Abstract
Description
前記弁本体の前記弁座内に回転自在に配置され、前記第2の弁口の開口面積を直線状に変化させるよう予め定められた中心角を有する半円筒形状の開口部を有する円筒形状に形成された弁体弁体と、
前記弁体を回転駆動する駆動手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする流量制御用二方弁である。
低温側の予め定められた第1の温度に調整された前記低温側流体を供給する第1の供給手段と、
高温側の予め定められた第2の温度に調整された前記高温側流体を供給する第2の供給手段と、
前記第1の供給手段から供給される前記低温側流体と前記第2の供給手段から供給される前記高温側流体を混合して温度制御用流路に流す混合部と、
前記第1の供給手段から供給される前記低温側流体の流量を制御する第1の流量制御弁と、
前記第2の供給手段から供給される前記高温側流体の流量を制御する第2の流量制御弁と、
を備え、
前記第1及び第2の流量制御弁として請求項1又は2に記載の流量制御用二方弁を用いたことを特徴とする温度制御装置である。
図1(a)(b)(c)は本発明の実施の形態1に係る流量制御用二方弁の一例としての二方弁型モータバルブを示す正面図、右側面図及び底面図、図2は図1(a)のA−A線断面図、図3(a)(b)は同二方弁型モータバルブを示す要部の平面図及び一部破断の正面図である。
本実施の形態に係る二方弁型モータバルブ1では、次のようにして流体の流量が制御される。
本実施の形態に係る二方弁型モータバルブ1では、実動作モードをクローズループ制御で実行する場合、図25に示すように、調節計94から入力電流が制御基板84の調節計入力部95に入力される。
本発明者らは、図1乃至図3に示すような弁軸12を備えた二方弁型モータバルブ1を試作し、弁軸12の回転に伴う第2の弁口11の開度に応じて、流体の流量係数Cv値がどのように変化するかを確認する実験を行った。
図29は本発明の実施の形態1に係る流量制御用二方弁を適用した温度制御装置の一例としての恒温維持装置(チラー装置)を示す概念図である。
本発明者らは、図29に示すようなチラー装置200を試作し、温度制御部201の温度制御用流路202に流れる流体の温度及び流量がどのように変化するかを確認する実験を行った。

Claims (3)
- 円柱形状の空所からなる弁座を有し、前記弁座の軸方向に沿った一端部に流体が流通する第1の弁口と前記弁座の周面に前記流体が流通する断面矩形状の第2の弁口が形成された弁本体と、
前記弁本体の前記弁座内に回転自在に配置され、前記第2の弁口の開口面積を直線状に変化させるよう予め定められた中心角を有する半円筒形状の開口部を有する円筒形状に形成された弁体弁体と、
前記弁体を回転駆動する駆動手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする流量制御用二方弁。 - 前記弁体は、外周面が開口されて予め定められた中心角を有する半円筒形状に形成された半円筒部を有し、軸方向に沿った一端面が閉塞され他端面が開口された円筒体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量制御用二方弁。
- 混合比が調整された低温側流体及び高温側流体からなる温度制御用流体が流れる温度制御用流路を有する温度制御手段と、
低温側の予め定められた第1の温度に調整された前記低温側流体を供給する第1の供給手段と、
高温側の予め定められた第2の温度に調整された前記高温側流体を供給する第2の供給手段と、
前記第1の供給手段から供給される前記低温側流体と前記第2の供給手段から供給される前記高温側流体を混合して温度制御用流路に流す混合部と、
前記第1の供給手段から供給される前記低温側流体の流量を制御する第1の流量制御弁と、
前記第2の供給手段から供給される前記高温側流体の流量を制御する第2の流量制御弁と、
を備え、
前記第1及び第2の流量制御弁として請求項1又は2に記載の流量制御用二方弁を用いたことを特徴とする温度制御装置。
