Description
Claims (11)
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を貯蔵するための液体貯蔵部分と、
前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を揮発させるための気化器と、
ある量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記液体貯蔵部分から押し出して、前記押し出された量のエアロゾル形成基体を気化器に供給するためのポンプであって、前記ポンプがポンプの起動によって所定量の空気をポンプするように構成されたマイクロポンプであり、前記ポンプがポンプの起動によって所定量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記液体貯蔵部分から前記気化器に押し出すために構成されているものとを備える、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記ポンプが前記液体貯蔵部分の上流に配置されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- ポンプの起動中に空気のみが前記ポンプに入るように、前記ポンプが構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記気化器が、前記供給された量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するためのヒーターを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体が中に供給されるチャンバーをさらに備え、前記ヒーターが、前記液体貯蔵部分の出口の下流の前記チャンバーの内部に配置されている、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 管をさらに備え、この管を通して前記量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体が前記液体貯蔵部分から、前記管の開放端の下流に配置された前記気化器に供給される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、前記ポンプから受けた前記空気を収集するための手段と、前記液体貯蔵部分内にポンプされた前記空気が前記気化器に移動するのを阻止する手段を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ポンプから受けた前記空気を収集するための前記手段と、前記液体貯蔵部分内にポンプされた前記空気が前記気化器に移動するのを阻止する手段とが、前記液体貯蔵部分を第一の貯蔵容積と第二の貯蔵容積に分離する分離装置であって、前記第一の貯蔵容積が空気を受けるための前記ポンプに連結されていて、前記第二の貯蔵容積が前記気化器に連結されていて、前記分離装置が前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を移動させ、かつ前記第一の貯蔵容積から前記第二の貯蔵容積への空気の移動を阻止するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記液体貯蔵部分が、周囲の雰囲気に対して密封封止されたそれぞれの連結によって、前記ポンプおよび前記気化器のうちの少なくとも一つに連結される能力を有する、請求項7または8に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- エアロゾルを発生する方法であって、前記方法が、
液体エアロゾル形成基体を貯蔵するための液体貯蔵部分を提供する工程と、
ポンプによって、前記液体貯蔵部分内に空気をポンプして、ある量の液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記液体貯蔵部分から気化器に押し出す工程であって、前記ポンプがマイクロポンプであり、ポンプの起動によって所定量の空気をポンプする工程と、
一回のポンプ起動によって、所定量の液体エアロゾル形成基体を前記液体貯蔵部分から前記気化器に押し出す工程と、
前記押し出された量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体の少なくとも一部を前記気化器によって揮発させる工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記量の前記液体エアロゾル形成基体を気泡がない状態で前記液体貯蔵部分から前記気化器に押し出す工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
