図2は第2の実施形態に係る有機電界発光素子の断面図である。図1(a)に示した第1の実施形態の有機電界発光素子に対応する部材には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (2)
- 互いに離間して設けられた陽極および陰極と、
前記陽極と前記陰極との間に設けられた、ポリビニル(2,7−ジフルオロカルバゾール)からなるホスト材料と、青色のりん光材料と、電子輸送材料とを含む発光層と、
前記発光層に隣接して前記陽極側に設けられた、ポリビニルカルバゾールからなる正孔輸送層と
を有することを特徴とする有機電界発光素子。 - 互いに離間して設けられた陽極および陰極と、
前記陽極と前記陰極との間に設けられた、ポリビニル(2,7−ジフルオロカルバゾール)からなるホスト材料と、青色のりん光材料と、電子輸送材料とを含む発光層と、
前記発光層に隣接して前記陽極側に設けられた、ポリビニル(2,7−ジフルオロカルバゾール)を除くフッ素化ポリビニルカルバゾールからなる正孔輸送層と
を有することを特徴とする有機電界発光素子。
