Description
セル電圧センサユニットSU2は、セルモジュールM2を構成する各セルC1_M2〜C12_M2のセル電圧を計測するために、13本の配線で各セルC1_M2〜C12_M2の両端子と接続されている。
セル電圧センサユニットSU3は、セルモジュールM3を構成する各セルC1_M3〜C12_M3のセル電圧を計測するために、13本の配線で各セルC1_M3〜C12_M3の両端子と接続されている。
セル電圧センサユニットSU4は、セルモジュールM4を構成する各セルC1_M4〜C12_M4のセル電圧を計測するために、13本の配線で各セルC1_M4〜C12_M4の両端子と接続されている。
なお、以下では説明の便宜上、上記のような機能を有するセル電圧センサユニットSU1をメインセンサユニットと言い換える。
なお、以下では説明の便宜上、上記のような同じ機能を有するセル電圧センサユニットSU2〜SU4をサブセンサユニットと言い換える。
(1)上記実施形態では、セル電圧センサユニットSU1〜SU4のそれぞれが、12セル分のセル電圧計測結果を3分割してバッテリ制御ユニットMUに送信する場合を例示したが、1セルモジュール当りのセル数が少ない場合や、1セル当りのセル電圧計測結果のビット長が短い場合など、1セルモジュール分のセル電圧計測結果を1回でCAN送信できる場合には、わざわざ分割送信する必要はない。
Claims (2)
- バッテリの充放電を管理するバッテリ制御ユニットと、前記バッテリのセルモジュール毎に設けられ、当該セルモジュールを構成する複数のセルの電圧計測処理を行い、その電圧計測結果を前記バッテリ制御ユニットに送信する複数のセル電圧センサユニットとで構成され、前記複数のセル電圧センサユニットは前記電圧計測結果を前記バッテリ制御ユニットに送信する通信システムにおいて、
少なくとも1つのセル電圧センサユニットは、第1周期で前記電圧計測処理を行うと共に、前記第1周期より短い第2周期で前記電圧計測結果を分割して前記バッテリ制御ユニットに送信し、
他のセル電圧センサユニットは、前記少なくとも1つのセル電圧センサユニットから前記バッテリ制御ユニットへの最初の前記電圧計測結果の送信が確認された時点で、各々のタイマに基づく第3周期で前記複数のセルの前記電圧計測処理を同時に行い、前記少なくとも1つのセル電圧センサユニットから前記バッテリ制御ユニットへの前記電圧計測結果の送信が一定期間確認されなかった場合には、前記第3周期より短い第4周期で前記電圧計測結果を分割して前記バッテリ制御ユニットに送信する
ことを特徴とする通信システム。 - 前記バッテリ制御ユニットと前記複数のセル電圧センサユニットとは、CANバスを介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通信システム。
