Description
第一層が本発明の一部の実施態様における上部基板にカプセル化(封入)される場合、もはや第一層上又は下に付加的な保護コーティングを塗布する必要はなく、小さい光学的厚さを有するタッチスクリーン構造が製造されることを可能にする。これは、タッチディスプレイの読み易さ及び光学的品質/使い勝手を更に改善する。

Claims (17)
- 表示装置(1)を環境から保護するための上部基板(12)を有する表示装置(1)上のタッチスクリーン(13)であって、
前記タッチスクリーン(13)は、導電性の透明な第一層(16)を含み、
前記第一層(16)は、導電性の高アスペクト比分子構造(HARM構造)のネットワークを含み、
ビューアと、画像が形成される表示装置(1)の領域との間で構造の光学的厚さを減らすため、前記第一層(16)は、前記導電性の透明な第一層(16)を保護するために表示装置(1)の前記上部基板(12)に埋め込まれているタッチスクリーンの生産品。 - 前記上部基板(12)がポリマーでできている請求項1の生産品。
- 前記タッチスクリーン(13)が容量性のタッチスクリーンである請求項1又は2の生産品。
- 前記タッチスクリーン(13)が投影型容量性のタッチスクリーンである請求項1〜3いずれか一つの生産品。
- 前記表示装置(1)は、電子ペーパーである請求項1〜4いずれか一つの生産品。
- 前記表示装置(1)は、電気泳動ディスプレイである請求項1〜5いずれか一つの生産品。
- 前記高アスペクト比分子構造(HARM構造)のネットワークがカーボンナノチューブのネットワークである請求項1〜6いずれか一つの生産品。
- 前記高アスペクト比分子構造(HARM構造)のネットワークが管状カーボン分子の側面に共有結合しているフラーレン分子を有するカーボンナノバッドのネットワークである請求項1〜6いずれか一つの生産品。
- 前記タッチスクリーンは、前記第一層(16)を環境から保護するために、前記第一層(16)上の最上部基板層(20)を含む請求項1〜8いずれか一つの生産品。
- 表示装置(1)を環境から保護するための上部基板(12)を有する表示装置(1)上のタッチスクリーン(13)を製造する方法であって、
導電性の高アスペクト比分子構造(HARM構造)のネットワークを含む導電性の透明な第一層(16)を、上部基板(12)と接触する表示装置(1)の上部基板(12)上に堆積するステップと、
ビューアと、画像が形成される表示装置(1)の領域との間で構造の光学的厚さを減らすため、前記第一層(16)を前記上部基板(12)に埋め込むために上部基板(12)に対して第一層(16)を押圧するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記上部基板(12)がポリマーでできている請求項10の方法。
- 前記第一層(16)を前記上部基板(12)に埋め込むために上部基板(12)に対して第一層(16)を押圧するとき及び/又は前に、前記上部基板(12)に熱を加えるステップを含む請求項10又は11の方法。
- 上部基板(12)に対して第一層(16)を押圧するステップが機械的圧縮又は熱圧着を含む請求項10〜12いずれか一つの方法。
- 前記タッチスクリーン(13)が容量性のタッチスクリーンである請求項10〜13いずれか一つの方法。
- 前記表示装置(1)は、電子ペーパーである請求項10〜14いずれか一つの方法。
- 前記表示装置(1)は、電気泳動ディスプレイである請求項10〜15いずれか一つの方法。
- 前記タッチスクリーンは、前記第一層(16)を環境から保護するために、前記第一層(16)上の最上部基板層(20)を含む請求項10〜16いずれか一つの方法。
