Description
Claims (3)
- 本体と後端部を備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、当該ハウジングに対して移動可能に関連付けられたシールドと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記ハウジングを通って軸方向に移動可能であり、穿刺要素を備えたランセットであって、前記穿刺要素が前記ハウジング内に配置された初期位置と、前記穿刺要素が穿刺処置のために前記シールド内で前部開口を通って延びている穿刺位置と、の間の軸方向移動ができるようにされたランセットと、
前記ハウジングの前記後端部と前記ランセットの間に配置され前記ランセットを前記穿刺位置まで付勢するための駆動ばねと、
前記ハウジングの前記本体の内側表面にヒンジ結合によって連結され、前記初期位置で前記ランセットと接触係合するアクチュエータと、
を具えたランセット装置であって、
前記駆動ばねは、前記ランセットと前記アクチュエータの一部との間の係合によって前記ハウジングの前記後端部と前記ランセットとの間で少なくとも部分的に圧縮状態に保持され、
前記ハウジング内への前記シールドの軸方向移動によって、前記シールドの一部が前記アクチュエータと接触して、前記ランセットが前記アクチュエータとの係合から解放されるまで、前記アクチュエータを前記ランセットから径方向外側に旋回移動させ、それによって前記シールドを通って前記穿刺位置まで前記ランセットを付勢させるように少なくとも部分的に圧縮された前記駆動ばねを解放することを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 前記ランセットは、少なくとも1つの外向きに延びているガイドタブを備えており、前記アクチュエータの一部は前記ガイドタブと前記ランセットの前記初期位置で係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ランセットが前記初期位置にあるとき、当該ランセットは、前記部分的に圧縮された状態にある前記駆動ばねによって負荷状態にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
