Claims (16)
- 円形編み込み処理によってサンドイッチ構造体用の切り欠き部補強構造を製造する方法であって、環状ブレードコア(2)に繊維素線(3)を編み込む前に又は編み込んだ後に、前記ブレードコア(2)に貫通孔(4)を形成し、針(10)によって前記ブレードコア(2)の前記貫通孔(4)に一又は複数の繊維束(13)を引き込むことを特徴とする切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記繊維束(13)が引き込まれる際に前記繊維束(13)は少なくとも一時的に前記針(10)に引っ掛けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記繊維束(13)が引き込まれる際に前記針(10)にはフック(11)の外側で軸線方向に沿った引張力が付与されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 発泡材料からなるブレードコア(2)が編み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 編み込み処理の前に、前記ブレードコア(2)より高剛性の少なくとも一つのカバー層(7)が前記ブレードコア(2)に付加されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記ブレードコア(2)は複数回に亘る連続的な編み込み処理を受けることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記針(10)は前記貫通孔(4)を作成する為にも利用されることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 編み込み処理の直前又は途中に、編み込み処理の間においては未だ硬化されない接着剤(15)が前記ブレードコア(2)又は前記繊維素線(3)に付加されることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記繊維束(13)が前記貫通孔(4)内に引き込まれた後に、前記貫通孔(4)及び/又は前記ブレードコア(2)には硬化可能なプラスチック材料(17)が浸透されることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記繊維素線(3)及び前記繊維束(13)は互いに対して化学的に反応することによって一体的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- 前記ブレードコア(2)の内側領域(20)は浸透処理の前にカバーされていることを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造の製造方法。
- サンドイッチ構造体(1)に適用される切り欠き部補強構造であって、環状ブレードコア(2)と、前記ブレードコア(2)に編み込まれるブレード(5)と、前記環状ブレードコア(2)を貫通する少なくとも一つの貫通孔(4)と、前記貫通孔(4)内に配置された少なくとも一つの繊維束(13)とを備え、前記貫通孔(4)は前記少なくとも一つの繊維束(13)によって完全に充填される面積の断面を有し、前記ブレード(5)は前記環状ブレードコア(2)の内側領域(20)にも延びていることを特徴とする切り欠き部補強構造。
- 前記少なくとも一つの繊維束(13)は少なくとも一つのループ(14)を有していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の切り欠き部補強構造。
- 前記繊維素線(3)は炭素、グラス、アラミド及び/又はケブラー繊維を有していることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の切り欠き部補強構造。
- 前記ブレードコア(2)より高剛性の少なくとも一つのカバー層(7)が前記ブレードコア(2)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12から14の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造。
- 前記繊維素線(3)及び前記繊維束(13)は化学的反応によって一体的に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項12から15の何れかに記載の切り欠き部補強構造。
