The present invention provides automatic supply of granules, etc., characterized in that the mouth of the cartridge, which is loaded upside down into the holder from above, is provided with a cap that is pierced by a cutter placed in the middle of the holder. It is a device. First, the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 will be described. Reference numeral 1 denotes a cartridge, into which a drug or other granular material is filled. A cap 2 is normally installed in a fixed state at the mouth of the cartridge 1. A semicircular arc-shaped groove 3 is formed on the upper surface of the cap 2, and the groove 3
The thin wall portion 4 is formed symmetrically. The thin portion 4 is formed by making two concentric cuts. A finger hook 5 is provided to bridge both ends of this thin part 4. A thick portion 6 is left between both ends of the groove 3 and the thin portion 4. The lower end of the side wall of the cap 2 is folded upward to form a stopper 7. The side wall of the cartridge 1 has a vertical groove 8.
form from the top to the middle. Reference numeral 9 denotes a cylindrical holder, into which the cartridge 1 is loaded from above.
A protrusion 10 that fits into the longitudinal groove 8 of the cartridge 1 is formed on the inner surface of the holder 9. An upper base 11 is provided in the middle of the holder 9, and a receiving cylinder 12 into which the cap 2 is inserted is provided in the center thereof. The receiving cylinder 12 is not provided with a bottom. Reference numeral 13 denotes a T-shaped reinforcing rib, which is formed on the lower side of the receiving tube 12 so as to cross it (see FIG. 5). 14 is a cutter provided on the reinforcing rib 13;
It is in the shape of an arc concentric with 2.

is fitted. The illustrated measuring cylinder 15 has a funnel part 16 at its upper end, and below it, two control plates 17 and 18 which are inclined in opposite directions. 19 is the inner tube,
A chute 20 is provided in the center, and two disks 21 arranged in parallel are supported pivotally on both sides of the chute 20. Between the discs 21, concentric discs 22 and 23 having different radii are arranged so that their ends overlap. Also, one disk 21
A float bar 24 is attached eccentrically to the outside of the float bar 24. A float 2 is attached to the lower end of the float bar 24.
Fix 5. An inclined plate 26 is provided at the bottom of the measuring tube 15.
, and a supply port 27 is provided at the lower end thereof. In addition,
It is preferable that the measuring cylinder 15 is provided with a supply amount adjustment mechanism. As a mechanism for this purpose, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a stopper 28 is attached to the disc 21 at an angle with respect to its radial direction.
On the other hand, an elevating button 29 is installed on the side wall of the measuring cylinder 15, and an adjusting rod 30 is attached to the elevating button 29, which moves up and down integrally with the elevating button 29. By moving this adjustment rod 30 up and down, the contact position of its tip against the stopper changes, thereby regulating the end of rotation of the disk 21, thereby reducing the amount of granules falling from the disk 21. can be adjusted.

Further, the cutter 31 has a conical shape, and when the cartridge 1 is fitted into the receiving cylinder 12 of the holder 10, the cutter 31 breaks through the cap 2. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the cap 2 is configured to drop into the cartridge 1, and the cutter is a simple rod-shaped body 32. In this case, when the cartridge 1 is loaded, the rod-shaped body 32 pushes the cap 2 to open.

The operation of the present invention will be explained with reference to the first embodiment. When loading the cartridge 1 into the holder 9, with the cap 2 facing up, place your finger on the finger hook 5 and pull it up. Since both ends of the finger rest 5 are connected to the thin wall portion 4, the thin wall portion 4 is torn off integrally with the finger rest 5 by the above-mentioned pulling operation. In that state, turn it upside down and connect the vertical groove 8 to the protrusion 10.
Fit it into the holder 9 accordingly. With this positioning, the thin portion 4 side comes onto the cutter 14. As the cartridge 1 is pushed in, the upper surface of the cap will eventually come into contact with the cutter 14, but if pushed in further, the cutter 14 will push up half of the upper surface of the cap. As a result of receiving this force, the top surface of the cap tries to rotate around the thick part 6.
The groove 3 is torn and the top surface of the cap rotates until it becomes approximately vertical. In this way, all of the granules filled in the cartridge 1 fall out. It should be noted that the cap 2 has a stopper 7, which comes into contact with the upper surface of the receiving cylinder 12, thereby restricting the lowering end of the cartridge 1. The granules fall into the chute 20 while being controlled by the two control plates 17 and 18, and from there the granules fall into the chute 20.
2,23. At this time, since the overlapping portion of the two disc plates 22 and 23 is under the chute 20, the granules do not fall off from the large diameter disc plate 23. However, when the flow rate of wastewater increases and the float 25 rises, the disk 21
rotates clockwise in FIG. At the same time, the overlap portion also rotates, and the circular plate 2
The granules placed on the lower end of No. 3 fall. At this time, the granules in the chute 20 are blocked by the disk 22, so that only a fixed amount is discharged.
When the flow rate of wastewater decreases and the float 25 descends,
As the disc 21 tries to return to its original position, the granules on the disc 22 fall onto the disc 23.
Wait until the float 25 rises again.

The present invention is as described above, and when a cartridge is set in a holder, the cap can be opened easily and reliably without causing the filling to scatter and causing harm to the body or staining the surrounding area. In addition, there is an effect that the filler can be completely delivered.
