator 6 in the recess formed in the recess, the recess was filled with a filler such as mortar to simultaneously perform rust prevention treatment on the end of the separator 6 and finishing the concrete surface. It is something.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the invention, the recess forming member 21 is a truncated circle whose diameter is larger in the direction in which it hits the concrete surface so that it can be easily removed from the end of the separator 6 after concrete is poured. Since it was cone-shaped, the recess formed also had a truncated conical shape that expanded outward, and when a recess of such a shape was filled with mortar for rust prevention, the mortar would dry out due to its permeability. As the separator progresses, the volume shrinks, creating a gap between the filled mortar and the concrete surrounding the recess, causing the filled mortar to fall off and the exposed cut surface of the separator to rust. ,
There was a problem that the appearance of the concrete surface became unsightly.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional example, the present invention improves the structure of the recess forming member described above, so that a concentric circle is formed on the inner wall surface around the recess formed on the concrete surface and filled with rust prevention mortar. To form a corrugation in the form of a corrugation, and to prevent the solidified mortar from getting caught in the corrugation and falling off even when it contracts, thereby surely achieving stable rust prevention at the end of a separator and surface finishing of concrete.

<Function> The present invention uses the above-mentioned means to insert the recess forming member 1 for filling the rust preventive material into the end portion 7 of the separator 6, and insert the opening edge of the recess forming member 1 into the concrete formworks 8, 8. The separator 6 is sandwiched between the concrete formworks 8 and 8' so as to press against the inner surface of the separator 6, and concrete is poured. After the concrete has hardened, the concrete formwork is removed, and the separator 6 end 7 is assembled. By removing the concave portion forming member 1, the end portion 7 of the separator 6 on the concrete surface is removed.
A recess 11 having corrugations 12, 12', . Even if the mortar 13 filled in the recess 11 as a rust preventive material solidifies and shrinks as it dries, it will be caught by the concave and convex portions of the concentric corrugations 12 and 12', preventing it from falling off the concrete surface. It will never become useless as a rusting material.

<Effect of the invention> With the above structure of the invention, corrugation-like unevenness is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the recess for filling the rust preventive material formed on the concrete surface, so that the rust preventive material filled in the recess is Since the mortar can be filled into an uneven shape that matches the shape of the recess,
Even if it dries and shrinks, it will not fall out of the recess even if it is caught in the corrugation-like unevenness and is subjected to external vibrations. Therefore, there is an advantage in that it is possible to prevent mortar from falling and forming a recess in the filled portion, or from rusting the ends of the separator in the recess, which would make the appearance of the poured concrete unsightly.

Furthermore, since the recess forming member of the present invention has a bellows-like wave structure, it can be brought into close contact with the inner surface of the concrete form even when the separator is not in a horizontal position but in an inclined position during the concrete form assembly stage. There are advantages.
