Description

The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins and panty liners.

In absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins and panty liners, techniques for improving functions and wearing feeling have been studied and developed. Specifically, the development of materials that enhance the function of each member constituting the absorbent article, the improvement of the form and structure of these members, or combinations thereof have been studied and attempted.

For example, a sanitary napkin having an individually compressed region that forms a break in the longitudinal direction at the end of the central region of the article is disclosed (see Patent Document 1). By providing this cut, a bulge is formed at the center of the napkin to improve contact with the body, and the shape of the napkin is easily maintained. However, the above-mentioned break is provided only in the vicinity of the portion facing the vaginal opening and stabilizes the article shape of the portion covering the wearer's large labia. Further, there is no disclosure of the shape facing the anus or the periphery thereof or individual folding lines.

In addition, there are an element cured parallel to the longitudinal edge of the article and an adjacent uncured element, an element cured parallel to the widthwise edge and an adjacent uncured element, and preferably in an uncured area. A panty liner is disclosed in which bending and curing means resist lateral pleat formation and resist longitudinal bending (see Patent Document 2). This panty liner is said to be adapted to cover the wearer's large labia and promote the product's ability to prevent leakage of liquid therefrom. However, the panty liner is usually not wide enough to cover the area facing the anus or the vicinity of the buttocks.

An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that fits along a wearer's rupture (butt groove) and suppresses leakage of menstrual blood and the like. Further, the present invention is suitable for the undulation state of the wearer's body near the buttocks and changes due to the wearer's movement, even for a large sanitary napkin that covers a part of the buttocks, for example, at bedtime Even so, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article in which leakage of excretory fluid and the like is suppressed.

The present invention is a vertically long absorbent article comprising a top sheet disposed on the skin contact surface side, a back sheet disposed on the non-skin contact surface side, and an absorbent layer positioned between the two sheets. The vertically long absorbent article receives excretion of menstrual blood between the front part disposed on the abdomen side of the wearer, the rear part disposed on the buttocks side, and the front part and the rear part when worn. The absorbent article is provided with compressed grooves for integrating the topsheet and the absorbent layer extending on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the article. The above object is achieved by an absorbent article having a groove non-arranged portion in which no groove is disposed so that the compressed groove is interrupted in the longitudinal direction of the article in the region around the rear anal-facing portion.

The absorbent article of the present invention fits along a wearer's rupture and suppresses leakage of menstrual blood and the like. Also, even a relatively large sanitary napkin that extends to the buttocks, it is also suitable for the undulation state of the wearer's body near the buttocks and its change due to the wearer's movement, for example at bedtime Also has the effect of suppressing leakage of excretory fluid and the like.

Hereinafter, the absorbent article of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view schematically showing a preferred embodiment (a sanitary napkin) of the absorbent article of the present invention, partially cut away in an expanded state. The sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 1 disposed on the skin contact surface side and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 4 disposed on the non-skin contact surface side. It has the absorption layer 2 interposed between both sheets. Furthermore, in the napkin 10 of this embodiment, the side sheet | seat 3 is arrange | positioned at the both sides of the longitudinal direction of the surface sheet 1, and these sheets and the back surface sheet 4 hold | maintain so that the absorption layer 2 may be wrapped inside. . And the surface sheet 1 thru | or the side sheet | seat 3, and the back surface sheet | seat 4 are joined by the peripheral seal part 11, and it is set as the vertically long sanitary napkin as a whole. The peripheral seal portion 11 may be formed by any joining method, but it is preferable that the peripheral seal portion 11 is firmly bonded by using, for example, a heat seal method and a hot melt method so as not to be inadvertently peeled off during wearing. In the present invention, the “skin contact surface” is a surface directed toward the wearer's skin when the absorbent article is worn, and the “non-skin contact surface” is the underwear side when the absorbent article is worn ( This is the surface that is directed to the side opposite the wearer's skin.

Side wings 7 are provided on both side edges at the center of the absorbent article 10 and have a back sheet 4 and a side sheet 3 and are provided so as to project outward from the article. The side wing portion 7 is folded back and attached so as to be wound around the crotch portion of the underwear, so that a shift during use of the napkin can be prevented and contamination of the underwear can be effectively prevented. At this time, if an adhesive layer (not shown) is provided on the non-skin contact surface side of the back sheet 4, the displacement of the napkin is more effectively prevented. Further, an elastic member or the like may be provided on the side seat 3 to provide an upright gathering portion (not shown) so that the gather is in an upright state when worn. Thereby, a fit feeling with respect to the wearer can be improved, a side leakage prevention effect can be enhanced, and high functionality can be felt even in appearance.

In the sanitary napkin 10 of Embodiment 1, when worn, the front part 10a of the article disposed on the wearer's abdomen side, the rear part 10c of the article disposed on the buttocks side, the front part and the rear part And an intermediate portion 10b between the two. And the absorption layer 2 arrange | positioned inside the sanitary napkin is comprised by laminating | stacking the upper layer absorber 2b on the skin contact surface side, and the lower layer absorber 2a on the non-skin contact surface side, and this upper layer absorption. The body 2b forms a middle-high part protruding to the skin contact surface side in the absorbent layer 2. More specifically, the absorption layer 2 includes a menstrual excretion region (intermediate portion) including a menstrual excretion portion (vaginal opening facing portion) p that receives menstrual excretion when the wearer wears an article. The upper layer absorbent body 2b is laminated on the lower layer absorbent body 2a so that the middle and high portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the article are arranged from 10b to the rear part 10c of the article. In the present embodiment, the upper absorber 2b and the lower absorber 2a are stacked so as to be in contact with each other, but a functional layer may be provided between the absorbers. When laminating both layers, this laminated interface may or may not be joined. When the two are bonded, the bonding method is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a hot melt method or a method of laminating while sucking by patterning of the absorber. By doing in this way, transfer diffusion of the liquid etc. in the interface of upper layer absorber 2b and lower layer absorber 2a can be maintained and promoted more effectively.

In the sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the absorbent layer 2 and the top sheet 1 are joined at a position where there is a compressed groove 5 shaped by hot embossing. In other words, the absorbent layer 2 and the topsheet 1 are joined at the groove lower portion 5k (see FIGS. 1 and 2) corresponding to the position of the compressed groove 5. By bonding and fixing the absorbent layer 2 in this way, the absorbent layer 2 or the surface sheet 1 may be inadvertently displaced or twisted inside the article even when the absorbent article is attached and the posture changes due to exercise or the like. This is preferable. In particular, in the present embodiment, the absorption layer 2 has a medium-high structure composed of the lower layer absorber 2a and the upper layer absorber 2b. In order to maintain the three-dimensional shape, it is preferable to firmly fix the lower layer absorbent body 2a and the topsheet 1 so as to surround the upper layer absorbent body (middle and high portions) 2b as in this embodiment. Moreover, regardless of the shape of the upper layer absorbent body (middle / high portion) 2b, the entire circumferential groove (provided that the groove non-arranged portion is provided) with the compressed groove 5 on the entire circumference of the article in relation to the outline of the absorbent article in plan view Is preferably excluded). As a result, deformation due to deformation of the absorbent layer can be suppressed for the entire article, and the wearing feeling and liquid absorption can be maintained and improved.

In the compressed groove 5 in the present embodiment, point embosses extend around the upper layer absorbent body 2b at substantially constant intervals to form a line. The form of the compressed groove 5 is not particularly limited, and may be a linear shape in which each emboss is connected even if the distance is different as long as it is arranged so as to extend in the longitudinal direction at least on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the article. Good. In the present invention, when the groove "extends" in the present invention, it is sufficient that the groove has a linear shape in view of the article in plan view, whether the groove is continuous or discontinuous, Or it may be interrupted. That is, the groove extending in a predetermined direction may be a row formed by a large number of discontinuous point embosses as in the present embodiment, and even if there is a portion interrupted by the groove non-arrangement portion as described later. Good. Further, in the present invention, both side portions in the longitudinal direction of the article refer to the side with respect to a center line (auxiliary line s 3 ) extending in the longitudinal direction of the article. Specifically, in FIG. 3 viewed from means that in the direction of the auxiliary line s 1 or the auxiliary line s 5. No particular limitation is imposed on the side position of the article longitudinally arranging the compressed groove 5, for example, around 1/4 line four obtained by equally dividing the width of the front portion 10a of the article, i.e. the auxiliary line s 1 In terms of Figure 1 or s is preferably in 4 or in the vicinity thereof.

The compressed groove 5 in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the from the front than the menstrual blood excretion portion p of the absorbent article (direction t 1), (the direction of the t 4) behind the anus-facing portion surrounding region q It is arrange | positioned so that it may extend over. Here, the region around the anus-facing portion is a region where the longitudinal direction of the article including the buttocks side is slightly separated from the portion facing the anus of the wearer. Specifically, in the case shown in FIG. from t 3 the segmented region i (described in detail later with reference to FIG.). In the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment, since the compression grooves 5 are arranged on both sides of the article longitudinal typically menstrual blood excretion portion disposed article longitudinal center (see FIG. 1, the auxiliary line s 3) Does not overlap with p. The compressed groove 5 in the present embodiment is disposed at a position where the projected images overlap when projected in the width direction (Y direction) together with the menstrual excretion portion p. The position corresponding to the projected image in the width direction of the menstrual blood disposition portion p may be referred to as “a position corresponding to” the menstrual excretion portion p. Specifically, in the sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the squeezing groove 5 is arranged from the front of the auxiliary line g to the rear of the auxiliary line i.

In the present embodiment, the compressed grooves 5 extend on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the article as described above, and a part in which the groove is not disposed in a part of the anus-facing portion peripheral region q in the rear portion 10c of the absorbent article (groove). Non-arranged part) 6. In this way, the compressed grooves 5 extending on both sides of the article are interrupted at the groove non-arrangement portion 6. As will be described later, the groove non-arranged portion is raised in a worn state, and is sometimes called a raised portion based on this functional side. More specifically, the groove non-arranged portion (the raised portion) 6 is provided in the range indicated by the region w in FIG. 1 and is within the range of the anal-facing portion peripheral region q. The position of the groove non-arranged part (protrusion part) 6 is not particularly limited as long as it is within the range of the anus-opposing part peripheral region q. it is preferred from the position corresponding to p is in the range of 60~90mm the direction of the article backwards t 4. Although the length of the range (area | region w) of the groove | channel non-arrangement part (raised part) 6 is not specifically limited, It is preferable that it is 5-30 mm.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II, with the wearing state of the absorbent article (sanitary napkin) shown in FIG. 1 slightly reduced. In FIG. 2, only the outline of the sanitary napkin is shown by a solid line, and illustration of each member is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 2, the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment is usually in a region where the front part 10 a of the article is on the wearer's pubis, and the menstrual discharge area 10 b in the center of the article covers the large labia with the vaginal opening 31. The rear part 10c of the article is placed so as to hit the buttocks including the position of the coccyx 35 from the anus 32, respectively. And as a whole napkin, it curves and wears along the front-back direction of a wearer's body.

As described above, the menstrual excretion portion p of the article is a portion facing the vaginal opening 31 of the wearer, and is specifically shown in FIG. The region around the anus facing portion q of the article is a region in which the longitudinal direction of the article including the upper portion on the back side is divided from the portion facing the anus 32 of the wearer. From the auxiliary line t 3 ), it is in the range indicated by the anterior dorsal side (auxiliary line i). However, the anus-facing portion peripheral region q can be functionally defined as a region where the groove non-arranged portion (protrusion portion) 6 exerts its action, and the position of the upper part of the anus (auxiliary line i) can be determined as an approximate guide. More specifically, it can be said that the middle of the lower part of the anus (auxiliary line t 3 ) and the end of the coccyx (auxiliary line j) corresponds to the upper part of the anus (auxiliary line i).

In this embodiment, the groove non-arrangement portion (bump portion) 6 is curved to draw an arc-shaped cross section without being bent in a worn state, and thus is appropriately raised on the skin contact surface side to fit the wearer's skin. Have been to. In the present invention, the “bulge” means that the initial thickness of the article is raised so as to protrude in a predetermined direction, and a depression is formed in a part of the article, and the adjacent portion of the depression is relatively relative to the depression. Including the state where the thickness remains raised. In FIG. 2, the ridge 6 is shown as the latter state, that is, the ridge 6 is sandwiched between small dents 43 generated by the curvature of the article, and the thickness of the ridges 6 is relative to the dents. It is shown that the rest is going to rise. As described above, the article is curved while forming the shape in which the raised portion 6 is raised, so that the fitting property of the raised portion 6 is increased as described above, and the groove non-arranged portion (the raised portion) 6 is excessively bent. It shows the action of gently bending without being.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a wearing state of a conventional absorbent article (a sanitary napkin 20) for comparison with a cross section corresponding to that shown in FIG. In this comparative napkin 20, the groove non-arrangement portion (the raised portion) is not provided, and the groove is also provided in that portion. That is, as seen in the plan view shown in FIG. 1, the pressing grooves 5 are also arranged in the region w, and the same point embosses as the other regions are arranged at regular intervals. The area w in which the compressed grooves 5 are arranged is referred to as a bent area 26 in consideration of the bent form in the wearing state for the comparative napkin 20.

Here, regarding the undulations of the wearer's body, when the absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin is placed along the position covering the coccyx 35 from the pubic cone 36, the curvature of the region q around the anus facing portion in the illustrated article longitudinal section. The radius is smaller than the other parts. Therefore, the napkin bends at the part of the anus-facing portion peripheral region q, and it tends to be lifted away from the wearer's skin. Therefore, in the comparative napkin 20, it becomes easy to bend | curve in the bending area | region 26, as shown in FIG. That is, when bending at a specific portion, the strain generated in the periphery tends to concentrate on that portion, and the constricted portion 43 is formed deeper and larger in the comparative napkin 20 and bent at an acute angle in the bending region 26. When bent excessively in this way, the anterior anterior gap 41 and the posterior anus gap 42 widen, and excreted liquid received at the menstrual excretion part p flows out to the back side through this part. In particular, the crotch part of the wearer has a groove-like body undulation from between the large labia to the rupture. For this reason, excretion fluid or the like tends to follow along the groove, and if there is a wide gap between the absorbent article and the absorbent article as described above, the propagated fluid or the like reaches the waist 37 without stopping. The above leakage is promoted depending on the posture and movement of the wearer, and the liquid or the like is more likely to leak. In FIG. 4, the bent state and the size of the gap are shown with some emphasis, but it is normal that an individual folding line to be described later is in the bent region 26, and if this is taken into consideration, it is bent deeply as shown in the figure, The gaps 41 and 42 may be widened.

In the sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the local excessive bending as described above is improved. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the groove non-arrangement portion (bump portion) 6 in the present embodiment is bent while being raised, so that it is gently curved as a whole and has a high fit to the skin surface when worn. Is realized. Therefore, the conformal state along the grooved skin undulation is maintained from the large labia to the rupture, and the anterior anterior gap 41 and the posterior anal gap 42 do not spread too much. As a result, it is possible to suppress the excretion fluid from flowing through this portion. Moreover, since the groove non-arrangement part (protrusion part) 6 of the wearer's body has a bulge-like shape in the vicinity of the anus where the undulation is large and the cross-sectional radius of curvature is small, some excretion liquid or the like is generated. However, the raised portion 6 becomes a barrier and stops the dam. Such an effect is particularly remarkable even in a super-long state like a night napkin. In the posture of the wearer at bedtime, the radius of curvature of the skin surface of the anus-facing portion peripheral region q is particularly small, and the napkin may be bent at an acute angle at that portion. Even in such a situation, according to the sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the above-described raised portion 6 is raised and its periphery is gently curved, so that high fit and liquid leakage prevention can be realized. .

FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial perspective view of the periphery of the raised portion 6 in a curved state when the absorbent article (sanitary napkin) shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, in the napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the absorbent article in the worn state is based on the vicinity of the end of the row of the compressed grooves 5 extending from outside the region in the peripheral region q of the anus. Is curved along the crotch, the absorption layer 2 in the anus-facing portion peripheral region q is raised on the skin contact surface side of the wearer. Thereby, the groove | channel non-arrangement part (protrusion part) 6 swells in convex shape in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction, and fits the groove | channel of the buttocks. More specifically, the raised ridge portion 6 has a distal end 6a (there is a row of grooves 5) in which the row of the compressed grooves 5 extending from outside the region in the anus-opposing portion peripheral region q is interrupted. When the absorbent article is curved in the wearing state, the absorbent layer 2 rises toward the wearer skin contact surface side. In accordance with this, the top sheet 1 is also lifted to form a raised shape in the groove non-arrangement portion 6 as a whole, and fits the wearer's skin. In particular, in the napkin 10 of the present embodiment, since the upper layer absorbent body 2 forming the middle and high portions is in the raised portion 6, the raised shape is also middle and high, and a bulging shape such as a rugby ball is formed. For this reason, a better fit is realized in the groove-shaped crack.

The deformation mechanism in the wearing state of such a specific raised part is considered as follows. When absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins is along the crotch under wearing conditions longitudinal direction is concavely curved toward the wearer (see auxiliary line u 2). At this time, in the napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the groove 5 is not compressed and formed in the raised portion 6, and therefore the rigidity of this portion is lower than the periphery thereof. As a result, when the entire article and worn on the body is the curved shape (see auxiliary line u 2), a boundary (groove row end) near 6a between the region where the compression grooves 5 without region and the groove rigidity increases disposed As a base point, a slight depression 43 (see FIG. 2) is formed there. At the same time, the raised ridge 6 with reduced rigidity rises to form a horizontally elongated bump. Further, when the absorbent article such as a napkin is placed along the crotch, it is sandwiched between the thighs on both sides and slightly bites into the crack, and is convex and curved toward the wearer in the width direction (auxiliary line u 1 reference). That is, the bending direction (auxiliary line u 2 ) in the longitudinal direction of the article and the bending direction (auxiliary line u 1 ) in the width direction are opposite to each other, and the article is curved in a three-dimensionally complicated and distorted form. As a result, for example, in the napkin 20 for comparison, the bent portion 26 bends at an acute angle. However, in this embodiment, the raised portion (groove non-arranged portion) 6 rises both in the longitudinal direction and in the width direction. Good adhesion to the skin is maintained while preventing overbending.

The sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment can be folded so as to wrap the top sheet side inside when not used. Specifically, it is preferable that the auxiliary lines t 2 , t 5 , and t 6 shown in FIG. In this way, the absorbent article can be carried with a length of 1/2 to 1/3 in the longitudinal direction (X direction) by folding, and is always carried in a compact size and used when necessary. Suitable for Moreover, since it is folded inward by the surface sheet side, the surface sheet contacting the skin can be kept clean without being exposed.

Usually, when a sanitary napkin is manufactured to be individually packaged, the napkin is folded at the fold line and shipped. And this the folded state continued for a long period of time until used to obtain the wearer, sometimes strong crease remains in is one auxiliary lines t 5 parts of the above fold lines. Such folds usually remain when the product is spread and used along the wearer's crotch. For example, in the comparative napkin 20 in which the above-described groove portion continuously extends on both sides of the article, the bending of the “<” character that protrudes toward the non-skin contact surface side in the constricted portion 43 at the time of the mounting becomes remarkable. Therefore, the anal front gap 41 and the anal rear gap 42 are further expanded (see FIG. 4). As a result, as described above, for example, if the posture is lying on the back at bedtime, leakage of excretion fluid or the like occurs at the back, and if the posture is prone, leakage to the abdomen may occur.

Sanitary napkin of the present embodiment to which, individually packaged fold lines t 5 as described above is in the range of the groove non-provided portion (ridges) 6. Therefore, even if the individual packaging state continues for a long time and the crease is attached thereto, the absorbent layer 2 at the time of wearing the part becomes a curved form (see FIG. 3) of the above-mentioned unique article and rises. As a result, the ridge pushes up the crease and prevents it from being bent over there. In this way, a good fit is maintained from the beginning of wearing without causing the constricted portion 43 to become too large and the anus front gap 41 and the anus rear gap 42 to be excessively widened. Can demonstrate its sexuality.

Although the sanitary napkin of this embodiment is vertically long, the length is not particularly limited. Considering that the function of the groove non-arrangement portion (raised portion) 6 is effectively exhibited, it is particularly preferable to use a vertically long napkin, and the length is preferably 200 to 500 mm. More preferably, it is 290 to 450 mm. Although it does not specifically limit also about a width | variety, It is common that the width | variety (space | interval of s1-s5) of the article | item front part 10a is 60-90. In the sanitary napkin of this embodiment, it is preferable to make the article rear part 10c wider than the article front part 10a in consideration of, for example, a night napkin. Specifically, it is preferable that the rear part 10c in the longitudinal direction of the article covers the tailbone 35 portion of the wearer's buttocks, and more preferably the length and width extending to the vicinity of the waist 37. As for the width of the article, for example, the difference between the maximum width of the article rear portion 10c and the maximum width of the article front portion 10a is preferably 10 to 80 mm.

The top sheet is preferably made of a material that is liquid permeable and soft against the skin. For example, a non-woven fabric made of natural fibers such as cotton or a non-woven fabric made of various synthetic fibers subjected to hydrophilic treatment can be used. The back sheet is preferably made of a liquid-impermeable sheet material. The back sheet may be water vapor permeable as required. Specifically, in order to obtain sufficient water vapor permeability, a film made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene in which fine powder made of a filler such as calcium carbonate is dispersed is stretched and a porous film having fine holes is used. preferable. Examples of the side sheet include a nonwoven fabric, a film sheet, and paper. From the viewpoint of leakage prevention, the side sheet is preferably formed of a liquid non-permeable or hardly permeable hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, a leakage-proof film sheet, or the like. One sheet may be used, or two or more sheets may be combined with a functional sheet.

As the material for forming the absorbent layer, those usually used for absorbent articles can be used. Specifically, for example, a fiber assembly or a combination of this and a polymer water-absorbing polymer can be used. As the fibers constituting the fiber assembly, hydrophilic natural fibers such as pulp fibers, synthetic fibers (preferably subjected to hydrophilic treatment), and the like can be used.

The absorbent article of the present invention may be an incontinence pad, a panty liner, a disposable diaper or the like in addition to a sanitary napkin. A sanitary napkin or incontinence pad that uses shorts or the like when worn is used from the viewpoint of easy fit to the body curved shape and leakage prevention, and easy support for non-absorbent articles to deform the body into a curved shape. preferable. Or it is preferable that it is an absorbent article for women in consideration of a use state, and it is more preferable that it is the above-mentioned sanitary napkin, and it is especially preferable that it is a sanitary napkin for night use with a large back part of an article.
