Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a durable aromatic nonwoven fabric having sufficient persistence, by applying a mixture prepared by blending microcapsules containing a perfume with a silicone based resin binder at a specific weight ratio to an elastomer fiber nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A mixture emulsion prepared by blending microcapsules conthining a perfume with a silicone based resin binder (e.g., polyorganosiloxane) at 2:1-1:5 weight ratio is applied to an elastomer fiber nonwoven fabric (e.g., spunbonded nonwoven fabric of an ester based polyurethane) and the resultant fabric is heat-treated to provide 0.3-7% pickup of the above-mentioned mixture based on the weight of the nonwoven fabric. Since the aroma is neither evaporated or lost in a breath, sufficient persistence is exhibited according to the afore- mentioned method.
