Claims (11)
- 空気通路(8)と混合気通路(9)とが案内されている気化器ケース(19)を備えた気化器であって、該気化器(18)が前記空気通路(8)と前記混合気通路(9)とを制御するための共通の制御ローラ(20)を有し、該制御ローラ(20)内に混合気通路部分(33)と空気通路部分(34)とが形成され、前記空気通路(8)と前記混合気通路(9)とが少なくとも部分的に仕切り壁(31)によって互いに分離され、仕切り壁部分(32)が前記制御ローラ(20)に形成され、前記制御ローラ(20)の完全開口位置で、前記仕切り壁部分(32)が前記混合気通路部分(33)と前記空気通路部分(34)とを互いに完全に分離させ、前記空気通路(8)が前記制御ローラ(20)の少なくとも1つの位置で該制御ローラ(20)によって少なくとも部分的に閉鎖されるようにした前記気化器において、
前記空気通路(8)が前記制御ローラ(20)によって少なくとも部分的に閉鎖されている位置に前記制御ローラ(20)があるときに、前記空気通路(8)が前記制御ローラ(20)を介して前記混合気通路(9)と連通していることを特徴とする気化器。 - 前記制御ローラ(20)内の連通部が、該制御ローラ(20)に形成された前記混合気通路部分(33)の開口部(38)を前記制御ローラ(20)の下流側において前記空気通路(8)と連通させていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記連通部が前記制御ローラ(20)の外周に設けた凹部(35)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の気化器。
- 前記凹部(35)が前記混合気通路部分(33)の前記開口部(38)と交差していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の気化器。
- 前記凹部(35)が前記制御ローラ(20)の周壁の平坦部として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の気化器。
- 前記制御ローラ(20)が完全に開口しているときに前記凹部(35)が前記空気通路(8)および前記混合気通路(9)に対し連通しないように、前記凹部(35)が前記制御ローラ(20)の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から5までのいずれか一つに記載の気化器。
- 前記制御ローラ(20)の前記仕切り壁部分(32)が前記凹部(35)によって中断されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から6までのいずれか一つに記載の気化器。
- 前記制御ローラ(20)の回転軸線(43)が前記仕切り壁部分(32)の面に対し横方向に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の気化器。
- 前記混合気通路部分(33)と前記空気通路部分(34)とが異なる横断面形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の気化器。
- 前記制御ローラ(20)が閉鎖位置から開口位置へ回転するときに前記空気通路(8)が前記混合気通路(9)の後方で開口することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の気化器。
- 前記空気通路(8)が前記制御ローラ(20)によって完全に閉鎖されているような位置に前記制御ローラ(20)があるときに、前記空気通路(8)が前記制御ローラ(20)を介して前記混合気通路(9)と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の気化器。
