Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a countermeasure suppressing the occurrence of noise by inserting connection lines through a ferrite core and integrally forming a connector and the ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular ferrite core 21 is press-fitted to a female connector housing 22 inserted and connected to a male connector 23 fitted on a printed wiring board. The male connector 23 is constituted of a male terminal 32 connected to the pattern of the printed wiring board 31 and a resin-molded connector bed 23a insulating and holding the male terminal 32. A connection component constituted of an electric line 12, a female terminal 33, and the connector housing 22 can be connected or opened to the pattern of the printed wiring board 31 as appropriate, signal lines connected via this structure penetrate the ferrite core. The state that connection lines penetrate the ferrite core which has a large effect on the noise countermeasure for the electronic equipment can be easily realized.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, connecting parts composed of electric wires and connectors that connect printed wiring boards to each other or printed wiring boards and electronic components often become a source of noise generated from the circuit.
In order to suppress the noise, an effect has been obtained by creating a structure in which an electric wire 12 is passed through a ferrite core 11 in the environment, as shown in FIG.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, the connecting part having the structure shown in FIG. If these parts are not required, there is a problem in that the cost of the connecting parts increases. In addition, the ferrite core 11, which is formed by sintering ferrite powder, is prone to cracking and chipping due to mechanical shock. It is necessary to fix the ferrite core 11 to a housing or the like, or to protect the ferrite core 11 itself.

Therefore, the present invention eliminates these problems and makes it possible to take measures against noise generation.

FIG. 1 is an external view of a connector according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view. In FIG. 1, a square ferrite core 21 is press-fitted into a female connector housing 22 which is inserted and connected to a male connector 23 mounted on a printed wiring board. The female connector housing sink is made of resin molding.
By providing a slight protrusion on the side surface, the ferrite core 21 can be fixed by press fitting. The relationship between the ferrite core 21 and the signal lines is shown in FIG.

The male connector 23 includes a male terminal 32 connected to a pattern on a printed wiring board 31, and a resin-molded connector base 23a that insulates and holds the male terminal 32. At the tip of the electric wire 12 serving as the signal line, there is a female terminal 3 that fits into and makes contact with the male terminal 32.
3 are connected, and when the female terminal 33 is inserted into the connector housing sink 22, it is fixed to the connector housing sink 22. With this structure, the connection parts consisting of the electric wire 12, the female terminal 33, and the connector housing sink 22 can be connected or closed according to the pattern of the printed wiring board 31 at any time.

Further, the signal line connected by the above structure passes through the ferrite core, and the arrangement of the ferrite core can be realized only by press-fitting a resin part (not shown). In addition, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the effect is the same even if the ferrite core 21 is fixed to the connector housing sink 22 or the ferrite core 21 is fixed to the connector base 23a.
