Description

- 第1の非接触センサは、誘導センサまたは圧電センサである、請求項1に記載の補助デバイス。
- 薬物送達デバイス内の第2の可動構成要素の位置を示す信号を出力するように構成された第2の非接触センサをさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 第2の構成要素は、永久磁石を含み、第2の非接触センサは、第2の構成要素の永久磁石の位置を示す信号を出力するように構成されたホール効果センサである、請求項4に記載の補助デバイス。
- 第2の非接触センサは異方性磁気抵抗センサである、請求項4に記載の補助デバイス。
- 1つまたはそれ以上の外部デバイスへデータを送信するように構成された無線ユニットをさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 使用者の次の薬剤用量の期限がきた時間を判定するように構成される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 使用者の次の薬剤用量の期限がきた時間に外観を変化させるように構成された発光ユーザ入力をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の補助デバイス。
- 音声モジュールをさらに含み、ここで、使用者が薬物送達デバイスを現在の位置で所定の期間の間、保持するべきであることを示す視覚標示は、音声モジュールからの可聴標示を伴う、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイスを動作させる方法であって:
第1の非接触センサを使用して、薬物送達デバイス内の第1の可動構成要素の位置を示す信号を出力することと;
第1の非接触センサから出力された信号をプロセッサで受信することと;
信号に基づいて、薬物送達デバイスが排出前状態から排出後状態へ変化する瞬間をプロセッサが判定することと;
薬物送達デバイスが排出前状態から排出後状態へ変化したと判定したことに応答して、使用者が薬物送達デバイスを現在の位置で所定の期間の間、保持するべきであることを補助デバイスのディスプレイに視覚的に示すこととを含む前記方法。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイスと、薬物送達デバイスとを含むシステム。
- 第1の可動構成要素は、第1の構成と第2の構成との間で変化するように配置された弾性部材である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 薬物送達デバイスは、第1の可動構成要素が第1の位置にあるとき、第1の可動構成要素を第1の構成で保持するように構成された可撓アームを含み、可撓アームは、排出前状態で薬物送達デバイスのプランジャの一部に接触することによって、第1の位置で保持される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 第1の可動構成要素は、薬物送達デバイスのプランジャの一部である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
