Description
Claims (13)
- 基端と先端との間を長手方向に伸びているシャフトを有するプランジャと、
基端、先端、およびそれらの間を長手方向に伸びて、内部空間を仕切っている周壁を有するシリンダと、
前記シリンダのうち基端の近くに埋め込まれ、または取り付けられた第1プローブおよび第2プローブと、

を備えた注射器であって、
前記プランジャの先端が前記シリンダの基端に挿入されて、前記シリンダの内部空間の中を前記シリンダに対して長手方向に移動可能であり、
前記シャフトが、
第1直径を有する第1部分と、
前記第1直径とは異なる第2直径を有し、前記第1部分と前記プランジャの基端との間に配置されている第2部分と
を含み、
前記第1プローブおよび第2プローブが、径方向において前記シリンダの内部空間を間に挟んで互いに対向しており、
前記マイクロコントローラが、
(i)前記第1プローブおよび第2プローブの間の静電容量を測定し(測定された静電容量は、前記プランジャのシャフトの第1部分が前記第1プローブおよび第2プローブの間にある際には第1静電容量値を示し、前記プランジャのシャフトの第2部分が前記第1プローブおよび第2プローブの間にある際には、前記第1静電容量値とは異なる第2静電容量値を示す。)、
(ii)前記第2静電容量値が測定された際、注射が終わったと判断する
ように構成されている、注射器。 - 前記シリンダに配置され、前記マイクロコントローラと通信可能に接続された近距離無線通信(NFC)アンテナ
を更に備え、
前記マイクロコントローラが更に、注射が終了したという判断に関するデータを、前記NFCアンテナで外部装置へ送信するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の注射器。 - 前記シリンダに配置され、前記マイクロコントローラによる静電容量の測定に関するデータを保存するように構成されたメモリ
を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の注射器。 - 前記第2直径は前記第1直径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記プランジャと前記シリンダとのそれぞれの少なくとも一部が、手動式自己注射器または自動注射器のいずれかの中に収められている、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記第1プローブ、前記第2プローブ、および前記マイクロコントローラが、前記シリンダに配置された詰め物の中に含まれている、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記詰め物が前記シリンダの中に成形されている、請求項6に記載の注射器。
- 前記第1部分が第1素材から成り、
前記第2部分が、前記第1素材とは異なる第2素材から成る
請求項1に記載の注射器。 - 前記プランジャが、前記第1素材とも前記第2素材とも異なる第3素材から成る第3部分を更に有し、前記第3部分が前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に配置されており、前記測定された静電容量は、前記第3部分が前記第1プローブおよび第2プローブの間にある際に、前記第1静電容量値とも前記第2静電容量値とも異なる第3静電容量値を示し、
前記マイクロコントローラが、前記測定された静電容量に基づいて前記プランジャの位置を求めるように構成されている
請求項8に記載の注射器。 - 前記シリンダに配置され、前記マイクロコントローラと通信可能に接続された近距離無線通信(NFC)アンテナ
を更に備え、
前記マイクロコントローラが更に、注射が終了したという判断に関するデータを、前記NFCアンテナで外部装置へ送信するように構成されている、
請求項8に記載の注射器。 - 前記シリンダに配置され、前記マイクロコントローラによる静電容量の測定に関するデータを保存するように構成されたメモリ
を更に備えている、請求項8に記載の注射器。 - 前記プランジャと前記シリンダとのそれぞれの少なくとも一部が、手動式自己注射器または自動注射器のいずれかの中に収められている、請求項8に記載の注射器。
- 前記第1プローブ、前記第2プローブ、および前記マイクロコントローラが、前記シリンダに配置された詰め物の中に含まれている、請求項8に記載の注射器。
