Description

The present invention relates to an anchor bolt that is fixed to a hole provided in a wall surface such as a rock wall or a concrete ceiling.

For example, as shown in Patent Document 1, there is known a method in which a hole is drilled in a rock wall or the like and an anchor bolt is inserted and fixed in the hole.

Specifically, the anchor bolt of Patent Document 1 is a C-shaped shape in which the inner surface is inclined to a conical surface shape on the circumferential surface of a conical member whose diameter increases as it approaches the tip surface (right side in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1). The shell is engaged. Further, a male screw formed on the rod is screwed to a female screw provided along the central axis of the conical member.

Then, after inserting the anchor bolt into a hole formed in a rock wall or the like, the rod is rotated to apply a pulling force in a direction of pulling out from the hole to the conical member. Thereby, the conical member moves to the opening side of the hole (left side in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1), the peripheral surface of the conical member pushes the shell toward the inner peripheral surface side of the hole, and the outer peripheral surface of the shell is the hole. The anchor bolt is held (fixed) on a rock wall or the like.

In the anchor bolt of Patent Document 1, the conical member and the shell are arranged only at the tip of the rod, and the anchor bolt is fixed to a rock wall or the like with the pair of conical member and shell. There is a possibility that the bolt cannot be sufficiently fixed.

Further, in the anchor bolt of Patent Document 1, the rod may be lengthened depending on the purpose of use (see FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1), but as described above, the conical member and the shell are attached only to the tip of the rod. There is a possibility that the rod may swing around the shell as a fulcrum only by arranging it.

As a countermeasure, it is conceivable that the male screw is formed on the entire rod, and the conical member and the shell are arranged at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the rod (bolt body). In this case, it is necessary to turn the conical member or the rod to move the conical member from the tip of the rod to the intermediate position, and it is necessary to turn the conical member or the rod to assemble the anchor bolt. It will take time.

The present invention has been provided for the purpose of solving such inconveniences, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an anchor bolt that can reduce the assembly effort even if the bolt body is long.

In order to solve such inconvenience, the present invention is an anchor bolt 1 that is fixed to a hole 3 provided in a wall surface 2 and has a bolt body 5 in which a male screw 4 is formed on a cylindrical outer peripheral surface, and the bolt. It has a taper member 8 formed along the central axis with a female screw 7 screwed into the male screw 4 of the main body 5, and an expanding member 9 that fits outside the tapered member 8. And a plurality of contact portions 12 provided with contact surfaces 14 that contact a plurality of inclined surfaces 10 formed on the peripheral side surface of the taper member 8. 12 abutment surfaces 14 and the respective inclined surfaces 10 of the taper member 8 are inclined so as to approach the central axis of the bolt body 5 toward the proximal end side of the bolt body 5 in the abutting state. The taper member 8 has two split surfaces 23 and 24 extending in the axial direction thereof. The two taper pieces 8a and 8b are configured to be openable and swayable about the rocking shaft 25, and the two taper pieces in the open state are formed. By closing the taper pieces 8a and 8b so that the bolt body 5 is fitted inside the bolts 8a and 8b, the female thread 7 of the taper member 8 is screwed into the male thread 4 of the bolt body 5. A lock member for locking 8b in a closed posture is arranged.

The wall surface 2 here includes civil engineering structures such as rock walls and tunnels, and wall surfaces such as ceilings and side walls of buildings. The swing shaft 25 includes a case where it is a member independent of the taper pieces 8a and 8b and a case where it is integrated with either one of the taper pieces 8a and 8b. A pin, a bolt, etc. correspond to a locking member. It is preferable that the contact surface 14 of each contact portion 12 of the spreading member 9 and each inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8 are inclined at the same angle in the contact state.

Here, a C ring, an annular spring, or the like is fitted on the outer peripheral surface 15 of the contact portion 12 so that the contact surface 14 of the contact portion 12 contacts the inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8. The closed posture means a posture in a state in which the female screw 7 of the taper piece 8a or 8b is screwed to the male screw 4 of the bolt body 5.

Moreover, the expansion member 9 has the bridge | bridging part 13 which has the through-hole 19 which can insert the volt | bolt main body 5, and the contact part 12 can be connected to the bridge | bridging part 13. FIG.

The spreading member 9 is divided at the position of the through hole 19 of the bridging portion 13, and at least one abutment portion 12 is connected to the bridging portion 13 of each divided spreading member 9. Can be.

In the anchor bolt 1 of the present invention, the anchor bolt 1 is inserted into the hole 3 of the wall surface 2 and the bolt body 5 is rotated (rotated), so that the contact portion of the expanding member 9 with the inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8. 12 is pressed toward the inner peripheral surface 16 side of the hole 3, and the outer peripheral surface 15 of the contact portion 12 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3 (for example, pressed in a surface contact state). To do). As a result, the anchor bolt 1 is securely fixed to the hole 3 by friction between the outer peripheral surface 15 of the contact portion 12 and the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3, and the anchor bolt 1 comes out of the hole 3. This can be surely prevented.

In addition, when the bolt body 5 is pulled to the outside of the hole 3, the inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8 pushes the contact surface 14 of the contact portion 12 of the expanding member 9 more strongly. Twelve outer peripheral surfaces 15 are pressed strongly against the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3. Thereby, it is possible to more reliably prevent the anchor bolt 1 from coming out of the hole 3.

In addition, since the taper member 8 is composed of two taper pieces 8a and 8b, the bolt body 5 is fitted inside the two taper pieces 8a and 8b in an open state. The taper members 8a and 8b are closed while the female screw 7 of the taper member 8 is screwed onto the male screw 4 and the taper members 8a and 8b in the closed position are locked by the lock member, so that the taper member 8 is fixed to the bolt body 5. Can be attached securely. Thereby, even if the bolt main body 5 is long, the taper member 8 can be easily attached to an intermediate position in the length direction of the bolt main body 5. As a result, it is possible to reduce the time and labor for assembling the anchor bolt 1 and improve the efficiency of the assembly.

When the contact portion 12 is connected to the bridging portion 13 of the spreading member 9 having the through hole 19, the bridging portion 13 and the contact portion 12 can be handled as a unit. That is, when the bolt body 5 is inserted into the through hole 19 of the bridging portion 13 and the bridging portion 13 is moved to the position of the taper member 8 screwed into the bolt main body 5, the contact portion 12 also moves together. Thus, the taper member 8 can be externally fitted, and for example, the handling of the abutting portions 12 is facilitated as compared with the case where the plurality of abutting portions 12 are configured independently of each other.

When the expanding member 9 is divided at the position of the through hole 19 of the bridging portion 13, the contact surface 14 of the contact portion 12 of each expanding member 9 is inclined from the side of the tapered member 8 to each inclination of the tapered member 8. Each expansion member 9 is externally fitted to the taper member 8 so as to face the surface 10, and each expansion member is fitted to the through hole 19 of the bridging portion 13 of each expansion member 9. By joining the nine members 9 to each other, the expanding member 9 can be easily attached even to the taper member 8 that is attached to an intermediate position in the length direction of the bolt body 5.

A first embodiment of an anchor bolt according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 6, the anchor bolt 1 of the present invention is fixed (held) in a state of being inserted into a hole 3 provided (provided) in a wall surface 2 of a concrete ceiling, for example.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the anchor bolt 1 includes a bolt main body 5 in which a male screw 4 is formed over almost the entire area of a cylindrical outer peripheral surface, and a longitudinal end of the bolt main body 5 (see FIG. 6 has an expansion mechanism 6 disposed at an upper end) and at least one intermediate position. On the base end (lower end in FIG. 6) side of the bolt body 5, unillustrated equipment and piping are fixed.

The expansion mechanism 6 includes a taper member 8 formed along the central axis of a female screw 7 (see FIG. 3) that is screwed into the male screw 4 of the bolt body 5, and an expansion that is externally fitted to the taper member 8. Member 9. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the taper member 8 is formed in a cylindrical shape. In addition, on both the left and right sides of the peripheral side surface of the taper member 8, flat inclined surfaces 10 that are inclined toward the base end of the bolt body 5 (taper member 8) and thus closer to the central axis of the bolt body 5 are respectively provided. Provided (see FIG. 6).

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the expanding member 9 includes a bridging portion 13 having a through hole 19 into which the bolt body 5 can be inserted, and the bridging portion 13, and each inclined surface of the taper member 8. 10 and two abutting portions 12 arranged to face each other on the left and right sides. The inner surface (contact surface) 14 of each contact portion 12 of the spreading member 9 is formed in a planar shape, and the inner surface 14 of each contact portion 12 and each inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8 are surfaces. Contact (contact) is possible. The inner surface 14 of each contact portion 12 is inclined so as to approach the central axis of the bolt body 5 toward the proximal end of the bolt body 5 in the contacted state, and the inner surface 14 of the contact portion 12. The inclination angle is substantially equal to the inclination angle of each inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8.

The outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12 of the spreading member 9 is formed in a cylindrical surface shape, and the outer peripheral surface 15 is in pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3 (pressed in a surface contact state). (See FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 2, the bridging portion 13 of the spreading member 9 has a central portion 18 in the left-right direction formed in a disc shape, and the through hole 19 is formed in the central portion 18. The taper member 8 and the expansion member 9 of the anchor bolt 1 are each formed of stainless steel or the like. The expanding member 9 is elastically deformable, and the left and right contact portions 12 and 12 can swing in the left-right direction. Note that the through hole 19 may not be formed in the bridging portion 13 of the spreading mechanism 6 disposed at the tip in the length direction of the bolt body 5. Further, the left and right contact portions 12, 12 may be slightly opened in the left-right direction.

A plurality of (three in this embodiment) grooves 20 are formed at equal intervals in the length direction of the bolt body 5 on the base end side of the outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12 of the expanding member 9. The groove 20 extends in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12. When the anchor bolt 1 is inserted into the hole 3, for example, the edge of the groove 20 is caught on the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3, thereby preventing the anchor bolt 1 from falling out of the hole 3.

As shown in FIG. 3, each taper member 8 of the anchor bolt 1 is divided into two taper pieces 8a and 8b by two dividing surfaces 23 and 24 extending in the length direction (axial direction) (half). Divided). Specifically, the split surfaces 23 and 24 extend in the axial direction of the tapered member 8 on the cylindrical outer peripheral surfaces 22 and 22 sandwiched between the inclined surfaces 10 and 10 among the outer peripheral surfaces of the tapered member 8, and The taper member 8 is formed so as to extend in parallel with the radial direction. The dividing surfaces 23 and 24 are bent stepwise at the center of the taper member 8 in the length direction.

The taper member 8 is provided with a cylindrical shaft pin 25 extending across both ends of the taper member 8 in the length direction. The shaft pin 25 passes through the step portion of one of the dividing surfaces 23, the taper pieces 8a and 8b can be opened and closed with the shaft pin 25 as an axis (see FIG. 4), and The shaft pins 25 are inseparably connected. Further, the taper member 8 is formed with a columnar through hole 27 (see FIG. 5) extending across both ends of the taper member 8 in the length direction. It penetrates the stepped portion of the dividing surface 24. A cylindrical lock pin (lock member) 26 for locking the tapered pieces 8a and 8b in a closed posture (posture in FIG. 5) is inserted into the through-hole 27. The lock pin 26 can be attached to and detached from the taper member 8.

Next, an example of the assembly procedure of the anchor bolt 1 will be described. First, the taper pieces 8a and 8b of the taper member 8 are removed with the lock pin 26 removed from the through hole 27 of the taper member 8 of the expansion mechanism 6. , Open to the left and right as shown in FIG.

Next, the intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the bolt body 5 is fitted inside the two tapered pieces 8a and 8b in the opened state, and the female screw 7 of the taper member 8 is screwed into the male screw 4 of the bolt body 5. Then, the taper pieces 8a and 8b are closed. The lock pins 26 are inserted into the through holes 27 of the tapered pieces 8a and 8b in the closed posture (the posture in FIG. 5), and the tapered pieces 8a and 8b are locked in the closed posture. Thereby, the taper pieces 8a and 8b in the closed posture are prevented from opening and coming off from the bolt body 5.

After the taper pieces 8 a and 8 b (taper member 8) are attached to the intermediate position of the bolt body 5, the tip of the bolt body 5 is passed through the through hole 19 of the expanding member 9, and the expanding member 9 is inserted into the bolt body 5. The expansion member 9 is moved to the position of the taper member 8 attached to the taper member 8 so that the inner surface 14 of each contact portion 12 of the expansion member 9 can come into surface contact with each inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8. 8 (the state of FIG. 1). Similarly, each expansion mechanism 6 is attached (arranged) to the longitudinal end of the bolt body 5 and other intermediate positions.

Thereafter, the anchor bolt 1 is inserted into the hole 3 of the wall surface 2 of the concrete with the tip side facing up, and inserted to the back of the hole 3 (see FIG. 6). Next, by pulling the bolt main body 5 toward the base end side of the hole 3, the bolt main body 5 and the taper member 8 of each expansion mechanism 6 are lowered (moved) toward the base end side of the hole 3 of the wall surface 2. At that time, the proximal end of each contact portion 12 of the expanding member 9 and the edge of the groove 20 are caught by the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3, thereby restricting the downward movement of the expanding member 9. .

In this state, the inner surface 14 of each contact portion 12 is pushed toward the inner peripheral surface 16 side of the hole 3 by each inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8, and the outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12 is the inner periphery of the hole 3. It is pressed against the surface 16 while being in surface pressure contact, that is, in surface contact. Accordingly, the anchor bolt 1 is fixed to the hole 3 by friction between the outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12 and the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3.

As shown in FIG. 6, a bracket 28 for fixing equipment or piping (not shown) is attached to the male screw 4 of the bolt body 5 of the anchor bolt 1, and a nut 29 is screwed below the bracket 28. Wear (wear). Then, the nut 29 is turned with a tool such as a wrench (spanner), and the nut 29 is pressed around the lower edge of the hole 3 through the bracket 28. When the nut 29 is further rotated, the bolt main body 5 is further pulled downward by the nut 29, and the bolt main body 5 and the taper member 8 of each expansion mechanism 6 are further lowered to the proximal end side of the hole 3.

Accordingly, the inner surface 14 of each contact portion 12 is further pushed toward the inner peripheral surface 16 side of the hole 3 by each inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8, and the outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12 is the inner peripheral surface of the hole 3. The anchor bolt 1 is firmly fixed to the surface 16 and the anchor bolt 1 is securely fixed by the hole 3, and the anchor bolt 1 can be reliably prevented from coming out of the hole 3. A washer (not shown) or the like may be mounted on the upper side of the nut 29 instead of the bracket 28.

Even if the bolt body 5 of the anchor bolt 1 fixed in the hole 3 is pulled downward by the weight (external force) of the equipment or the like, the taper member 8 strengthens the inner surface 14 of each contact portion 12 accordingly. Since it pushes, the outer peripheral surface 15 of each contact portion 12 is strongly pressed against the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3. Thereby, the anchor bolt 1 can be reliably prevented from coming out of the hole 3.

Thus, the taper pieces 8a and 8b can be locked in a closed position simply by inserting the lock pin 26 into the through holes 27 of the taper pieces 8a and 8b, so that the locking operation can be easily performed. Instead of the lock pin 26, for example, screws may be tightened into the through holes 27 of the taper pieces 8a and 8b to lock the taper pieces 8a and 8b in a closed posture.

Next, a second embodiment of the anchor bolt 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the second embodiment, one split surface 23 side of the two taper pieces 8a and 8b of the anchor bolt 1 is configured to be swingable around the shaft pin 25 as in the first embodiment. On the other hand, the other split surface 24 side of the taper pieces 8a and 8b in the closed posture is locked with a bolt 31 and a nut 32 as a lock member. That is, the bolts 31 and the nuts 32 prevent the taper pieces 8 a and 8 b in the closed posture from opening and coming off from the bolt body 5.

Specifically, the other dividing surface 24 of the taper member 8 is formed so as to extend straight in the axial direction of the taper member 8 and to extend in parallel with the radial direction of the taper member 8. Further, on the outer peripheral surface 22 of the tapered member 8 on which the other divided surface 24 is formed, notches 34 and 34 are formed on both the left and right sides of the other divided surface 24 with the thick portions 33 and 33 interposed therebetween, respectively. Yes.

The heads of the bolts 31 and the nuts 32 are positioned in the notches 34 and 34 (state shown in FIG. 8). This prevents the head of the bolt 31 and the nut 32 from contacting the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3. The thick portions 33 and 33 are formed with insertion holes 35 extending in the left-right direction, and the shafts of the bolts 31 are inserted into the insertion holes 35.

Next, an example of the assembly procedure of the anchor bolt 1 of the second embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, the two taper pieces 8a and 8b of the taper member 8 are opened to the left and right, and the taper piece 8a. The taper pieces 8 a and 8 b are closed while the female screw 7 of the taper member 8 is screwed into the male screw 4 of the bolt main body 5 so as to fit the intermediate position in the length direction of the bolt main body 5 inside the 8 b. The bolts 31 are inserted into the insertion holes 35 of the tapered pieces 8a and 8b in the closed posture (the posture of FIG. 8), and the nut 32 is tightened to the end of the shaft of the bolt 31 (the state of FIG. 8). Thereby, the taper pieces 8a and 8b are locked in the closed position.

Thereafter, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, the end of the bolt main body 5 is passed through the through hole 19 of the expansion member 9, and the expansion member 9 is externally fitted to the taper member 8 attached to the bolt main body 5. The bolt 1 is inserted into the hole 3 with the tip side facing up, the bolt body 5 is pulled toward the base end side of the hole 3, and the nut 29 (see FIG. 6) is tightened to fix the anchor bolt 1 Is fixed to the hole 3. Other configurations and operations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.

Thus, since the bolt 31 is inserted into the insertion hole 35 of the taper pieces 8a and 8b in the closed position and the nut 32 is tightened into the bolt 31, the closed shape of the taper pieces 8a and 8b can be reliably maintained.

The spreading member 9 may be divided at the position of the through hole 19 of the bridging portion 13 and the tip side of the contact portion 12 may be connected to the bridging portion 13 of each divided spreading member 9. Good. In this case, the inner surface 14 of the contact portion 12 of each of the divided expanding members 9 is brought into surface contact with the inclined surface 10 of the tapered member 8 from the left and right sides of the tapered member 8, and each of the expanding members 9. Each expansion member 9 is externally fitted to the taper member 8 so that the bolt body 5 is fitted into the through hole 19 of the bridging portion 13.

Thereby, even if it is the taper member 8 with which the bolt body 5 was mounted | worn in the intermediate position of the length direction, the expansion member 9 can be easily externally fitted. In that case, it is desirable that the two expanding members 9 fitted on the taper member 8 are made non-separable by, for example, fitting a C-ring or the like on the outer peripheral surface 15 of the contact portion 12.

Each contact portion 12 of the expanding member 9 may be formed so as to be separated from the bolt body 5 toward the free end side (right side: base end side in FIG. 1) of the contact portion 12. In that case, when the anchor bolt 1 is inserted into the hole 3, the expanding member 9 is elastically deformed, and enters the hole 3 with the free end side of the abutting portion 12 approaching the bolt body 5 side. Since the free end side of the contact portion 12 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3 by the elastic restoring force of the contact portion 12, when the bolt body 5 is pulled toward the base end side (lower side in FIG. 6), the contact portion The free end side of 12 is caught by the inner peripheral surface 16 of the hole 3, and the expanding member 13 is prevented from moving to the base end side of the hole 3 along with the taper member 8.

Thereby, when the taper member 8 moves to the base end side of the hole 3, the inclined surface 10 of the taper member 8 is firmly pressed against the inner surface 14 of the contact portion 12, and the outer peripheral surface 15 of the contact portion 12 is pressed against the hole 3. The inner peripheral surface 16 can be surely brought into surface pressure contact. The lock member may be other than the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

Three or more inclined surfaces 10 may be formed on the taper member 8 of each expansion mechanism 6. For example, when the inclined surfaces 10 are formed on the four sides of the tapered member 8, the divided surfaces 23 and 24 are formed on the two inclined surfaces 10 and 10 facing each other (facing each other). Will do.

When it is not necessary to swing the taper pieces 8a and 8b, the lock pin 26 may be inserted into the hole for the shaft pin 25 and the shaft pin 25 may be omitted. In this case, the through hole 27 through which the lock pin 26 is inserted may extend in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the taper member 8. Further, instead of the lock pin 26, a bolt and a nut may be used.
