前記容器と前記蓋は、金属リングを介して接合され、
前記金属リングの外周は、前記容器の縁部の外周より小さく、かつ、前記容器の縁部の内周より大きく、
前記蓋の周縁部の外周は、前記金属リングの外周より小さく、かつ、前記金属リングの内周より大きいことを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 前記容器は、前記容器の外側底面に正極端子と負極端子を備え、
前記正極端子は、前記容器の外側底面から外側側面を通り、前記容器の側壁を貫通して前記容器の内側の底面に延設され、前記正極電極と電気的に接続され、
前記負極端子は、前記容器の外側底面から外側側面を通り、前記容器の上端面に延設され、前記金属リングおよび前記蓋を介して、前記負極電極と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記容器はセラミックであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記電解液が液体またはゲル状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気化学セル。

前記金属リングの上面に、前記金属リングの外周より小さく、かつ、前記金属リングの内周より大きい周縁部を備えた蓋と、前記容器とを、前記金属リングを介して封止する工程と、
からなることを特徴とする電気化学セルの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の電気化学セルの外観を検査する電気化学セルの外観検査方法であって、
前記電気化学セルを加熱する工程と、
前記電気化学セルを冷却する工程と、
前記蓋と前記リングの接合部及び前記リングと前記容器との接合部での漏液の有無を、前記蓋の上方向からのみ観察して検査する工程と、
からなることを特徴とする電気化学セルの外観検査方法。
