Description
クロモジ(Lindera umbellata Thunb.)の幹枝の乾燥物を裁断した後、その全質量に対して10倍量の水を加え加熱し、沸騰後1時間浸漬・加熱抽出を行った。抽出後は濾過により不溶物を除き、得られた抽出液を減圧濃縮し、凍結乾燥にて抽出溶媒を除去して、乾燥粉末状のクロモジエキスを得た。
調製例1で得られたクロモジエキス末(熱水抽出物)を用いて、骨密度に与える影響を検証した。
調製例1で得られたクロモジエキス末(熱水抽出物)を用いて、筋肉量に与える影響を検証した。
調製例1で得られたクロモジエキス末(熱水抽出物)を用いて、関節部位のプロテオグリカン量に与える影響を検証した。

以下に示す組成でクロモジエキスを含有する飴を調製した。

以下に示す組成でクロモジエキスを含有するガムを調製した。

以下に示す組成でクロモジエキスを含有するキャラメルを調製した。

以下に示す組成でクロモジエキスを含有する炭酸飲料を調製した。

Claims (2)
- クロモジ属(Lindera)に属する植物を基原としたクロモジエキスを有効成分として含有し、プロテオグリカンの低下を抑制することによる関節保護用に用いられるものであることを特徴とするロコモティブシンドローム改善用組成物。
- 前記クロモジエキスは、前記植物を基原としたクロモジの熱水抽出物を含むものである、請求項1記載のロコモティブシンドローム改善用組成物。
