する。 In order to achieve smooth operation when loading and unloading a tape pack in a tape player with only a slight operating force on the part of the operator, the loading operation is carried out using the output of a motor (hereinafter referred to as power loading). However, in the case of such power loading, if the inserted tape pack is pushed in too much or insufficiently, the fit of the pack to the tape drive unit becomes misaligned, and the desired attachment cannot be achieved. This may also damage the loading mechanism, tape drive unit, or tape pack. In other words, one example of this relationship is 1st to 3rd.
As shown in the figure, the tape pack is loaded and unloaded from the loading port as shown in FIG. 13 is an actuating member 1 whose engaging portion 13b engages with the engaging portion 10d of the pack 10, and which engages with an engaging protrusion 13a formed at the intermediate portion of the suction member 13, and whose intermediate portion is pivotally supported on a deck. is loaded by engaging with the motor-driven driving body 2 at its proximal end 1d, and when the pack 10 is finally pushed in, the fitting holes 10a, 10b of the pack 10 as shown in FIG. is aligned with the capstan 15, the positioning pin 16, or the engagement shaft 17 of the reel base portion, and then dropped onto the deck. However, when power loading as described above is actually carried out with such a configuration, even with fairly high-precision control, the pack 10 cannot always be placed in the exact loading position until it reaches the centering state as described above. An unavoidable tendency remains, and in particular, since the operating magnification of the actuating member 1 is generally considerably larger than the operating amount of the driving member 2, this tendency is greatly manifested, resulting in damage to the related mechanisms as described above. ,
This may lead to deformation, etc. Incidentally, such variations are also manifested and expanded due to wear of various parts due to use of the mechanism.

In the device that engages with an operating member actuated by the output of a driving mechanism to perform a loading/unloading operation, an elastic material is interposed between the engaging portion of the suction member and the aforementioned operating member. Moreover, there is a gap between the engaging parts to absorb overstroke.

る。 That is, the present invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG.
d is formed, and the suction member 13 is actuated by a driving mechanism for power loading as described above, as partially shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 7. The actuating member 1 engages with the driving body 2 which is activated by joining with the cam portion 3a of the plate 3 through the engaging portion 1a and the engaging protrusion 2a. In the device in which an engaging portion 1b that engages with the portion 13a is provided to perform an automatic loading operation, as shown in FIG. A length of time is provided to enable the engaging portion 1a to overstroke the engaging portion 2a of the driving body 2, and an elastic material 8 is provided between the engaging portion 6 of the actuating member 1 and the driving body 2. The elastic member 8 always applies an acting force that tends to press the engaging protrusion 2a against the one side edge 11 of the engaging portion 1a.

1に伝えられるように成つている。 In the embodiment described above, the driving body 2 is L-shaped in plan view, as shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 7, but specifically, the engaging protrusion 2a is formed at the tip. A downwardly directed downward bent portion 21 is formed in the middle of the bent member, and a horizontal bent portion 22 is further connected to the lower end of this hanging bent portion 21.
The pin 2 that connects with the cam portion 3a as already described in 2.
4 is formed into an L-shape in plan view, and therefore, the shaft 25 provided on a fixed member such as a deck has a lower horizontal bent portion 22 and an upper horizontal portion. are inserted into the hanging bending portion 21 side with respective shaft holes to form a stable shaft mounting structure, and accordingly, the action of the cam portion 3a of the power plate 3 on the pin 24 is accurately transmitted to the actuating member 1. It is structured like this.

る。 According to the present invention as described above, the period 〓s that enables overstroke is between the engaging protrusion 2a of the driving body 2 and the engaging portion 1 of the actuating member 1, as shown in FIG.
a, so in terms of power loading, after the pack 10 (specifically the suction member 13 in the above embodiment) is joined to the bent part 14a of the pack guide 14 as shown in FIG. A design is adopted in which the pack 10 is overstroked, so that there is no shortage of charging of the pack 10, and accurate and complete charging can always be achieved at the specified speed, and the pack 10 is kept in the specified position. The amount of actuation of the driver 2 that is overstroked after the suction part body 13 has joined to the bent part 14a is such that the engaging protrusion 2a of the part body 2 is equal to the part of the engaging part 1a as shown in FIG. After the pack 10 reaches the predetermined position as described above while being joined to the side edge 11, the engaging protrusion 2a is moved in the direction in which it comes into contact with the other side edge 11b as shown in FIG. Therefore, each part 15, as shown in FIG.
It is possible to perform a loading action that always maintains the relative position of the pack 10 and the pack 16, 17 appropriately.

As a result, the tape pack can be inserted and removed smoothly without damage or deformation of the mechanism. The structure is simple and does not require any special components other than the elastic material 8, and overstroke is absorbed by the two parts of the drive body, which have a small amount of movement. This invention has the advantage of being easy to design and manufacture because it provides a sufficient overstroke amount for the actuating member 1 that operates in the same amount as the push amount of the pack 10, and is a highly effective device in terms of practical manufacturing. .
