Description
Claims (5)
- 体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端側に連設される操作部と、
前記挿入部の先端部に起立自在に設けられ、最小角度位置から最大角度位置までの起立動作範囲を有し、前記先端部から導出された処置具を案内する処置具起立台と、
前記処置具起立台に一端が連結され、前記挿入部の内部に挿通される操作ワイヤと、
前記操作部に設けられ、前記操作ワイヤの他端が連結され、前記操作ワイヤを牽引することにより前記処置具起立台を起立させる起立操作部材と、を備え、
前記起立操作部材は、前記先端部から前記処置具が導出されていない状態としたときに前記処置具起立台の前記起立動作範囲で前記操作ワイヤを牽引する第1の操作範囲と、前記第1の操作範囲で前記処置具起立台を前記最大角度位置にする位置よりも起立側に大きく操作された場合に前記処置具起立台が前記最大角度位置に維持されている状態で前記操作ワイヤを更に牽引する第2の操作範囲とを有する内視鏡装置。 - 前記起立操作部材の全操作範囲を前記第1の操作範囲及び前記第2の操作範囲からなる範囲としたとき、前記第1の操作範囲は前記起立操作部材の全操作範囲の40%以上で、70%以下である請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記操作部には、前記起立操作部材の操作範囲が前記第1の操作範囲と前記第2の操作範囲とのいずれであるかを識別する指標が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記操作部には、前記処置具起立台が前記最小角度位置にあるときは起立操作部材により遮蔽され、かつ前記処置具起立台を前記最小角度位置から起立させた状態の位置にあるときは露呈される指標が設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記操作部に回動自在に配設され、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた湾曲部を湾曲操作する湾曲操作ノブを更に備え、
前記起立操作部材は、前記湾曲操作ノブの回転軸と同軸上に回動自在に配設されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。
