当該シート状複合体は、複数の溝線を有し、複数の溝線は、当該シート状複合体を溝線に沿って折り曲げ、当該シート状複合体のシーム領域を接合することによってシームを得ることにより、閉じた容器を得ることができるように配置および構成され、閉じた容器は、屋根領域を有し、複数の溝線のうちの溝線の第1の部分が、屋根領域の第1の部分領域の周囲を少なくとも部分的に形成し、第1の部分の溝線は、屋根領域の第1の部分領域に対して、少なくとも部分的に凸状の湾曲を有し、屋根領域の第1の部分領域は、長手方向の第1の長さを有し、長手方向に対して直角な周方向の第2の長さを有し、第2の長さに対する第1の長さの比率が、0.2~2.0の範囲内にある、シート状複合体に関する。さらに、本発明は、シート状複合体、容器前駆体、および閉じた容器の製造方法、ならびに上述の方法の製品、さらなる容器前駆体、さらなる閉じた容器、およびシート状複合体の使用に関する。

複数の溝線の溝線は、シート状複合体前駆体から得られたシート状複合体を溝線に沿って折り曲げ、シート状複合体のシーム領域を接合することによってシームを得ることにより、閉じた容器を得ることができるように導入され、閉じた容器は、屋根領域を有し、複数の溝線のうちの溝線の第1の部分が、屋根領域の第1の部分領域の周囲を少なくとも部分的に形成し、第1の部分の溝線は、屋根領域の第1の部分領域に対して、少なくとも部分的に凸状の湾曲を有し、屋根領域の第1の部分領域は、長手方向の第1の長さを有し、長手方向に対して直角な周方向の第2の長さを有し、第2の長さに対する第1の長さの比率が、0.2~2.0の範囲内にある。好ましくは、第2の長さに対する第1の長さの比率は、0.2~1.8、より好ましくは0.2~1.6、より好ましくは0.2~1.4、より好ましくは0.3~1.2、より好ましくは0.4~1.0、より好ましくは0.5~0.9、より好ましくは0.6~0.9、最も好ましくは0.6~0.8の範囲内である。好ましくは、キャリア層は、本発明によるシート状複合体1の実施形態のいずれかに従って構成および配置される。方法1は、好ましくは、シート状複合体の製造方法である。好ましいシート状複合体は、食品または飲料品容器を製造するように設計される。

A)容器前駆体1または2を、いずれの場合も上述の実施形態のいずれかに従って用意することと、
B)容器前駆体の底部領域を、複数の溝線のうちの溝線に沿ってシート状複合体を折り曲げることによって形成することと、
C)底部領域を閉鎖することと、
D)容器前駆体を食品または飲料品で満たすことと、
E)容器前駆体を上部領域において閉じることにより、閉じた容器を得ることと
