Claims (10)
- 本質的に角形の複数の密閉形単電池容器(1)を有し、前記単電池容器のそれぞれで一方の側面が少なくとも部分的に負極(−)としてかつその反対の側面が少なくとも部分的に正極(+)として形成されており、その際に前記単電池容器(1)が、極(−)と極(+)とが互いに密着して、正極端子(14)と負極端子(13)との間で延在しており、かつ前記単電池容器(1)がそれぞれ、機械的に支持する非導電性枠体(2)により囲まれている、組電池(0)であって、
銅とアルミニウムとから形成され、銅側がアノード活物質(9)で、アルミニウム側がカソード活物質(8)でコーティングされた、少なくとも1個の平らなバイメタル(7)を特徴とし、前記バイメタルが、前記単電池容器(1)1個の内部でその極(+)、(−)に平行に延在しており、イオンを通さないように前記単電池容器(1)の枠体(2)に結合されており、こうして単電池容器(1)が少なくとも2個の直列に接続されたガルバニ電池へ分割されている、組電池(0)。 - 前記単電池容器(1)の負極(−)が、内側がアノード活物質(5)でコーティングされた平面状の銅体(3)により形成されている、請求項1記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池容器(1)の正極(+)が、内側がカソード活物質(6)でコーティングされた平面状のアルミニウム体(4)により形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池容器(1)の内部で、前記バイメタル(7)上に積層された活物質(8)、(9)が、極(+)、(−)上に積層された対活物質(5)、(6)と共にガルバニ電池を形成する、請求項2又は3記載の組電池。
- 銅とアルミニウムとから形成され、銅側がアノード活物質(5)で、アルミニウム側がカソード活物質(6)でコーティングされた、少なくとも1個の平らな第二バイメタル(7*)であって、前記第二バイメタルが、前記単電池容器(1)内部で第一バイメタル(7)に平行に延在しており、イオンが通らないように前記単電池容器(1)の枠体(2)に結合されており、こうして前記単電池容器(1)が、少なくとも3個の直列に接続されたガルバニ電池へ分割されており、その際に前記第一バイメタル(7)上に積層された前記活物質が、前記第二バイメタル(7*)上に積層された前記対活物質と共にガルバニ電池を形成する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の組電池。
- 前記単電池容器(1)が、前記枠体(2)を包み込む少なくとも1個の締付手段(15)を用いて固定されてスタックとなる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の組電池。
- 前記アノード活物質(5)、(9)が、黒鉛;無定形炭素;ナノ結晶質ケイ素又は無定形のケイ素並びにケイ素−炭素複合体、スズ、アルミニウム、及びアンチモンを含め、リチウム吸蔵金属及びリチウム合金;及びLi4Ti5O12又はそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の組電池。
- 前記カソード活物質(6)、(8)が、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiNi1-xCoxO2、LiNi0.85Co0.1Al0.05O2を含め、タイプLiMxO2のリチウム金属酸化物;Li1+x(NiyCo1-2yMny)1-xO2、0≦x≦0.17、0≦y≦0.5;ドープされた又はドープされていないLiMn2O4スピネル;及びドープされた又はドープされていない、LiFePO4、LiMnPO4、LiCoPO4、LiVPO4を含め、リチウム金属リン酸塩LiMPO4;並びにフッ化鉄(III)(FeF3)のような変換材料又はそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組電池。
