Description
Claims (5)
- 電気伝導体を、基部とそれに接続された変形可能なフランクとを有する電気接触部に接続させるための方法であって、
前記電気接触部の前記基部の少なくとも1つの部分に対する静止領域及び前記屈曲ダイスを有する装置を用いて、前記フランクが前記電気接触部と共に前記電気伝導体を圧入して圧締するように、前記屈曲ダイスにより前記フランクを変形させるステップと、
前記変形させるステップ中の少なくとも前記屈曲ダイスの下死点期間内で、前記電気伝導体の少なくとも1つの部品が前記基部及び/又は少なくとも1つのフランクに材料接続するように、前記静止領域と前記屈曲ダイスとの間に少なくとも部分的に配置された前記電気接触部が作用するステップであって、
前記静止領域内の少なくとも1つの開口を貫通する少なくとも1つのレーザビームを照射することにより、前記材料接続を起こし、
前記少なくとも1つのレーザビームの照射は、前記屈曲ダイスが前記下死点に達する前に開始され、少なくとも前記屈曲ダイスの前記下死点期間内で前記少なくとも1つのレーザビームが照射される、ステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの開口は、前記少なくとも1つのレーザビームより大きい直径を有する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電気接触部の前記基部内の少なくとも1つの開口を介して前記レーザビームを照射することにより、前記電気伝導体の少なくとも1つの部品が前記基部及び/又は少なくとも1つのフランクに材料接続するように、作用する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームが作用する領域は、前記基部内の前記少なくとも1つの開口の表面よりも大きい、レーザのビーム方向に対して垂直な表面を有している、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記材料接続は、電気接触部の少なくとも長手方向の延伸に関して中央にある部分的領域に、長手方向の延伸及び横方向の延伸を有する接触部に対して起こる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
