Claims (8)
- 弁輪形成リングであるループ形状の支持体(41)と、
径方向に拡張可能な補綴心臓弁(70)と
を備える、生来の心臓弁を置換又は修復するための構造であって、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)の外側部分(32)は、生来の心臓弁の周囲の弁組織
に対して位置決め可能であり、
前記補綴心臓弁(70)の外面(74)は、前記補綴心臓弁(70)と前記生来の心臓
弁の周囲の弁組織との間の弁傍漏出又は逆流を防止するように、前記ループ形状の支持体
(41)の内側部分(34)に対して位置決め可能である、構造において、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)の円周が、前記補綴心臓弁(70)の円周より実質的
に大きく、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)が、前記補綴心臓弁(70)の周囲に密接に嵌装され
て前記補綴心臓弁(70)と前記ループ形状の支持体(41)との間の領域を密封できる
ように、径方向に縮小可能であり、
前記内側部分(34)が、前記径方向に拡張可能な補綴心臓弁(70)を受容するよう
になっており、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)が、前記内側部分(34)を越える前記補綴心臓弁(
70)の拡張を防止するように、径方向に堅く、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)が、安定性を向上させるように、螺旋形状で且つ/又
は前記弁輪(20)に螺合可能であり、
前記ループ形状の支持体は、実質的に異なる直径に沿った面にそれぞれ位置する第1ループと第2ループとを備え、第1の直径を有する前記ループ形状の支持体によって第1の形状をとり、前記第1の直径より小さい第2の直径を有する前記ループ形状の支持体によって第2のプログラムされた形状をとり、
前記径方向に拡張可能な補綴心臓弁が、目標部位に配設後に、前記ループ形状の支持体の前記第1ループと前記第2ループとの全体を通じて位置し、
前記ループ形状の支持体の前記第1の直径は前記補綴心臓弁の直径よりも実質的に大きく、
前記ループ形状の支持体の前記第2の直径は、前記補綴心臓弁の周囲に密接に嵌装されて前記補綴心臓弁と前記ループ形状の支持体との間の領域を密封できる大きさである
ことを特徴とする構造。 - 前記補綴心臓弁(70)が堅く、
前記補綴心臓弁(70)の外面(74)が、前記補綴心臓弁(70)と前記ループ形状
の支持体(41)との間の領域を密封するように、前記ループ形状の支持体(41)の内
側部分(34)に対して密接に位置決めされる請求項1に記載の構造。 - 前記補綴心臓弁(70)がステント付き補綴心臓弁である請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記周囲の弁組織が弁輪(20)を備え、
前記構造が更にフランジユニット(50)を備え、
前記フランジユニット(50)は、前記ループ形状の支持体(41)に接続されており
、フランジユニット(50)は、フランジユニット(50)及びループ形状の支持体(4
1)を前記弁輪(20)に取り付けるように、弁輪(20)に対して配置されるように構
成されており、
前記フランジユニット(50)が織布素材のものである請求項3に記載の構造。 - 生来の心臓弁を置換又は修復するための請求項1に記載の構造に使用される弁輪形成リ
ングであるループ形状の支持体であって、
内側部分(34)と外側部分(32)とを有し、
前記内側部分(34)が補綴心臓弁(70)に対して位置決め可能であり、
前記外側部分(32)が生来の心臓弁の周囲の弁組織に対して位置決め可能であり、こ
れにより、前記補綴心臓弁(70)と前記周囲の弁組織との間の弁傍漏出又は逆流が防止
されるループ形状の支持体において、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)の円周が、前記補綴心臓弁(70)の円周より実質的
に大きく、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)が、前記補綴心臓弁(70)の周囲に密接に嵌装され
て前記補綴心臓弁(70)と前記ループ形状の支持体(41)との間の領域を密封できる
ように、径方向に縮小可能であり、
前記内側部分(34)が、径方向に拡張可能な補綴心臓弁(70)を受容するようにな
っており、
前記ループ形状の支持体(41)が、前記内側部分(34)を越える前記補綴心臓弁(
70)の拡張を防止するように、径方向に堅く、

、ループ形状の支持体(41)の頂部(36)及び/又は底部から、ループ形状の支持体
(41)から離れるように、ループ形状の支持体(41)の中心軸と実質的に平行な方向
に延びる指部(90)をループ形状の支持体(41)が有する請求項5〜7のいずれか一
項に記載のループ形状の支持体。
