Claims (25)
- 陰圧源から創傷へ陰圧を届けるように構成される導管と、
前記創傷へ陰圧を届けるように構成される吸引アダプタであって、前記吸引アダプタが、近位端および遠位端を有する細長い流体流路と、前記近位端と前記遠位端の間に延びる細長い3D編物または3D織物の材料と、を備える吸引アダプタと、
前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の近位部分にしっかり取り付けられるように構成されるコネクタであって、前記3D編物の材料と前記導管との間に流体接続をもたらすようにさらに構成されているコネクタと、
を備え、
前記コネクタが、少なくとも1つの遠位方向に延びる突出部を備えることを特徴とする陰圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記コネクタが、2つの遠位方向に延びる突出部を備え、各突出部が、該突出部上に位置する少なくとも1つのバーブをさらに備え、前記バーブが、前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の近位部分内に押し込まれると共にその内部に保持されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コネクタが、2つの遠位方向に延びる突出部を備え、各突出部が、該突出部上に位置する少なくとも1つのバーブをさらに備え、前記バーブが、前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の上部および下部に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部が、前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の中に延びるように構成された、遠位方向に延びる中央突出部である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央突出部が、少なくとも1つのバーブをさらに備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 陰圧源から創傷へ陰圧を届けるように構成される導管と、
前記創傷へ陰圧を届けるように構成される吸引アダプタであって、前記吸引アダプタが、近位端および遠位端を有する細長い流体流路と、前記近位端と前記遠位端の間に延びる細長い3D編物または3D織物の材料と、を備える吸引アダプタと、
前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の近位部分にしっかり取り付けられるように構成されるコネクタであって、前記3D編物の材料と前記導管との間に流体接続をもたらすようにさらに構成されているコネクタと、
を備え、
前記コネクタが、ピンまたは他のロック用デバイスを受け入れるように構成された少なくとも1つの開口部を備え、前記ピンが、前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の少なくとも一部を通じて押し込まれることを特徴とする陰圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記コネクタが、中心流路を備え、かつ、前記突出部が前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の近位部分に押し込まれると共にその内部に固定されるように構成されたリップである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部が柔軟なラインであり、前記少なくとも1つのラインを受け入れるように構成された1つの対応する空洞と、を備え、前記ラインが前記3D編物または3D織物の材料の近位部分中でループを形成するように構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ラインが、少なくとも1つのバーブをさらに備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記コネクタが、20kg未満の引張力を受けるときに前記3D編物または3D織物の材料に取り付けられたままであるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引アダプタが、前記細長い流体流路の上下に配設された、液体不透過性材料で構成された上部層および底部層を備え、前記上部層および前記底部層が、前記コネクタが前記導管に接続されるときに流体密シールをもたらすように、前記コネクタと共にシールされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 流体通路チューブを織物流路に接続するためのコネクタであって、 近位端および遠位端を有する本体と、
前記本体から遠位方向に延在する少なくとも1つの部材であって、前記織物流路の中に延び、かつ、少なくとも1つの突出部を備えるように構成された少なくとも1つの部材と、
を備え、
前記本体の前記近位端が、前記流体通路チューブの内面または外面とプレス嵌めされるように構成されたコネクタ。 - 前記本体が円筒形状である、請求項12に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記本体が中空である、請求項12に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの部材が、複数の突出部を備える、請求項12に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記突出部が、近位方向に延びる1つまたは複数のバーブをさらに備える、請求項15に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記突出部が、柔軟なラインであり、前記ラインが、前記織物流路を通ってループを形成し、前記コネクタに形成された空洞に受け入れられると共にしっかり接続されるように構成された先細りした先端を備える、請求項12に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記本体の前記近位端が、裁頭円錐形状のリップを備える、請求項12に記載のコネクタ。
- 流体通路チューブを織物流路に接続するためのコネクタであって、
その近位端と遠位端との間に延びる中心流路を備えた円筒形状の中空本体と、
前記中空本体から遠位方向に延びる複数の突出部と、
前記突出部の各々に設けられた複数のバーブであって、近位方向に角度が付けられ、前記織物流路に係合するように構成された、複数のバーブと、
前記流体通路チューブにプレス嵌めされるように構成された前記中空本体の前記近位端における裁頭円錐形状のリップと、
を備え、
前記コネクタが、前記織物流路から係合解除するまでは、20kgまでの引張力に耐えるように構成された、コネクタ。 - 請求項12から19のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタと、
前記コネクタの遠位端に係合した織物流路と、
前記コネクタの近位端に係合したチューブと、
を備える流体接続。 - 流体を輸送する方法であって、
3D編物または3D織物の材料で構成される細長い流体流路を用意するステップと、
前記3D編物または3D織物の材料にコネクタを取り付けるステップであって、前記コネクタが、前記3D編物または3D織物の材料に係合する少なくとも1つの遠位方向に延びる突出部を備える、コネクタを取り付けるステップと、
導管を前記コネクタの近位端に取り付けるステップと、
前記3D編物または3D織物の材料を通じ、前記コネクタを通じ、前記導管を通じて流体を輸送するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記流体を輸送するステップが、前記導管、前記コネクタ、および前記3D編物または3D織物の材料に陰圧をかけるステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記3D編物または3D織物の材料を創傷との流体連通状態に配置するステップをさらに含み、前記陰圧をかけるステップが、前記導管、前記コネクタ、および前記3D編物または3D織物の材料を通じて創傷に陰圧を伝達するステップを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 20kg未満の力で前記コネクタを引っ張っても、前記3D編物または3D織物の材料から前記コネクタが外れない、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記3D編物または3D織物の材料から前記コネクタを係合解除すると、警報が作動する、請求項21に記載の方法。
