Claims (6)
- 複数のバッテリ(42)とそれらを電気的に接続する電気機器(28)とを収納するバッテリケース(24)が、前記バッテリ(42)および前記電気機器(28)を支持するバッテリトレー(38)と、前記バッテリトレー(38)に結合されて前記バッテリ(42)および前記電気機器(28)の上方を覆うバッテリカバー(39)とからなり、前記バッテリケース(24)内に形成されて冷却空気の通路(45A,45B,45C)から遮断された同一のケース内空間において互いに隣接して配置される前記バッテリ(42)および前記電気機器(28)の間に遮熱部材(39g)が介在する電動車両用バッテリパックであって、
前記遮熱部材(39g)は前記バッテリカバー(39)の内側下面から前記バッテリトレー(38)に向かって下向きに延びることを特徴とする電動車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリケース(24)の内部に導入される冷却空気が前記バッテリカバー(39)の外側上面に沿って流れ、前記遮熱部材(39g)は、前記バッテリカバー(39)の内側下面から前記バッテリトレー(38)に向かって相互に平行に延びる2枚の縦壁(39e)と、前記2枚の縦壁(39e)間を接続する複数の第1リブ(39f)とで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリケース(24)の内部に導入される冷却空気が前記バッテリカバー(39)の外側上面に沿って流れ、前記バッテリケース(24)の外側上面には前記遮熱部材(39g)の上方に位置する溝状の凹部(39b)が形成され、前記凹部(39b)は、その中央部に設けられた単一の第2リブ(39d)から両端部に向かって下向きに傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記凹部(39b)よりも冷却空気の流れ方向下流側には前記バッテリケース(24)の内部に冷却空気を導入する冷却空気吸入口(48a)が設けられ、前記凹部(39b)は冷却空気の流れ方向と交差する方向に向かって下向きに傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電動車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記冷却空気吸入口(48a)と前記凹部(39b)との間には該凹部(39b)よりも上方に突出する凸部(39c)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリカバー(39)および前記遮熱部材(39g)は合成樹脂で一体成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電動車両用バッテリパック。
