Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a smooth supply of a viscous liquid in predetermined amounts to a coating member such as a brush or a felt pen tip by providing bellows parts to supply a liquid to a liquid coating member by pumping a knock part adapted to press a tank part. CONSTITUTION:A cap 2 is removed and a knock part 6 is operated with an outer cylinder 1 held in a brush painting position to push the rear end of a tank part 3 which, in turn, presses bellows parts 9 to raise air pressure and liquid pressure in the tank 3, whereby a liquid can be supplied through the liquid supply hole 4a of a holder part 4 and a pipe 11 to a brush 5. At this time, the brush 5 is supplied with the liquid in a predetermined amount commen surate with a rise in the air and liquid pressure in the tank 3 corresponding to the knocking amount of the knock part 6. Therefore, the amount of the liquid supplied to the brush 5 can be regulated by adjusting the stroke amount or the number of knocking times of the knock part 6.

With such conventional liquid containers, the cap with the brush must be removed while checking and adjusting the amount of viscous liquid adhering to the brush each time it is used. The bristles of the brush must be folded into the viscous liquid by placing the cap over the container body, and the volatile viscous liquid adheres to the inside of the container mouth and the threaded part of the cap and hardens, causing the brush to dry. There were problems in that it was very difficult to use, such as the tip of the hair not fitting smoothly into the container and the cap being difficult to screw open and close. Recently, a liquid container has been provided that extracts viscous liquid by knocking a rod with a plastic tip up and down to utilize the gap between the outside of the rod and the inside of the rod support. However, since there is no forced outflow device for the liquid, the drying of the liquid clogs the gaps, resulting in insufficient outflow of the liquid, which poses the problem of poor usability, similar to the case of the cap with a brush. This invention was made to solve the above problems,
The knock operation allows a certain amount of viscous liquid to be smoothly supplied to the tip of a brush or felt tip, and the application of the viscous liquid can be performed smoothly without drying the tip of the tip of the brush. The purpose is to provide a convenient liquid container.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The liquid container according to the present invention includes an outer cylinder 1 and a cap 2 detachably attached to the distal end side of the outer cylinder 1. The outer cylinder l includes a tank part 3 containing a viscous liquid (hereinafter referred to as liquid) such as nail polish and correction fluid, and a brush (liquid applicator) connected to this tank part 3 via a holder part 4. member) 5 and a knocking part 6 disposed on the rear end side of the tank part 3. Then, a threaded portion 7 into which the cap 2 is fitted is attached to the outer periphery of the tip end of the outer cylinder 1 (as long as the cap 2 can be fitted in a detachable manner, it may be formed by any means such as an uneven shape, press fit, etc.). , referred to as a fitting portion), and a fitting portion (in this embodiment, press-fitting means) 8 for fitting the tank portion 3 on the inner wall on the tip side.
is formed. Further, a stepped portion 1a is formed on the inner wall to regulate the knocking stroke amount of the knocking portion 6. Then, in the tank part 3, a predetermined position, in this embodiment,
A telescopic portion 9 is integrally formed on the rear end side, and this telescopic portion 9 expands and contracts by the knocking action of the knocking portion 6, and functions as a pump to press and supply internal liquid to the brush 5. 10 is a ball for stirring the liquid. In addition, the holder part 4 has the function of reliably fitting the tank part 3 into the outer cylinder l, the function of preventing liquid leakage in the tank part 3, and the function of reliably supporting the brush 5 to the tank part 3, and also has the function of reliably supporting the brush 5 in the tank part 3. It has the function of communicating. 4a is a liquid supply hole that supplies the liquid in the tank portion 3 to the brush 5. As shown in the second figure, the liquid supply hole 4a is provided with a vibrator 11 that protrudes into the brush 5 as necessary so that the liquid can be smoothly and reliably supplied to the brush 5. Furthermore, an air vent groove 4b is formed in the axial direction on the outer periphery of the liquid supply hole 4a of the holder part 4 to communicate the tank part 3 with the outside air as necessary. This air vent groove 4
When b is formed, the air pressure inside the tank section 3 becomes the same pressure as the outside air, and the liquid inside the tank section 3 can be smoothly supplied to the brush 5. The cap 2 is detachably attached to the outer cylinder 1 via a backing 12 to prevent liquid evaporation. A brush 5 is attached to the tank part 3 on the inner wall of the cap 2 to prevent drying.
A solvent-impregnated material 13, such as felt, is provided, which is impregnated with a solvent such as the same liquid or diluted liquid. Further, the knock part 6 located on the rear end side of the tank part 3 is arranged so as to be slidable in the axial direction, and can be pulled out to the rear end side by a crown screw 14 fitted to the rear end of the outer cylinder 1. Stopping regulations are in place. The knocking stroke amount A of the knocking portion 6 is adjusted by the inner wall stepped portion 1a of the outer cylinder 1, and by adjusting the stroke amount A, the amount of liquid supplied to the brush 5 can be adjusted. Next, the operation will be explained. First, when using the liquid container, remove the cap 2, hold the outer cylinder l in a brush coating position, and knock the knocking part 6, so that the knocking part 6 presses the rear end of the tank part 3, The expandable part 9 is contracted to increase the air pressure and liquid pressure in the tank part 3, and the liquid is supplied to the brush 5 via the liquid supply hole 4a of the holder part 4 and the pipe 11. In this case, a certain amount of liquid is supplied to the brush 5 according to the pressure in the tank section 3 corresponding to the knock amount of the knock section 6 and the increase in the liquid pressure. Therefore, by adjusting the stroke amount of the knocking part 60 and the number of times of knocking, the amount of liquid supplied to the brush 5 can be adjusted. FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the first embodiment in that: (1) the expandable part 9 of the tank part 3 is separate;
The point where the liquid storage space 9a is formed, this liquid storage space 9a
The point is that a more clear pump mechanism 15 is provided inside. For convenience of explanation, parts having the same configuration as those in the first embodiment are simply given reference numerals and their explanation will be omitted. In this second embodiment, the extendable part 9 that performs the pump function is located at the tip side of the tank part 3 and is separate from the tank body 3a, forming a liquid storage space 9a separate from the tank body 3a. . A pump mechanism 15 is further housed inside this liquid storage space 9a. The pump mechanism 15 consists of a spring 16 and a ball valve 17 disposed at the rear end of the spring 16 in a freely movable state. As will be described later, the twenty-ball valve 17 has the function of opening and closing the liquid passage port 9b (formed at the rear end of the extendable part 9) that communicates the tank body 3a and the liquid storage space 9a, and serves as a knock part. A play of distance X is ensured between the ball valve 17 and the liquid passage port 9b so that the liquid passage port 9b is held in an open state unless the ball valve 17 is knocked. Therefore, the liquid in the tank portion 3 is in a state in which the liquid storage space 9a is filled with the liquid through the liquid passage port 9b. Here, the spring 16 has a narrow diameter portion 16a on the rear end side.
It is formed so that the ball valve 17 can be placed thereon in a manner that prevents it from falling off. This spring 16 is connected to the support shaft 4 of the holder portion 4.
c and the rear inner wall stepped portion 9c of the expandable portion 9. In addition, 10 is a liquid stirring member, Comprising: It is formed in the square shape so that the liquid passage port 9b may not be closed. Next, the operation will be explained. Liquid supply to the brush 5 is similarly performed by a knocking operation of the knocking part 6. By this knocking operation, the tank body 3a
is pushed forward, and the expandable portion 9 is compressed. Due to this compression, the air pressure inside the expandable part 9, that is, inside the liquid storage space 9a,
The liquid pressure increases, and the liquid inside the holder part 4 at the initial stage.
The liquid is supplied to the brush 5 through the liquid passage port 9b, and flows back into the tank body 3a through the liquid passage port 9b. With this backflow, since the ball valve F is in a free movement state, it moves to the rear end side and closes the liquid passage port 9b, so the liquid storage space 9
From then on, the liquid in a is supplied only to the brush 5. Then, when the knock of the knock part 6 is released, the extensible part 9 is moved backward by the biasing force of the compressed spring 16, the ball valve 17 is opened, and the knock part 6 is returned to its original position. Since the liquid passage port 9b is opened, the liquid in the tank body 3a flows into the liquid storage space 9a, and the liquid is filled again. Then, by performing a knocking operation as necessary, a similar operation is performed and liquid can be supplied to the brush 5. The liquid can be supplied until a very small amount of liquid is present in the liquid storage space 9a. FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the second embodiment in that: (1) a pressure reducing regulating valve section 18 is provided; (2) a guide bar 19 is fixed to the ball valve 17; be. Similarly, for convenience of explanation, parts having the same configuration as those in the first and second embodiments are simply given reference numerals and their explanations are omitted. The guide bar 19 of this third embodiment has a ball valve 17 on the rear end side.
The other end is fixed to the liquid supply hole 4 of the holder part 4.
a and pipe 11 in a slidable manner, and its tip is substantially flush with the tip of pipe 11. and,
This guide bar 19 moves in the axial direction together with the ball valve I7 by a knocking operation, and has the functions of cleaning the liquid supply hole 4a of the holder part 4 and loosening the brush 5, and also has the function of cleaning the liquid supply hole 4a of the holder part 4 and loosening the brush 5. The supply function to the brush 5 is performed. Here, the guide bar 19 may have any configuration as long as it performs the above function, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5(a) to 5(e),
A simple round bar shape, one with a plurality of axial grooves 19a, and one with a spiral groove 19b. It may be of any shape, such as one with lattice-like grooves 19c or a twisted shape. In addition, on the tip side of the guide bar 19, in order to prevent liquid from dripping, a sealing portion 20 is provided for sealing the tip opening 11a of the pipe 11, as shown in FIGS. 6(a) and 6(b). may be formed. Furthermore, instead of the ball valve 17, a protruding valve may be used as shown in FIG. The valve portion 18 includes an air circulation hole 3b formed at a predetermined position (in this example, the rear end portion) of the tank body 3a, and a valve body 18b that is movable in the axial direction to open and close the air circulation hole 3b. It has a spring 18c that biases the valve body 18b in the valve closing direction. An air communication hole 1b is formed at a predetermined position of the outer cylinder, and an air communication hole 1b is formed between the outer cylinder 1 and the tank part 3. In between, this air communication hole 1b
A communication space 21 is formed that communicates between the tank body 3a and the air circulation hole 3b of the tank body 3a. Therefore, this pressure reducing regulating valve section 1
8, when the internal pressure in the tank part 3 becomes lower than the outside air due to the outflow of liquid, the spring 18c is compressed by the high external pressure, the tank part 3 communicates with the outside air, and the inside of the tank part 3 is It is always at the same pressure as atmospheric pressure. Thereby, the liquid can be smoothly and reliably supplied to the brush 5. FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the pressure reduction regulating valve section 18, in which the inner wall near the air circulation hole 3b formed at the rear end of the tank body 3a is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin with elasticity. A valve member 22 is arranged. This elastic valve member 22 moves around the valve body 22 around the fulcrum 22a.
b swings due to the difference between the outside pressure and the internal pressure inside the tank section 3, opening and closing the air circulation hole 3b and maintaining the inside of the tank section 3 at the same pressure as the outside pressure. Next, the operation will be explained. The operation of supplying liquid to the brush 5 is the same as in the second embodiment, but during the supply operation, the above-mentioned cleaning work of the liquid flow path and supply of liquid by capillary action are added by the guide bar 19. Ru. Furthermore, the pressure reduction regulating valve parts 18, 22
As a result, the internal pressure within the tank portion 3 is always approximately the same as the atmospheric pressure, so that the liquid can be supplied more smoothly. FIG. 9 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the third embodiment in that a solvent reservoir 2a is formed in the cap 2 to prevent the brush 5 from drying. Similarly, explanations of the same components as in each of the above embodiments will be omitted. A liquid holder portion 23 for preventing solvent outflow is installed inside the cap 2 of this fourth embodiment. The cap 2 contains a liquid 24 (for example, the same liquid as the liquid in the tank part 3 or a diluted liquid) to the extent that it will not flow out from the opening 23a of the liquid holder part 23 even if the cap 2 is overturned. A device for preventing the brush 5 from drying out is stored. Therefore, even if the cap 2 were to be turned over with the cap 2 removed from the outer cylinder 1, the state shown in FIG. , will not leak outside. In addition, when not in use, cap 2
Since the liquid container is held upright with the liquid at the bottom, the solvent is maintained in the state shown in (b), so the tips of the hair are always moisturized without drying out. Here, it is preferable that the length relationship of the guide bar 19, the pipe 1, and the tip end portions of the liquid holder portion 23 be flush with each other, as shown in FIG. 10. With this configuration, in the unlikely event that the liquid in the tank section 3 flows into the guide bar 19. pipe 1
Even if the cap 2 falls onto the brush 5 through the liquid holder 23, it will stop just before the opening 23a of the liquid holder 23, and even if the cap 2 is overturned, it will not flow out through the opening 23a of the liquid holder 23. Note that the operation of supplying liquid to the brush 5 is the same as in the third embodiment.
