Description
(1)X線回折法(XRD)
有機無機複合粒子をガラスフォルダーにそれぞれ充填し、下記の条件でX線回折をそれぞれ実施した。その後、得られたピークから、データベース検索によって無機物の成分を帰属する。
(入射側光学系)
・X線源:CuKα(λ=1.542Å)、45kV、360mA
・分光器(モノクロメータ):多層膜ミラー
・コリメータ直径:300μm
(受光側光学系)
・カウンタ:二次元PSPC(Hi−STAR)
・有機無機複合粒子およびカウンタ間距離:15cm
・2θ=20、50、80度、ω=10、25、40度、Phi=0度、Psi=0度
・測定時間:10分
・帰属(半定量ソフトウェア):FPM EVA、Bruker AXS社製
(2)フーリエ変換赤外分光光度法(FT−IR)
下記の装置を用いるKBr法によって、有機無機複合粒子のフーリエ変換赤外分光光度測定を実施する。
(3)動的光散乱法(DLS)による平均粒子径の測定
有機無機複合粒子を溶媒に分散させてサンプル(固形分濃度1質量%以下)を調製し、サンプルにおける有機無機複合粒子の平均粒子径を動的光散乱光度計(型番「ZEN3600」:シスメックス社製)にて測定する。
(4)透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)による観察
フィルムを切断し、切断面を透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM、H−7650、日立ハイテクノロジーズ社製)にて観察して、有機無機複合粒子の分散状態を観察する。
(5)透明性
フィルムの透明性を目視により観察する。
調製例1
5mLの高圧反応器(AKICO社製)に、無機物としての水酸化セリウム(Ce(OH)4:和光純薬工業社製)と、有機化合物としてのデカン酸およびヘキサン酸と、水とを、表1に記載の配合量で仕込んだ。
表1の記載に準拠して、無機物、有機化合物および水の配合処方を変更した以外は、調製例1と同様にして、有機無機複合粒子を調製し、続いて、これを湿式分級した。
実施例1
ポリエーテルイミド樹脂(型番:ウルテム1000、SABICイノベーティブプラスチックジャパン社製)とクロロホルムとを配合して、固形分濃度10質量%の樹脂溶液を調製した。
表2の記載に準拠して、樹脂溶液および粒子分散液の配合処方を変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、フィルムを作製した。

熱可塑性フッ素系ポリイミド樹脂:特開2003−315541号公報の実施例1の熱可塑性フッ素系ポリイミド樹脂

ポリビニルアルコール樹脂:「JCー40」、日本酢ビ・ポバール社製

Claims (9)
- 樹脂と、
無機粒子の表面に結合基を介して結合する有機基を有する有機無機複合粒子とを含み、
前記有機無機複合粒子は、前記有機基の立体障害により、前記無機粒子が互いに接触しない形状を少なくとも有しており、樹脂中に1次粒子として分散され、
前記樹脂は、芳香環を有し、
前記有機基は、疎水基を有し、
前記疎水基が、複数の同族の基であり、
前記複数の同族の基は、複数の脂肪族基同士の組合せ、複数の脂環族基同士の組合せ、複数の芳香脂肪族基同士の組合せ、または、複数の芳香族基同士であることを特徴とする、粒子分散樹脂組成物。 - 樹脂と、
無機粒子の表面に結合基を介して結合する有機基を有する有機無機複合粒子とを含み、
前記有機無機複合粒子は、前記有機基の立体障害により、前記無機粒子が互いに接触しない形状を少なくとも有しており、樹脂中に1次粒子として分散され、
前記樹脂は、芳香環を有し、
前記有機基は、疎水基を有し、
前記疎水基が、複数の異なる族の基であり、
前記複数の異なる族の基は、脂肪族基、脂環族基、芳香脂肪族基および芳香族基からなる群から選択される少なくとも2つの異なる族の組合せであることを特徴とする、粒子分散樹脂組成物。 - 前記樹脂は、ポリエーテルイミド樹脂、熱可塑性フッ素系ポリイミド樹脂およびポリアリレートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の高配向性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の粒子分散樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粒子分散樹脂組成物から成形されていることを特徴とする、粒子分散樹脂成形体。
- 樹脂と、
無機粒子の表面に結合基を介して結合する有機基を有する有機無機複合粒子とを、
前記有機無機複合粒子が、前記有機基の立体障害により、樹脂中に1次粒子として分散されるように、配合する粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法であり、
前記樹脂は、芳香環を有し、
前記有機基は、疎水基を有し、
前記有機基が、複数の同族の疎水基であり、
前記複数の同族の基は、複数の脂肪族基同士の組合せ、複数の脂環族基同士の組合せ、複数の芳香脂肪族基同士の組合せ、または、複数の芳香族基同士であることを特徴とする、粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 樹脂と、
無機粒子の表面に結合基を介して結合する有機基を有する有機無機複合粒子とを、
前記有機無機複合粒子が、前記有機基の立体障害により、樹脂中に1次粒子として分散されるように、配合する粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法であり、
前記樹脂は、芳香環を有し、
前記有機基は、疎水基を有し、
前記疎水基が、複数の異なる族の基であり、
前記複数の異なる族の基は、脂肪族基、脂環族基、芳香脂肪族基および芳香族基からなる群から選択される少なくとも2つの異なる族の組合せであることを特徴とする、粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記有機無機複合粒子が、高温の溶媒中で製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記有機無機複合粒子が、高温高圧の水中で製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の粒子分散樹脂組成物の製造方法により得られる粒子分散樹脂組成物から粒子分散樹脂成形体を成形することを特徴とする、粒子分散樹脂成形体の製造方法。
