Claims (5)
- シリンダから延出したピストンロッドにカラーが圧入で固定されたショックアブソーバを製造する製造方法であって、
前記ピストンロッドに回り止めを施す工程と、
前記ピストンロッドの前記シリンダから延出する側の端部に設けられた小径部に前記カラーを嵌装する工程と、
前記小径部に形成されたおねじに圧入治具を螺合させ、前記圧入治具から前記カラーに軸力を付与して当該カラーを前記ピストンロッドに設けられた圧入部に圧入する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするショックアブソーバの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバの製造方法であって、
前記回り止めは、前記ピストンロッドの前記シリンダから延出する側の端面に設けられた係合部に回り止め治具を係合して施される、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバの製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載のショックアブソーバの製造方法であって、
前記カラーは、内周面において周方向に設けられ前記ピストンロッドの前記圧入部に対して締め代を有する複数の凸部により、前記ピストンロッドの前記圧入部に圧入される、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバの製造方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のショックアブソーバの製造方法であって、
前記圧入治具の回転数と前記圧入治具の回転トルクとに基づいて、前記カラーの圧入状態を判定する工程をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバの製造方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のショックアブソーバの製造方法であって、
前記圧入治具と前記カラーとの間にはスラストベアリングが配設され、前記スラストベアリングを介して前記圧入治具から前記カラーに前記軸力が付与される、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバの製造方法。
