Description
本出願は、2018年8月29日に出願された欧州特許出願第18382630.4号の利益を主張し、これは、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
試験方法は、以下を含む。
メルトインデックス(I2)を、190℃、2.16kgで、ASTM D-1238に従って測定した。メルトインデックス(I10)を、190℃、10kgで、ASTM D-1238に従って測定した。値はg/10分で報告し、g/10分は10分あたりに溶出したグラムに対応する。
密度測定用の試料を、ASTM D4703に従って調製し、グラム/立方センチメートル(g/ccまたはg/cm3)で報告した。測定は、ASTM D792、方法Bを用いて、試料圧縮の1時間以内に行った。
光沢度は、ASTM D2457の方法に従って60°で測定した。報告された値は、5つの試料について測定された光沢度の平均である。
示差走査熱量測定(DSC)を使用して、広範囲の温度にわたるポリマーの溶融および結晶化挙動を測定する。例えば、RCS(冷蔵冷却システム)およびオートサンプラーを備えるTA Instruments Q1000 DSCを使用し、この分析を行う。機器は、最初にソフトウェア較正ウィザードを使用して較正される。ベースラインは、アルミニウムDSC皿に試料を全く入れずに、セルを-80℃~280℃まで加熱することにより得られる。その後、較正ウィザードの指示に従って、サファイア標準が使用される。次に、標準試料を180℃まで加熱し、10℃/分の冷却速度で、120℃まで冷却し、次いで標準試料を、1分にわたり120℃で等温に保つことにより、1~2ミリグラム(mg)の新鮮なインジウム試料を分析する。その後、標準試料を、10℃/分の加熱速度で120℃~180℃まで加熱する。次に、インジウム標準試料が、融解熱(Hf)=28.71±0.50ジュール/グラム(J/g)、および溶融開始=156.6℃±0.5℃を有することが判定される。次いで、試験試料を、DSC機器で分析する。
酸素透過率は、ASTM D3985に従って、23℃、75%RHで測定する。
水蒸気透過率は、ASTM E-398に従って、38℃、90%RHで測定する。
見かけの曲げ係数は、ASTM D747に従って測定される。
本願は以下の態様にも関する。

前記第2のフィルムが、ASTM D2457に従って、60°で65%~95%の光沢度を有する、多層フィルム。
(2) 前記第2のフィルムが、
0.915~0.930g/ccの密度を有する低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)および0.935~0.965g/ccの密度を有する高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)のブレンドを含む内層と、
第2のHDPEを含む外層と、を含む、上記(1)に記載の多層フィルム。
(3) 前記外層が、100重量%の前記第2のHDPEを含む、上記(2)に記載の多層フィルム。
(4) 前記第2のフィルムが、0.915~0.930g/ccの密度を有する30重量%以下の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)を含む、上記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(5) 前記多層フィルムが、前記多層フィルムの総重量を基準として95重量%超のエチレン系ポリマーを含む、上記(1)~(4)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(6) 前記多層フィルムが、前記多層フィルムの総重量を基準として98重量%超のエチレン系ポリマーを含む、上記(1)~(5)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(7) 前記多層フィルムが、150μm未満の総厚およびASTM D790に従って測定して0.014Nmm超の曲げ剛性を有する、上記(1)~(6)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(8) 押出コーティングが、9g/m 2 ~20g/m 2 のコート重量を有する、上記(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(9)押出コーティングフィルムが、110℃~135℃の最高示差走査熱量測定(DSC)融解ピーク温度を有する、上記(1)~(8)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(10) 前記第1のフィルムと前記第2のフィルムとの間にインク層をさらに含む、上記(1)~(9)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
(11) 物品が可撓性包装材料である、上記(1)~(10)のいずれかに記載の多層フィルムを含む、物品。
(12)前記可撓性包装材料がスタンドアップパウチである、上記(11)に記載の物品。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも第1の層および第2の層を含む第1のフィルムであって、
前記第1の層が、0.935~0.965g/ccの密度および0.3~2.0g/10分のメルトインデックスI2を有する第1の高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)を含み、I2が、ASTM D1238に従って、190℃および荷重2.16kgで測定され、かつ
前記第2の層が、0.885~0.910g/ccの密度を有するポリオレフィンプラストマーを含む、第1のフィルムと、
前記第1のフィルムの前記第1の層上に押出コーティングされた第2のフィルムであって、前記第2のフィルムが、0.945~0.965g/ccの密度および4.0~20.0g/10分のメルトインデックスI2を有する第2の高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)を含む、第2のフィルムと、を含む多層フィルムであって、
前記多層フィルムが接着剤を含まず、かつ
前記第2のフィルムが、ASTM D2457に従って、60°で65%~95%の光沢度を有し、前記第2のフィルムが、0.915~0.930g/ccの密度を有する30重量%以下の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)を含む、多層フィルム。 - 前記第2のフィルムが、
0.915~0.930g/ccの密度を有する低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)および0.935~0.965g/ccの密度を有する高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)のブレンドを含む内層と、
第2のHDPEを含む外層と、を含む、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。 - 前記外層が、100重量%の前記第2のHDPEを含む、請求項2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、前記多層フィルムの総重量を基準として95重量%超のエチレン系ポリマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、前記多層フィルムの総重量を基準として98重量%超のエチレン系ポリマーを含む、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、150μm未満の総厚およびASTM D790に従って測定して0.014Nmm超の曲げ剛性を有する、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 押出コーティングが、9g/m2~20g/m2のコート重量を有する、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 押出コーティングフィルムが、110℃~135℃の最高示差走査熱量測定(DSC)融解ピーク温度を有する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第1のフィルムと前記第2のフィルムとの間にインク層をさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第2のフィルムが内層および外層を含み、前記外層が、65重量%~100重量%の第2のHDPEを含む、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第2のフィルムが0.915~0.930g/ccの密度を有する5重量%~30重量%の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)を含む、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記第2のフィルムが内層および外層を含み、前記第2のフィルムの内層が、0.915~0.930g/ccの密度を有する5重量%~30重量%の低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)を含む、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の多層フィルム。
- 物品が可撓性包装材料である、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の多層フィルムを含む、物品。
- 前記可撓性包装材料がスタンドアップパウチである、請求項13に記載の物品。
