Claims (56)

前記上流層と前記下流層との間に囲まれた吸収部材であって、前記上流層の前記親水性側面が前記吸収部材に隣接して位置決めされるため、前記上流層の前記疎水性側面が前記装置の外面の一部分を形成し、および前記下流層の前記疎水性側面が前記吸収部材に隣接して位置決めされるため、前記下流層の前記親水性側面が前記装置の前記外面の別の部分を形成する、吸収部材

前記上流層と前記下流層との間に囲まれた吸収部材であって、前記上流層の前記親水性側面が前記吸収部材に隣接して位置決めされるため、前記上流層の前記疎水性側面が前記装置の外面の一部分を形成し、および前記下流層の前記疎水性側面が前記吸収部材に隣接して位置決めされるため、前記下流層の前記親水性側面が前記装置の前記外面の別の部分を形成する、吸収部材と
を含むことを特徴とする、装置。 - 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記上流層が第1の厚さを有し、および前記下流層が第2の厚さを有し、および前記第2の厚さが前記第1の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする、装置。

前記組織部位に隣接して配置されるように適合されたマニホールドと;
前記組織部位および前記マニホールドの上側を覆って配置されるように適合され、前記組織部位において実質的に気密封止をもたらすシール部材;
前記シール部材を通って前記マニホールドに流体的に結合されるように適合された減圧源と;
前記マニホールドと前記シール部材との間に位置決めされるように適合されたパウチであって、前記パウチは、第1の厚さの上流層、第2の厚さの下流層、および前記上流層と前記下流層との間に囲まれた吸収部材を有し、前記第2の厚さは前記第1の厚さよりも厚い、パウチと
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、前記上流層が、前記吸収部材に面して隣接した親水性側面を有することを特徴とする、システム。

前記第1の層の外縁部分と前記第2の層の外縁部分を結合して、前記吸収部材を囲むステップと
