Claims (16)
- 相互に対応するように設けられた上基板及び下基板と、前記上基板及び前記下基板の間に挟んで設けられた液晶層と、前記上基板及び前記下基板を密封してくっつけるのに用いられるシール剤と、からなるVA型COA液晶表示パネルであって、
前記下基板は、TFT基板と、前記TFT基板に設けられた第一パッシベーション層と、前記第一パッシベーション層に設けられたカラーフィルタ層と、前記カラーフィルタ層に設けられたカラー遮光層と、前記カラー遮光層に設けられた第二パッシベーション層と、前記第二パッシベーション層に設けられた画素電極、共通電圧信号線及び下基板の共通電極と、からなり、
前記TFT基板は、第一基底基板と、前記第一基底基板に設けられた複数本のゲート電極走査線と、複数本のデータ線と、複数個のTFTと、からなり、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線及び前記複数本のデータ線は、前記第一基底基板上で相互に絶縁した状態で交差することにより、複数のアレイ状に配列された画素領域を形成し、
前記カラー遮光層は、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線の上方に対応するように配置された第一遮光層と、複数本のデータ線の上方に対応するように配置された第二遮光層と、からなり、
前記第一遮光層は、赤色のカラーレジスト材料、または、青色のカラーレジスト材料からなり、
前記第二遮光層は、赤色カラーレジスト材料、緑色カラーレジスト材料、青色カラーレジスト材料のうちの二種類を重ねることによってなり、
前記下基板の共通電極は、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線の上方に対応するように配置されるとともに、前記共通電圧信号線と互いに接続され、
さらに、前記上基板は上基板の共通電極層を有するとともに、前記上基板の共通電極層は前記共通電圧信号線と電気的に接続されている
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項1に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記上基板は、第二基底基板と、第二基底基板に設けられた前記上基板の共通電極層と、前記上基板の共通電極層に設けられた数個のブラックフォトスペーサと、ブラックシーリング層と、からなり、
前記数個のブラックフォトスペーサ及びブラックシーリング層の材料は、いずれも黒色の弾性材料であり、
前記数個のブラックフォトスペーサは、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線及び前記複数本のデータ線の上方に相互に対応するように配置され、
前記ブラックシーリング層は、前記シール剤の上方に相互に対応するように配置される
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項2に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記ブラックフォトスペーサは、メインブラックフォトスペーサと、サブブラックフォトスペーサと、からなる
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項2に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記ブラックフォトスペーサは錐形の柱状体である
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項2に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記シール剤は導電シール剤であり、前記シール剤は導電性金属ボールを備え、前記上基板の共通電極層はシール剤内の導電性金属ボールによって前記下基板上の前記共通電圧信号線と互いに接続される
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項2に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記第二遮光層は、赤色カラーレジスト材料及び青色カラーレジスト材料を重ねることによってなる
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項1に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記カラーフィルタ層は、前記複数個の画素領域内にそれぞれ対応するように配置された複数個の赤、緑、青色のフィルターユニットからなり、前記赤、緑、青色フィルターユニットの材料は、それぞれ赤、緑、青色のフォトレジスト材料である
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項6に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記カラー遮光層及びカラーフィルタ層内の同じ材料の一部は同時に形成する
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項1に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記複数個のTFTは、前記複数個の画素領域内に対応するように配置され、前記TFTは、ゲート電極と、半導体層と、ソース電極と、ドレイン電極と、からなり、
前記下基板は、さらに、第一基底基板及び複数個のTFT内のゲート電極に形成されるゲート電極絶縁層を備え、前記半導体層は前記ゲート電極絶縁層に形成され、前記ソース電極及びドレイン電極は前記ゲート電極絶縁層及び前記半導体層に形成され、前記ソース電極及びドレイン電極はそれぞれ前記半導体層の両端と互いに接し、
前記第一パッシベーション層及び前記第二パッシベーション層が対応する前記ドレイン電極の上方に、さらにビアホールが設けられ、前記画素電極は、前記ビアホールによって、前記ドレイン電極と互いに接続される
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項9に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記複数本のゲート電極走査線及び複数個のTFTのゲート電極は、同一の金属層をパターニングする製造プロセスによって得られ、
前記複数本のデータ線及び複数個のTFTのソース電極及びドレイン電極は、同一の金属層をパターニングする製造プロセスによって得られ、
前記画素電極、前記共通電圧信号線、前記下基板の共通電極は、同一の透明導電層をパターニングする製造プロセスによって得られ、
前記透明導電層の材料はITOである
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 相互に対応するように設けられた上基板及び下基板と、前記上基板及び前記下基板の間に挟んで設けられた液晶層と、前記上基板及び前記下基板を密封してくっつけるのに用いられるシール剤と、からなるVA型COA液晶表示パネルであって、
前記下基板は、TFT基板と、前記TFT基板に設けられた第一パッシベーション層と、前記第一パッシベーション層に設けられたカラーフィルタ層と、前記カラーフィルタ層に設けられたカラー遮光層と、前記カラー遮光層に設けられた第二パッシベーション層と、前記第二パッシベーション層に設けられた画素電極と、共通電圧信号線と、下基板の共通電極と、からなり、
前記TFT基板は、第一基底基板と、前記第一基底基板に設けられた複数本のゲート電極走査線と、複数本のデータ線と、複数個のTFTと、からなり、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線及び前記複数本のデータ線は、前記第一基底基板上で相互に絶縁した状態で交差することにより、複数のアレイ状に配列された画素領域を形成し、
前記カラー遮光層は、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線の上方に相互に対応するように配置される第一遮光層と、複数本のデータ線の上方に相互に対応するように配置される第二遮光層と、からなり、
前記第一遮光層は、赤色のカラーレジスト材料、または、青色のカラーレジスト材料からなり、
前記第二遮光層は、赤色カラーレジスト材料、緑色カラーレジスト材料、青色カラーレジスト材料のうちの二種類を重ねることによってなり、
前記下基板の共通電極は、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線の上方に相互に対応するように配置され、前記共通電圧信号線と互いに接続され、
その内、前記上基板は、第二基底基板と、第二基底基板に設けられた共通電極層と、前記共通電極層に設けられた複数個のブラックフォトスペーサと、ブラックシーリング層と、からなり、
前記複数個のブラックフォトスペーサ及びブラックシーリング層の材料は、いずれも黒色の弾性材料であり、
前記複数個のブラックフォトスペーサは、前記複数本のゲート電極走査線及び複数本のデータ線の上方に相互に対応するように配置され、
前記ブラックシーリング層は、前記シール剤の上方に相互に対応するように配置され、
その内、前記ブラックフォトスペーサは、メインブラックフォトスペーサと、サブブラックフォトスペーサと、からなり、
その内、前記ブラックフォトスペーサは錐形の柱状体であり、
その内、前記シール剤は導電シール剤であり、前記シール剤は導電性金属ボールを備え、前記上基板の共通電極層はシール剤内の導電性金属ボールによって下基板上の共通電圧信号線と互いに接続される
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項11に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記第二遮光層は、赤色カラーレジスト材料及び青色カラーレジスト材料を重ねることによってなる
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項11に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記カラーフィルタ層は、前記複数個の画素領域内にそれぞれ対応して位置する数個の赤、緑、青色のフィルターユニットからなり、
前記赤、緑、青色フィルターユニットの材料は、それぞれ赤、緑、青色のフォトレジスト材料である
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項12に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記カラー遮光層及びカラーフィルタ層内の同じ材料の一部は、同時に形成する
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項11に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記複数個のTFTは、複数個の画素領域内に対応して位置し、前記TFTは、ゲート電極と、半導体層と、ソース電極と、ドレイン電極と、からなり、
前記下基板は、さらに、第一基底基板及び複数個のTFT内のゲート電極に形成されるゲート電極絶縁層を備え、
前記半導体層は前記ゲート電極絶縁層に形成され、前記ソース電極及びドレイン電極は前記ゲート電極絶縁層及び前記半導体層に形成され、前記ソース電極及びドレイン電極はそれぞれ前記半導体層の両端と互いに接し、
前記第一パッシベーション層及び前記第二パッシベーション層が対応する前記ドレイン電極の上方に、さらにビアホールが設けられ、
前記画素電極は、前記ビアホールによって、前記ドレイン電極と互いに接続される
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項15に記載のVA型COA液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記複数本のゲート電極走査線及び複数個のTFTのゲート電極は、同一の金属層をパターニングする製造プロセスによって得られ、
前記複数本のデータ線及び複数個のTFTのソース電極及びドレイン電極は、同一の金属層をパターニングする製造プロセスによって得られ、
前記画素電極、前記共通電圧信号線、前記下基板の共通電極は、同一の透明導電層をパターニングする製造プロセスによって得られ、
前記透明導電層の材料はITOである
ことを特徴とするVA型COA液晶表示パネル。
