Description
図1〜図3は、本発明の参考例を示す。本参考例のヒートパイプ式冷却装置は、主として吸熱ブロック3に取り付けられた複数のヒートパイプ1と、このヒートパイプ1の長さ方向に取り付けられた複数の放熱フィン2と、吸熱ブロック3に取り付けられた半導体などの発熱体4から構成される。図1および図2においては、一番手前に見えるヒートパイプのみ図示している。
Claims (5)
- ヒートパイプの一部が蒸発部として埋め込まれ、被冷却物である発熱体が取り付けられている吸熱ブロックと、前記ヒートパイプの他の一部が凝縮部として複数の放熱フィンが取り付けられたヒートパイプ式冷却装置において、
前記ヒートパイプは、2箇所曲げ加工されてJ字形状をなすヒートパイプであり、中央部が蒸発部としてのヒートパイプ部と、
前記蒸発部としてのヒートパイプ部以外で、複数の放熱フィンが取り付けられた凝縮部としての第1のヒートパイプ部と、
前記蒸発部としてのヒートパイプ部と第1のヒートパイプ部以外で、第1のヒートパイプ部よりも長く、第1のヒートパイプ部に取り付けられた放熱フィンよりも多くの放熱フィンが取り付けられている凝縮部としての第2のヒートパイプ部と、
を具備し、
前記ヒートパイプ部が、前記蒸発部としてのヒートパイプ部の所定位置で、プレス加工もしくはかしめ加工部で2つに分けられていることを特徴とするヒートパイプ式冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載のヒートパイプ式冷却装置において、前記蒸発部としてのヒートパイプ部がストレート部からなることを特徴とするヒートパイプ式冷却装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のヒートパイプ式冷却装置において、前記第1のヒートパイプ部と第2のヒートパイプ部がストレート部からなることを特徴とするヒートパイプ式冷却装置。
- 複数のヒートパイプが設置されている請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のヒートパイプ式冷却装置において、前記凝縮部としての第1のヒートパイプ部と、第2のヒートパイプ部が交互の配置関係になるように吸熱ブロックに埋め込まれていることを特徴とするヒートパイプ式冷却装置。
- 車両を駆動する電動機を制御する制御装置において、前記制御装置の主回路である半導体を冷却するヒートパイプ式冷却装置として、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のヒートパイプ式冷却装置を用いたことを特徴とする車両制御装置。
