It has a large size and inevitably has to be expensive. Furthermore, footwear such as shoes come in various sizes because they are tailored to the size of the feet of each wearer, and insoles of various sizes are prepared to accommodate the different sizes of shoes. This makes manufacturing complicated, making it difficult to manage the product during the storage and distribution process, and requiring unnecessary space, which also inevitably increases costs.

There is a strong tendency to Furthermore, even if there is no need to manufacture a separate part from the footwear, such as an insole, the two disposable warmer storage units are always kept with the footwear, so when wearing the footwear in summer or warm seasons, The housing section obstructs loading/unloading operations. Furthermore, the above-mentioned body warmer accommodating part accommodates the entire instep and also accommodates the heel of the foot.In general shoes, it is extremely difficult to attach and remove the disposable body warmer, and it is practically impossible to use such a body warmer. Furthermore, footwear having a body warmer accommodating portion as described above requires a lot of man-hours to manufacture and is inevitably expensive.

If excessive or insufficient temperature is detected later, it is necessary to discard the previously unsealed product and replace it with a new one with a different heat generation effect, resulting in waste and double costs. しめる。Due to the internal cohesive force of the non-stick adhesive layer, which is enhanced by its reactive functional groups, there is virtually no residual adhesion on the foot surface or sock surface when peeled off after adhesion. Avoid staining feet, socks, etc. As mentioned above, footwear such as shoes that are attached to the feet with a heat-generating agent-containing breathable bag attached thereto covers the foot and also covers the heat-generating agent-containing breathable bag to prevent the heat-generating agent from being released. Improves warming effect and lengthens heat generation time. The non-adhesive adhesive layer is used only to hold the above-mentioned heat-generating agent-containing breathable bag at a predetermined location on the foot surface within the footwear, so a light adhesive force is sufficient, and there is no need to use it all over the place. Targeted or partial layering is acceptable, and when forming solidly, a light adhesive force is sufficient. This also prevents adhesion and staining when removed from feet, socks, etc.

。The size of the flat bag 1 is determined according to the partial shape of the foot (i.e., covers the whole from the big toe to the little toe, or covers the little toe), and the length is 5.0 to 15 cI11.
Any width can be used within the range of about 3 to 10 cm. Alternatively, it may be a rectangular flat bag with one side measuring 6 to 15c+++. As shown in FIG. 5 or FIG. 7, such a flat bag 1 is preferably one that has good conformability to the foot 8 or socks 7, and for this purpose polyurethane, polypropylene, polyethylene, or modified versions thereof are preferably used. There are flexible thermoplastic sheets or films such as hard plastic or rubber, and non-woven fabrics are also used. A flat bag like this
The air permeability of the air permeable surface 1a can be restricted as appropriate, and a method for restricting this air permeability is to use a sheet or film as described above in which fine continuous pores are formed; Or the film is subjected to appropriate heat-sealing treatment to form a breathable uniform. For example, the air permeability of the sheet or film having uniform continuous pores of 1 to 50 .mu.m is restricted by uniformly dispersing or applying a moderately heated thermal adhesive over the sheet or film.

して、使用初期から好ましい温暖効果が得られる。The degree of pressure reduction when the exothermic agent 2 charged into the flat bag 1 generates heat due to oxidation by the above method is appropriately selected in consideration of the mass of the exothermic agent 2 charged. For example, if the air permeability is 800~ 1500 seconds/100cc (JISP 81
17) It has been experimentally confirmed that an appropriate negative pressure state can be created by using the bag 1 described above, and the amount of water within the above range is 22 wt% or less, which is 24 to 2
By limiting the amount to less than 5 wt%, the bag 1 is always compressed at atmospheric pressure from the beginning under the condition that the exothermic agent 2 starts to generate heat. In addition, by reducing the amount of water mixed into the heat generating agent based on iron powder as mentioned above, and adding 9wt% or more of a water retaining material such as wood flour or vermiculite, shrinkage due to oxidative heat generation is prevented and shrinkage is reduced. Prevent the solidification of the exothermic agent that caused the problem. In addition, by setting the upper limit of such a water-retaining material to 11-t%, the amount of the main material iron powder, heat generation accelerator, salt, etc. can be appropriately obtained, and the heat generated by the heat generating agent as a whole can be maintained in an appropriate state as a body warmer. do. As mentioned above, if the amount of water retaining material is set high within the above range and the amount of mixed water is reduced to prevent the exothermic agent from solidifying, the solidified exothermic agent will not cause discomfort or damage to the bonded feet. , comfortable to use. Moreover, the upper limit of the amount of water mixed (at 18wt% or more) is 22
By limiting the content to wt% or less, the rise of heat generation is improved, and a favorable warming effect can be obtained from the initial stage of use.

A matching circular arc or curved edge portion 1e may be adopted. That is, by forming such an arcuate or curved end edge 1e on one side, it can be set to suit the shape of the tip or heel of the foot.

By preventing this from happening, it adapts well to the partial shape of the foot and the shape of shoes, slippers, etc., and can be used favorably. Therefore, the shape that immediately corresponds to the partial shape of the foot in the present invention refers to all of these cases, and is quite wide-ranging. This requirement is met if the foot does not have a protruding part that does not conform to the shape of the foot.

That is, for example, the above-mentioned breathable bag is prepared in a square or nearly square shape as shown in FIG. 6, and its half is glued to the upper surface of the foot as shown in FIG. Alternatively, it is possible to cover the side surfaces and adhere the other parts to the lower surface of the foot, and in this way, it is most effective for the ends such as the toes or the side of the lateral part of the foot. It becomes possible to give a thermal effect.

It provides a footwear warmer that can provide accurate heat to the body part, is naturally low-cost, and can be used effectively and easily, which is not possible with conventional disposable body warmers, so it is industrially popular. This is a highly effective invention.
