Claims (15)
- 第1及び第2ホッパ半体(3、4)を含む材料ホッパ(2)と、
主コンベヤ流を規定し、前記第1ホッパ半体(3)と前記第2ホッパ半体(4)との間を走る主コンベヤ装置(5)と、
横コンベヤ流を規定し、前記ホッパ半体(3、4)其々に配置される搬送スクリュ(6、7)であって、前記主コンベヤ装置(5)とは独立して運転され得る前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)とを含む道路舗装機及びフィーダ用の材料コンベヤシステム(1)であって、
前記主コンベヤ装置(5)とは独立して、前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)の運転を制御するために、前記主コンベヤ流の温度及び/又は前記横コンベヤ流の温度を測定する温度測定システムを特徴とする、材料コンベヤシステム。 - 前記横コンベヤ流と前記主コンベヤ流との間の関係を制御するために、前記主コンベヤ流と独立して、前記横コンベヤ流を制御する制御システムを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記被搬送材料を前記主コンベヤ装置(5)上にガイドするために、前記主コンベヤ装置(5)に向けて枢動され得る板金シュート(11)が、前記ホッパ半体(3、4)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記主コンベヤ装置(5)は、分離壁(10)によって互いから分離される二つのコンベヤベルト(8、9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記コンベヤベルト(8、9)は、互いに独立して運転され得ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記ホッパ半体(3、4)は、互いに同時に又は独立して、前記コンベヤ装置(5)に向けて角度0(<α<45(で傾斜され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記ホッパ半体(3、4)が傾斜される際に、前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)も傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 1つ又は複数の搬送スクリュ(6、7)が、ホッパ半体(3、4)毎に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)の前端部は、前記主コンベヤ装置(5)上に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記第1ホッパ半体(3)の前記搬送スクリュ(6)は、前記第2ホッパ半体(4)の前記搬送スクリュ(7)とは独立して運転され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)は、前記主コンベヤ装置(5)に向かい角度β>60(で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)は、左に及び右に回転され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記ホッパ半体(3、4)は、軸x周りに同時に又は独立して枢動され得るように、支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 前記搬送スクリュ(6、7)は、供給サイクルの始めに遅延された後にスイッチを入れられる及び/又は供給サイクルの終了に対して早めにスイッチを切られ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の材料コンベヤシステム(1)を有する道路舗装機又はフィーダ。
