を満たす。
本発明は第1実施形態によれば、網状構造体であって、熱可塑性樹脂層と、該熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも片面に積層された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含む一軸配向体を2以上含み、前記2以上の一軸配向体の配向軸が交差するように、前記2以上の一軸配向体を、前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介して積層もしくは織成してなる。そして、当該網状構造体は、以下の特性を備える。
(1)目付:5〜70g/m2
(2)前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層の厚さ:2〜10μm
(3)前記一軸配向体間の接着力:10〜60N
(4)引張強度:20〜600N/50mm
ここでいう引張強度は、少なくとも一方向への引張強度であり、例えば、2以上の一軸配向体のうち、少なくとも一方の一軸配向体の配向方向への引張強度である。また、ある実施形態においては、一軸配向体または網状構造体を製造する際の、縦方向(機械方向、長さ方向、送り方向、または流れ方向ともいう)または横方向(幅方向ともいう)の少なくとも一方向への引張強度である。
第1の網状構造体は、縦方向一軸延伸多層フィルムを割繊後、拡幅して得られた一軸配向体と、多層フィルムに、幅方向にスリットを形成した後、幅方向に一軸延伸して得られた一軸配向体とを、配向方向が略直交するように積層してなる不織布である。図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る網状構造体の一例である網状不織布を示している。網状不織布1は、一軸配向体の一例であるスプリットウェブ2の配向軸Lと、一軸配向体の別の例であるスリットウェブ3の配向軸Tとが互いに交差するように経緯積層されて形成されている。そして、隣接するスプリットウェブ2とスリットウェブ3の接触部位同士が面接着で接合されている。
第2の網状構造体は、網状不織布であって、縦方向一軸延伸多層フィルムを割繊後、拡幅して得られた一軸配向体を、配向方向が交差するように、好ましくは配向方向が略直交するように、経緯積層してなる。すなわち、第2の網状構造体においては、積層される一軸配向体が、両者とも、第1の網状構造体において説明したスプリットウェブ2から構成される網状不織布である。
第3の網状構造体は、一軸配向テープを経緯積層してなる不織布もしくは織成してなる織布である。すなわち、第3の網状構造体は、2つの一軸配向体の両者が、複数の一軸配向テープ群から構成される。そして、不織布の場合には、複数の一軸配向テープ群が、延伸方向が概ね直交するように経緯積層され、溶着もしくは接着されている。織布の場合には、複数の一軸配向テープ群が経糸、複数の一軸配向テープ群が緯糸になるように、任意の織り方で織成され、溶着もしくは接着されている。
第4の網状構造体は、互いに平行に延びる幹繊維と、隣接する前記幹繊維同士を繋ぐ枝繊維とを備えた一軸配向体と、一軸配向テープ群層とを積層してなる不織布である。
本発明は、第2実施形態によれば、強化積層体に関する。強化積層体は、第1〜第4の網状構造体、あるいはその変形形態に係る網状構造体を補強材として用い、これを被強化体に積層してなる強化積層体である。強化積層体とする場合には、加工装置への装着性、及び網状構造体を被強化体に積層するために機械で処理する際の加工性や作業性を向上できることから、製造コストを低減しつつ様々な被強化体の補強に適用可能である。被強化体としては、一例として、フィルム・シート、発泡フィルム・シート、多孔シート等の合成樹脂製フィルム・シート類、和紙・クラフト紙、板紙等の紙類、ゴムフィルム・シート、アルミニウム箔等の金属箔、メルトブローン不織布・スパンレース不織布等の乾式不織布・パルプ不織布等の湿式不織布等の各種の不織布、クロス等の織布、金属類、陶器類、ガラスが挙げられるが、これらには限定されない。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂層と、該熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも片面に積層された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含む一軸配向体を2以上含み、前記2以上の一軸配向体の配向軸が交差するように、前記2以上の一軸配向体を前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介して積層もしくは織成してなる網状構造体であって、前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層が、メタロセン触媒で重合された、分子鎖中に長鎖分岐を有する直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含み、以下の特性
(1)目付:5〜70g/m2、
(2)前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層の厚さ:2〜10μm、
(3)前記一軸配向体間の接着力:10〜60N、
(4)引張強度:20〜600N/50mm、
を満たす、網状構造体。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂層が、前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層より融点が高い高密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の網状構造体。
- 前記一軸配向体が、一軸延伸されたインフレーション成形多層フィルムである、請求項1または2に記載の網状構造体。
- 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンが、炭素数20を超える長鎖分岐を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の網状構造体。
- 前記一軸配向体が、前記熱可塑性樹脂層の一方の面に積層された第1直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層と、前記熱可塑性樹脂層の他方の面に積層された第2直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含み、前記第1及び第2直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層が、MFRが0.5〜10g/10min、密度が0.910〜0.940g/cm3の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の網状構造体。
- 前記2以上の一軸配向体は、一軸配向網状フィルムまたは一軸配向テープの少なくとも一方である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の網状構造体。
- 前記一軸配向体の少なくとも一方が、互いに平行に延びる幹繊維と、隣接する幹繊維同士を繋ぐ枝繊維とを備え、前記幹繊維が一方向にほぼ配列した一軸配向体である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の網状構造体。
