Claims (8)
- 少なくとも2つのバッテリーセルの電極リードと前記バッテリーセルの一側面を覆うバスバーユニットの少なくとも1つのリードバスバーとを溶接するためのレーザー溶接ジグであって、
前記溶接時に前記バスバーユニットを覆うジグ本体と、
前記ジグ本体に形成され、前記溶接のために前記電極リードと前記少なくとも1つのリードバスバーとを前記ジグ本体の外側に露出させる複数の溶接スリットと、
前記複数の溶接スリット同士の間に備えられ、少なくとも1つの加圧ボルトが挿入される少なくとも1つのボルト挿入孔が設けられる複数のボルト挿入部と、
それぞれのボルト挿入部の後面に設けられ、前記加圧ボルトの挿入によって相互離隔して前記電極リードを前記リードバスバーに密着させる一対のリード密着ブロックと、
を含むことを特徴とするレーザー溶接ジグ。 - 前記一対のリード密着ブロックは、前記ジグ本体の長さ方向に沿って摺動自在に前記ジグ本体に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレーザー溶接ジグ。
- 前記一対のリード密着ブロックは、前記少なくとも1つの加圧ボルトの挿入によって徐々に相互離隔することができるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のレーザー溶接ジグ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの加圧ボルトは、
前記ボルト挿入孔の内径に対応する直径を有するボルトヘッドと、
前記ボルトヘッドより小さい直径を有するボルトレッグと、
前記ボルトレッグと前記ボルトヘッドとを連結し、前記ボルトヘッドから前記ボルトレッグに向かって徐々に直径が小さくなるボルトテーパーと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接ジグ。 - 前記一対のリード密着ブロックには、相互に対向配置されて前記ボルトレッグが通過可能な大きさの空間を形成し、前記少なくとも1つの加圧ボルトの挿入によって相互離隔する少なくとも1つの挿入ガイド溝が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のレーザー溶接ジグ。
- 前記バスバーユニットには、前記ジグ本体が前記バスバーユニットを覆うとき、前記少なくとも1つのボルト挿入孔の後方に配置されて、前記少なくとも1つの加圧ボルトが挿入される少なくとも1つのボルト溝が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のレーザー溶接ジグ。
- 前記溶接は、前記複数の溶接スリット内で行われるレーザー溶接であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接ジグ。
- レーザー溶接装置であって、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接ジグと、
前記少なくとも1つの加圧ボルトと、
前記溶接のためにレーザーを照射する溶接レーザーと、
を含むことを特徴とするレーザー溶接装置。
