図1に示すように、血液分析装置10は、測定部10aと情報処理部10bを備える。測定部10aは、測定制御部11と、検体吸引部12と、試料調製部13と、光学検出部14と、信号処理回路15と、を備える。測定制御部11は、記憶部11aを備える。情報処理部10bは、処理部21と、出力部22と、入力部23と、を備える。処理部21は、記憶部21aを備える。
実施形態2では、実施形態1と同様に溶血と染色を行うことなく測定試料を調製した後、測定試料をフローセル110に流し、赤血球と血小板の情報を取得する処理と、白血球の情報を取得する処理とを順に行う。実施形態2では、血液分析装置10の構成は、実施形態1と同様であり、血液分析装置10による処理が、後述するように実施形態1と比べて一部変更される。

Claims (17)
- 血球を含む測定試料を流すフローセルと、
前記フローセルを流れる前記測定試料に、400nm以上435nm以下の波長の光を照射する第1光源と、
前記フローセルを流れる前記測定試料に、610nm以上750nm以下の波長の光を照射する第2光源と、
前記フローセルを流れる血球に前記第1光源からの光を照射することにより得られる第1散乱光を受光する第1受光部と、
前記フローセルを流れる血球に前記第2光源からの光を照射することにより得られる第2散乱光を受光する第2受光部と、
前記第1受光部から出力される信号に基づく第1散乱光情報と、前記第2受光部から出力される信号に基づく第2散乱光情報と、に基づいて、赤血球数、白血球数、およびヘモグロビンに関する値を取得する処理部と、を備える、血液分析装置。 - 前記測定試料を調製する試料調製部をさらに備え、
前記試料調製部は、血液検体中の赤血球を溶血せずに前記測定試料を調製する、請求項1に記載の血液分析装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記第1散乱光情報および前記第2散乱光情報に基づいて、血小板数を取得する、請求項1または2に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記第1受光部から出力される信号に基づく第1散乱光情報と、前記第2受光部から出力される信号に基づく第2散乱光情報と、に基づいて、赤血球容積に関する値を取得する、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記第1散乱光情報および前記第2散乱光情報の組み合わせと、赤血球容積およびヘモグロビン濃度の組み合わせと、の関係を規定する変換情報を用いて、前記第1散乱光情報および前記第2散乱光情報から、ヘモグロビン濃度に関する値および前記赤血球容積に関する値を取得する、請求項4に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記ヘモグロビン濃度に関する値および前記赤血球数に基づいて、平均赤血球血色素濃度を取得する、請求項5に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記赤血球容積に関する値および前記赤血球数に基づいて、平均赤血球容積を取得する、請求項4ないし6の何れか一項に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記平均赤血球容積および前記赤血球数に基づいて、ヘマトクリット値を取得する、請求項7に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記平均赤血球色素濃度および前記ヘマトクリット値に基づいて、ヘモグロビン量を取得する、請求項8に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、前記第1散乱光情報および前記第2散乱光情報に基づいて、白血球をさらに複数のサブグループに分類して計数する、請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記測定試料の第1の部分を用いて赤血球数を取得し、前記測定試料の前記第1の部分よりも多い量の第2の部分を用いて白血球数を取得する、請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の血液分析装置。
- 第1の時間において前記フローセルを流れる前記測定試料を前記第1の部分として前記赤血球数を取得し、前記第1の時間より長い第2の時間において前記フローセルを流れる前記測定試料を前記第2の部分として前記白血球数を取得する、請求項11に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記第2の部分に対する処理において、前記第1散乱光情報が所定の閾値以下の血球を解析対象から除外する、請求項11または12に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記処理部により取得された値を出力する出力部をさらに備える、請求項1ないし13の何れか一項に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記ヘモグロビンに関する値とともに、前記第1散乱光情報および前記第2散乱光情報を座標軸とするスキャッタグラムを表示する、請求項14に記載の血液分析装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記ヘモグロビンに関する値とともに、前記赤血球容積に関する値および前記ヘモグロビン濃度に関する値を座標軸とするスキャッタグラムを表示する、請求項14または15に記載の血液分析装置。
- 血球を含む測定試料に、400nm以上435nm以下の波長の第1の光と、610nm以上750nm以下の波長の第2の光と、をそれぞれ照射し、
前記血球に前記第1の光が照射されることにより得られる第1散乱光と、前記血球に前記第2の光が照射されることにより得られる第2散乱光と、をそれぞれ受光し、
前記第1散乱光に基づく第1散乱光情報と、前記第2散乱光に基づく第2散乱光情報と、に基づいて、赤血球数、白血球数、およびヘモグロビンに関する値を取得する、血液分析方法。
