Claims (9)
- 第1樹脂材料から成る第1樹脂部で被覆された第1金属磁性粒子と、
前記第1金属磁性粒子よりも小径の複数の第2金属磁性粒子と、
を備え、
前記複数の第2金属磁性粒子の各々は、前記第1樹脂部及び前記第1樹脂材料よりも分子量が大きい第2樹脂材料から成る第2樹脂部を介して前記第1金属磁性粒子に結着する、
複合磁性粒子。 - 前記第2樹脂材料の分子量は、前記第1樹脂材料の分子量の2倍以上である、
請求項1に記載の複合磁性粒子。 - 前記第1金属磁性粒子は、その全表面が前記第1樹脂部により覆われている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の複合磁性粒子。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性粒子を含む磁性基体。
- 第1金属磁性粒子の表面に第1樹脂材料から成る第1樹脂部を設けるコーティング工程と、
前記第1金属磁性粒子よりも小径の複数の第2金属磁性粒子の各々を、前記第1樹脂部及び前記第1樹脂材料よりも分子量が大きい第2樹脂材料から成る第2樹脂部を介して前記第1金属磁性粒子に結着させる結着工程と、
を備える複合磁性粒子の製造方法。 - 前記結着工程は、
前記第1樹脂部の表面に前記第2樹脂部を設ける工程と、
前記第2樹脂部が設けられた前記第1金属磁性粒子と前記第2金属磁性粒子とを混合する工程と、
を備える、請求項5に記載の製造方法。 - 前記結着工程は、
前記第1樹脂部が設けられた前記第1金属磁性粒子と前記第2金属磁性粒子とを混合して混合粒子を得る工程と、
前記混合粒子と前記第2樹脂材料から成る樹脂組成物とを混合する工程と、
を備える、請求項5に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第2樹脂材料の分子量は、前記第1樹脂材料の分子量の2倍以上である、
請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第2樹脂部100wt%に対する前記第1樹脂部の含有量は0.01wt%~0.1wt%である、
請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
