- 人工心臓弁であって、

を含む人工心臓弁。 - 前記メッシュ層が、編布または織布を含む、請求項1に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記パイル糸が、ループ状パイルを形成するように配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記パイル糸が、カットパイルを形成するように切断されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記パイル糸の高さが、前記外側スカートの高さ若しくは円周、又はその両方に沿って変化する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記パイル糸が、前記外側スカートの上流部分に沿った第1の群の糸と、前記外側スカートの下流部分に沿った第2の群の糸と、を含み、前記第1の群の糸が、前記第2の群の糸の高さより低い高さを有する、請求項5に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記パイル糸が、前記外側スカートの上流部分に沿った第1の群の糸と、前記外側スカートの下流部分に沿った第2の群の糸と、を含み、前記第1の群の糸が、前記第2の群の糸の高さより高い高さを有する、請求項5に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記パイル糸が、前記外側スカートの上流部分に沿った第1の群の糸と、前記外側スカートの下流部分に沿った第2の群の糸と、前記第1の群の糸と前記第2の群の糸との間の第3の群の糸と、を含み、前記第1および第2の群の糸が、前記第3の群の糸の高さより高い高さを有する、請求項5に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記フレームの内側表面上に装着された内側スカートをさらに含み、前記内側スカートが、前記外側スカートの流入端部分に固定された流入端部分を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記内側スカートの前記流入端部分が、前記フレームの流入端部に巻き付けられ、前記フレームの外側で前記外側スカートの前記流入端部分に重なる、請求項9に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記メッシュ層が、第1のメッシュ層を含み、前記外側スカートが、前記パイル層の半径方向外側に配された第2のメッシュ層をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記外側スカートは、前記フレームが前記半径方向に圧縮された状態へと半径方向に圧縮されたときに、軸方向に伸張するように構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記メッシュ層が、経糸、および前記経糸と共に織られた緯糸を含み、前記パイル層が、前記パイル糸を形成するように織られるか、または編まれた前記メッシュ層の前記経糸または前記緯糸を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記メッシュ層が、織布層を含み、前記パイル層が、前記織布層に縫い付けられた別個のパイル層を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
- 前記メッシュ層が、前記フレームに沿って軸方向に延びる第1の高さを有し、前記パイル層が、前記フレームに沿って軸方向に延びる第2の高さを含み、前記第1の高さが、前記第2の高さより高い、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の人工心臓弁。
