Claims (29)
- 創傷包帯と、
流体収集装置と、
ポンプモータを備えた真空ポンプと、
前記創傷包帯、前記流体収集装置、および前記真空ポンプの間に流体流を少なくとも導くように構成された1つまたは複数の導管と、
補助電力モジュールと、
少なくとも前記補助電力モジュールおよび前記真空ポンプと電気連通している電力コントローラとを備えた陰圧創傷治療装置であって、
前記補助電力モジュールは、第1の電流を前記電力コントローラに与えるように構成されており、
前記電力コントローラは、少なくとも前記第1の電流および前記真空ポンプのエネルギー要件に基づいて第2の電流を少なくとも前記真空ポンプに少なくとも与えるように構成され、
前記陰圧創傷治療装置は、前記電力コントローラと電気連通している電池モジュールを備え、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、前記第1の電流の大きさが少なくとも前記真空ポンプからのより大きい場合に、前記第2の電流の少なくとも一部を前記電池モジュールの電池に与えて前記電池を充電するようにさらに構成され、
前記電池モジュールが、電気入力および電気出力を有するように構成され、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、少なくとも前記真空ポンプに与えられる前記第2の電流が、前記第1の電流の大きさおよび少なくとも前記真空ポンプからのエネルギー需要によって、前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流、前記電池モジュールからの電流、または前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流および前記電池モジュールからの電流を含むことができるように構成されている、装置。 - 前記補助電力モジュールが光起電性パネルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電力モジュールが燃料電池である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電力モジュールが発電機である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記発電機が人力で動力を与えられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記発電機が燃焼で動力を与えられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電力モジュールが電池である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電力モジュールが機械的蓄圧器である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電力コントローラが、さらに、交流電流の入力を受けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧力センサおよび制御回路をさらに備えた装置であって、
前記電力コントローラは、さらに、第3の電流を前記制御回路に与えるように構成されており、
前記圧力センサは、1つまたは複数の導管の1つまたは複数の圧力を測定し、前記1つまたは複数の導管の1つまたは複数の圧力を反映する圧力センサ電圧を生成するように構成されており、前記制御回路は、少なくとも前記圧力センサ電圧に基づいて、プロセッサを使用することなく前記1つまたは複数の導管の圧力を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 陰圧創傷治療のためにポンプに補助電源を提供する方法であって、
電力コントローラ、補助電力モジュールおよび電池モジュールを与えるステップであって、前記補助電力モジュールは、前記電力コントローラに第1の電流を与えるように構成されており、前記電力コントローラは、少なくとも前記補助電力モジュールおよび真空ポンプと電気連通しており、少なくとも前記第1の電流および前記真空ポンプのエネルギー需要に基づいて少なくとも前記真空ポンプに第2の電流を与えるように構成され、前記電池モジュールは、前記電力コントローラと電気連通しているステップと、
前記真空ポンプに前記補助電力モジュールで電力を与えるステップとを含み、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、前記第1の電流の大きさが少なくとも前記真空ポンプからの前記エネルギー需要より大きい場合に、前記第2の電流の少なくとも一部を前記電池モジュールの電池に与えて前記電池を充電するようにさらに構成され、
前記電池モジュールが、電気入力および電気出力を有するように構成され、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、少なくとも前記真空ポンプに与えられる前記第2の電流が、前記第1の電流の大きさおよび少なくとも前記真空ポンプからのエネルギー需要によって、前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流、前記電池モジュールからの電流、または前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流および前記電池モジュールからの電流を含むことができるように構成されている、方法。 - 創傷を治療するための装置を与える方法であって、
少なくとも創傷包帯と、流体収集装置と、真空ポンプと、前記創傷包帯と、流体収集キャニスタ、および前記真空ポンプの間に流体流を少なくとも導くように構成された1つまたは複数の導管とを与えるステップと、
電力コントローラ、補助電力モジュールおよび電池モジュールを与えるステップであって、前記補助電力モジュールは、前記電力コントローラに第1の電流を与えるように構成されており、前記電力コントローラは、少なくとも前記補助電力モジュールおよび前記真空ポンプと電気連通し、少なくとも前記第1の電流および前記真空ポンプのエネルギー需要に基づいて、少なくとも前記真空ポンプに第2の電流を与えるように構成され、前記電池モジュールは、前記電力コントローラと電気連通しているステップと、
前記創傷包帯に陰圧を与えるようにポンプモータを制御するステップであって、前記ポンプモータは前記補助電力モジュールによって電力を与えられるステップとを含み、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、前記第1の電流の大きさが少なくとも前記真空ポンプからの前記エネルギー需要より大きい場合に、前記第2の電流の少なくとも一部を前記電池モジュールの電池に与えて前記電池を充電するようにさらに構成され、
前記電池モジュールが、電気入力および電気出力を有するように構成され、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、少なくとも前記真空ポンプに与えられる前記第2の電流が、前記第1の電流の大きさおよび少なくとも前記真空ポンプからのエネルギー需要によって、前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流、前記電池モジュールからの電流、または前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流および前記電池モジュールからの電流を含むことができるように構成されている、方法。 - 前記補助電力モジュールが光起電性パネルである、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記補助電力モジュールが燃料電池である、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記補助電力モジュールが発電機である、請求項11または12に記載の方法。

- 創傷包帯と、
流体収集装置と、
ポンプモータを備えかつAC電源および補助電源に接続されるように構成された真空ポンプと、
前記創傷包帯、前記流体収集装置、および前記真空ポンプの間に流体流を少なくとも導くように構成された1つまたは複数の導管と、
前記真空ポンプがAC電源に接続されていない場合に、前記ポンプモータに電力を与えるのに適した補助電力モジュールと、
少なくとも前記補助電力モジュールおよび前記真空ポンプと電気連通している電力コントローラと、
前記電力コントローラと電気連通している電池モジュールとを備え、
前記補助電力モジュールは、第1の電流を前記電力コントローラに与えるように構成されており、
前記電力コントローラは、少なくとも前記第1の電流および前記真空ポンプのエネルギー要件に基づいて第2の電流を少なくとも前記真空ポンプに少なくとも与えるように構成され、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、前記第1の電流の大きさが少なくとも前記真空ポンプからのエネルギー需要より大きい場合に、前記第2の電流の少なくとも一部を前記電池モジュールの電池に与えて前記電池を充電するようにさらに構成され、
前記電池モジュールが、電気入力および電気出力を有するように構成され、
前記電力コントローラはさらに、少なくとも前記真空ポンプに与えられる前記第2の電流が、前記第1の電流の大きさおよび少なくとも前記真空ポンプからのエネルギー需要によって、前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流、前記電池モジュールからの電流、または前記補助電力モジュールからの前記第1の電流および前記電池モジュールからの電流を含むことができるように構成されている、陰圧創傷治療装置。 - 陰圧を創傷位置に与える導管をさらに備えた、請求項20に記載の装置。
