Description

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a heat sensitive labeled container suitable for attachment to the cross-sectional surface non-circular container thermal label to be attached to the container.

Conventionally, as a heat-sensitive label attached to a non-circular container having a cross section, for example, a base material made of paper and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the entire back surface of the base material is known. When mounting such a heat-sensitive label on a non-circular container having a cross-section, the belt body is unwound from a roll body in which a belt body having a heat-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the entire back surface is wound into a roll, and is cut into a predetermined length The heat-sensitive label is heated to activate the heat-sensitive adhesive layer, and a middle portion in the winding direction is first attached to a non-circular container in cross section, and then both ends in the winding direction are wound. Therefore, the entire thermosensitive label is attached to the non-circular container in cross section by the thermosensitive adhesive layer. Such a mounting method has an advantage that the apparatus (thermal labeler) for mounting the thermal label on the non-circular container in cross section can have a very simple structure.

However, in the thermosensitive label in which the base material is made of paper as described above, a printed layer for trademark or product display must be provided on the surface of the base material. In some cases, such as while the container is being transported, the heat-sensitive label comes into contact with the outside and the printed layer is peeled off, which may impair the appearance. Moreover, since it is a paper-made base material, when it was going to peel a thermal label when discarding a container, the thermal label was cut and it was hard to peel off.

Therefore, in the heat-sensitive label in which the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the entire back surface of the base material, the base material is made of resin to improve the quality of the printed layer and improve the aesthetics, and to make it difficult to break when peeling the heat-sensitive label. Conceivable.

However, in the roll body in which the belt body is wound, there is a problem that so-called blocking that the substrates are adhered to each other by the heat-sensitive adhesive layer easily occurs.

In addition, by attaching the entire thermal label to a non-circular container in cross section, the thermal label printed on the back side of a transparent resin base material adheres to the container via the thermal adhesive, so the design of the thermal label etc. There was a problem that it looked dark, and as a result, the beauty was lost.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and in the heat-sensitive label bell using the resin base material, the heat-sensitive labeler can have a simple structure, and the state of the roll body wound into a roll shape It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a container with a heat-sensitive label that is less likely to block and that does not impair the aesthetics even when mounted in a non-circular cross-section container.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a method for producing a container with a heat-sensitive label according to the present invention comprises a resin-made base material and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the back surface of the base material. A method for manufacturing a container with a heat-sensitive label, in which a label is wrapped around a non-circular cross-section container, the container comprising: a first wall portion; a second wall portion facing substantially parallel to the first wall portion; have a four walls of the fourth wall portion provided continuously to each of the other end portion of the third wall portion and the both wall portions provided continuously to each one end portion, the first wall portion and the second wall The portion is substantially rectangular in cross section wider than the third wall portion and the fourth wall portion , and the base material is third-corresponding from the first corresponding portion wound around the first wall portion to the third wall portion as an intermediate portion, respectively. A second corresponding portion that is wound around the fourth wall portion as both ends and continuous to the second corresponding portion, and continuous to the first corresponding portion. The heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided not partially on the entire back surface of the substrate, but on the fourth corresponding portion and the fifth corresponding portion, which are both ends, and at least in the middle. The first corresponding portion of the base material is attached to the first wall portion of the container, and then the fifth corresponding portion of the base material is attached to the fourth wall portion of the container. After that, the fourth corresponding portion of the base material is pasted so as to overlap the fifth corresponding portion.
The thermosensitive label is provided with a color ink layer in a region including the first corresponding portion on the back surface of the base material, and the white ink layer covers the entire back surface side of the base material so as to cover the back side of the color ink layer. It is preferable that at least the heat-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the first corresponding part is provided on the back side of the color ink layer provided on the first corresponding part via the white ink layer.

When mounting the heat-sensitive label having the above configuration on the non-circular cross-section container, the first corresponding part, which is the middle part of the base material, is affixed to the first wall part of the container and then the fifth part, which is the both end parts of the base material. after the corresponding part is attached to the fourth wall portion of the container, the fourth corresponding portion is opposite ends of the substrate Ru pasted so as to overlap on the fifth counterpart. And the adhesion part with a cross-section non-circular container becomes a part instead of the whole heat-sensitive label. Therefore, even if the printing layer is provided between the base material and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer, blackening such as a design due to adhesion to the non-circular container in cross section is suppressed.

In addition, in the state where the heat-sensitive label is wound in a roll shape, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided not partially on the entire back surface of the substrate but on a part of the back surface. The area of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is smaller than that of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer, and a region where the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is not interposed is formed between the substrates.

In particular, the container has a substantially rectangular cross-section, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided corresponding to each surface of the container, so that it is partial rather than the entire area corresponding to each surface of the container of the base material. It is preferable to be provided.

When the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided corresponding to each surface of the rectangular container, when the heat-sensitive label is mounted on the container, the heat-sensitive label can be attached to each surface of the container, and the mounting work is performed reliably. be able to. Furthermore, since it can wind around attaching to each surface of a container sequentially in the case of mounting | wearing operation | work, a heat-sensitive label does not become a wrinkle in the middle of work | work, and it can affix correctly to both ends. Therefore, the reliability of the mounting operation can be improved and a good mounting state can be obtained. In addition, in the state where the thermal label is attached to the container, the thermal label is attached to each surface of the container, so that the attached thermal label is not easily removed.

Furthermore, since the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided so as to be partial rather than the entire area corresponding to each surface of the base container, the adhesive area is reduced while the heat-sensitive label is applied to each surface. As a result, it is possible to suppress darkening while obtaining a good wearing state so as not to impair the beauty.

As described above, in the method for producing a container with a heat-sensitive label according to the present invention, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided at both ends and at least the middle part of the base material, so The heat-sensitive labeler that is a device for mounting on the camera can have a very simple structure.

In addition, since the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is partially provided instead of the entire back surface of the resin base material, blocking is unlikely to occur even when the belt is continuously rolled up in a continuous form of heat-sensitive labels. In addition, the darkness of the design and the like can be suppressed, and the aesthetic appearance is hardly impaired.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a thermal label according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a thermal label 1 according to this embodiment. The heat-sensitive label 1 is wrapped around the container 2 and attached to display, for example, a trade name, a trademark, a pattern, a design, a cautionary note, or the like. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the container 2 has a non-circular cross-sectional shape. In the present embodiment, the container 2 includes a bottomed cylindrical container body 3 having a mouth portion 35 on an upper portion of a portion around which a heat-sensitive label is wound, and a cap 4 that closes the mouth portion 35.

The container body 3 has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape at the portion around which the heat-sensitive label is wound. That is, the outer peripheral wall of the container body 3 includes a first wall portion 31, a second wall portion 32 that faces the first wall portion 31 substantially in parallel, and one end of each of the first wall portion 31 and the second wall portion 32. It is formed by a third wall portion 33 provided continuously with the portion and a fourth wall portion 34 provided continuously with each other end portion. Each wall part 31, 32, 33, 34 is a substantially flat plate shape except for the vicinity of the end part, and the outer surface is substantially flat. Moreover, the 1st wall part and the 2nd wall part are wider than the 3rd wall part and the 4th wall part. That is, the cross-sectional shape of the container body 3 is substantially rectangular.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the heat-sensitive label 1 includes a resin-made base material 5 and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 provided on the back surface 56 of the base material 5. Specifically, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided not on the entire back surface 56 of the substrate 5 but on both ends and at least in the middle. Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the printing layer 7 is provided in the whole region of the back surface 56 of the base material 5. In addition, the back surface 56 of the base material 5 is a surface which becomes an inner side when the thermosensitive label 1 is attached to the container 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, the substrate 5 is a substantially rectangular shape having a constant width and a long winding direction (length direction). The length in the winding direction is a thermal label as shown in FIG. When 1 is wound around the container body 3, the length is such that the other end overlaps the one end of the thermosensitive label 1. The substrate 5 is made of a resin, particularly a stretched and non-stretched non-heat-shrinkable film (for example, a heat shrinkage rate at 90 ° C. of 5% or less), for example, a biaxially stretched polypropylene having a thickness of 50 μm. It is a film.

The printing layer 7 is provided on the back surface 56 of the base material 5 by a known printing method such as gravure printing or flexographic printing, and forms a design for a trademark, product display, or the like. In the present embodiment, the print layer 7 is provided over the entire back surface 56 of the substrate 5. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the printing layer 7 is composed of a white ink layer 71 containing a white pigment made of titanium oxide and a color ink layer 72 such as blue, red, and black. The ink layer 72 is provided in a predetermined region of the back surface 56 of the base material 5 according to the design and the like, and the white ink layer 71 is provided over the entire back surface 56 of the base material 5 so that the back surface does not pass through. The white ink layer 71 may be partially provided on the back surface 56 of the substrate 5.

The heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided not on the entire back surface 56 of the base material 5 but on both ends and at least halfway. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the first heat-sensitive adhesive is applied to a portion (first corresponding portion 51) corresponding to the first wall portion 31 of the substrate 5 in a state where the heat-sensitive label 1 is attached to the container 2. The layer 61 is provided, the portion corresponding to the second wall portion 32 (second corresponding portion 52) is provided with the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62, and the portion corresponding to the third wall portion 33 (third corresponding portion 53). A third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 is provided. Further, a fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 is provided in a portion (fourth corresponding portion 54) that is continuous with the second corresponding portion 52 and corresponding to the fourth wall portion 34, and is continuous with the first corresponding portion 51. A fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 is provided on the portion corresponding to 34 (the fifth corresponding portion 55).

That is, the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 are provided at both ends of the substrate 5. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the thermal label 1 has one end of the substrate 5 attached to the fourth wall 34 of the container body 3 by the fifth thermal adhesive layer 65 and the other end of the thermal label 1. The four heat-sensitive adhesive layers 64 are superposed and pasted on one end. Further, between the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 provided at both ends, a first heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61 as a heat-sensitive adhesive layer in the middle is provided. This point will be described later. Thus, the base 5 has a portion where the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is not provided, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65 are provided apart from each other. In addition, in FIG. 1, the boundary of each corresponding | compatible part 51,52,53,54,55 of the base material 5 is each shown with the dashed-two dotted line.

The first heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61 is provided in a substantially central region in the width direction and the length direction of the first corresponding portion 51, and the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 is formed in the width of the second corresponding portion 52. It is provided in a substantially central region in each of the direction and the length direction. A pair of third heat-sensitive adhesive layers 63 are provided in the width direction of the third corresponding portion 53. Specifically, the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 is provided at both ends in the width direction of the third corresponding portion 53. The fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 have a predetermined width in the winding direction (length direction) over the entire width of the fourth corresponding portion 54 and the fifth corresponding portion 55. And is flush with the edge of the substrate 5. As described above, the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 are provided so as to extend over the entire width of the base material 5 and to be flush with the edge of the base material 5. The thermosensitive label 1 attached to the container main body 3 by sticking is attached to the container body 3 in a strong attachment state and is difficult to peel off.

The heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 forming each heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 is a heat-sensitive adhesive mainly having a base resin and a tackifier. In the present invention, even if the heat source is released after heating, a heat-sensitive adhesive that maintains stickiness and adhesiveness for a while is preferable, for example, an acrylic resin as a base resin and a hydrogenated terpene resin as a tackifier, This is a delayed tack adhesive in which a delayed plasticity is imparted by mixing a solid plasticizer as an additive.

Further, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided on the back surface 56 of the substrate 5 with the printing layer 7 interposed therebetween. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided on the back surface of the white ink layer 71 so as to correspond to the color ink layer 72. In the present embodiment, the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 61, 62, and 63 are arranged on the back side of the color ink layer 72 with the white ink layer 71 so that the application area is substantially equal to the application area of the color ink layer 72. In particular, the color ink layer 72 is provided in a dark region. On the other hand, the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 64 and 65 are provided on the back surface of the white ink layer 71 in a region where the color ink layer 72 is not provided. The heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is preferably formed by a printing method such as gravure printing or flexographic printing, and particularly preferably in the printing step for forming the printing layer 7. The heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 may be formed so as to be an area narrower than the application area of the color ink layer 72. The position where the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided is not limited to the above position.

Next, a method for mounting the thermosensitive label 1 having the above configuration on the container 2 will be described. As shown in FIG. 5, the thermal label 1 is attached to the container 2 by an attaching device 8 (thermal labeler 8). Specifically, the belt body 9 is unwound from a roll body 10 obtained by winding the belt body 9 partially provided with the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 92 on the back surface of the base material 91 into a roll shape, and is cut by a cutting means 81 to a predetermined length. It cuts so that it may become, and the thermal label 1 is obtained. Then, the obtained thermal label 1 is delivered to the heating drum 83 through the transport drum 82. The heating drum 83 has a suction part and a heating part. The heat-sensitive label 1 is sucked by the suction part so as to be in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the heating drum 83 and heated by the heating part. , 62, 63, 64, 65 are activated. And it heats with the heating means 84 provided in the circumferential direction so that the outer peripheral surface of the heating drum 83 may be followed, and each heat sensitive adhesive layer 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 is further activated.

And the 1st corresponding | compatible part 51 is affixed on the 1st wall part 31 of the container 2 conveyed by the 1st heat sensitive adhesive layer 61 provided in the middle part of the base material 5. FIG. That is, the first heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61 is located between the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 in the winding direction. It is provided in the abutting area. In this embodiment, since the thermosensitive label 1 is first attached to the first wall portion 31, the first thermosensitive adhesive layer 61 is provided on the first corresponding portion 51 corresponding to the first wall portion 31. Furthermore, the first heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61 is provided so as to be partially on the first corresponding portion 51.

Thereafter, the container 2 enters between a pair of guides 85 provided downstream of the heating drum 83 in the transport direction. When entering, the container 2 rotates in the circumferential direction of the container 2 such that the third wall 33 faces one guide 851 and the fourth wall 34 faces the other guide 852. Here, the third corresponding portion 53 is sandwiched between the one guide 851 and the third wall portion 33, and the third corresponding portion 53 is attached to the third wall portion 33 by the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63. At the same time, the fifth corresponding portion 55 is sandwiched between the other guide 852 and the fourth wall portion 34, and the fifth corresponding portion 55 is attached to the fourth wall portion 34 by the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65.

Here, the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 is between the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65 in the winding direction. It is provided in a region to be pasted after being pasted on. In the present embodiment, since the heat-sensitive label 1 is first attached to the first wall portion 31 and then attached to the third wall portion 33, the third heat-sensitive label 53 is applied to the third corresponding portion 53 corresponding to the third wall portion 33. An adhesive layer 63 is provided. Further, the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 is provided so as to be partially on the third corresponding portion 53.

Thereafter, the container 2 is conveyed while further rotating. In the middle, the second corresponding part 52 is attached to the second wall part 32 by the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 by the attaching means 86 installed along the conveying direction, and then the fourth heat-sensitive part. The fourth corresponding portion 54 is attached to the fourth wall portion 34 by the adhesive layer 64. In the present embodiment, the fourth corresponding portion 54 is attached to the fourth wall portion 34 via the fifth corresponding portion 55. That is, the fourth corresponding portion 54 is pasted so as to overlap the fifth corresponding portion 55.

Here, the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 is between the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64 and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65, and the middle part of the base material 5 is attached to the container 2 when being mounted. It is provided in an area to be pasted after being applied. In the present embodiment, the thermosensitive label 1 is first attached to the first wall portion 31, then attached to the third wall portion 33, and then attached to the second wall portion 32, and thus the second wall portion 32. The second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 is provided on the second corresponding portion 52 corresponding to the above. Further, the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 is provided so as to be partially on the second corresponding portion 52.

The mounting method as described above is possible because the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided not only at both ends but also at least in the middle. And by setting it as such an installation method, the structure of the thermal labeler 8 for mounting | wearing the thermal label 1 to a cross-sectional non-circular container becomes a very simple structure.

That is, in the case of a container having a circular cross section (ie, a cylindrical container), the distance (radius) from the central axis to the outer peripheral edge is constant, so that the container 2 rotates in the winding direction in contact with the heating drum 83. If it does, it can be set as the mounting method which winds the other edge part, after affixing one edge part of the thermal label 1 to a cross-section circular container.

However, when trying to attach the thermosensitive label 1 to the non-circular cross-section container by such an installation method, the non-circular cross-section container is not in constant distance from the central axis to the outer peripheral edge. As a result of being unable to maintain or changing the pressing force, the thermal label 1 cannot be satisfactorily applied to the container 2.

Therefore, when the thermal label 1 is attached to the non-circular cross-section container by attaching the one end to the circular cross-section container and then winding the other end, for example, the container and the heating drum 83 are in contact with each other. In addition, a mechanism capable of maintaining the state where the container and the heating drum 83 are in contact with each other is required, such as a mechanism for changing the conveyance path of the container according to the shape of the container in the winding direction. The structure must be complicated.

On the other hand, as described above, when the middle part is first attached and then both ends are wound, if the guide 85 and the attaching means 86 are provided like the thermal labeler 8 shown in FIG. As a result, the container 2 can be rotated to attach the thermal label 1 to the container 2, and the structure of the thermal labeler 8 becomes very simple.

Further, as in the present embodiment, the container 2 has a substantially rectangular cross section and has substantially planar wall portions 31, 32, 33, and 34, and each heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65. Is provided corresponding to each wall portion 31, 32, 33, 34 of the container 2, in the mounting work, first, the middle portion is attached to one surface (wall portion), and then the both surfaces following the one surface The thermal label 1 can be affixed to each wall part of the container 2 such that the part following the midway part is affixed by the guide 85 and the like, and is also affixed to the remaining surface. Therefore, the mounting operation can be performed reliably.

Further, after the first corresponding portion 51 is pasted to the first wall portion 31 and before the fourth corresponding portion 54 is pasted to the fourth wall portion 34, the third corresponding portion 53 is attached to the third wall portion 33. Since the second corresponding portion 52 is wound around the second wall portion 32 while being sequentially attached, the thermal label 1 does not become wrinkles in the middle of the mounting operation, and can be accurately attached to both ends. In addition, both end portions can be pasted together without shifting their overlap. Therefore, the reliability of the mounting operation can be improved and a good mounting state can be obtained.

Moreover, each of the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 is provided so as to be partial rather than the entire area of each of the wall portions 31, 32, 33, 34. Therefore, since it can suppress the adhesion area small, affixing on each wall part 31,32,33,34, it can suppress darkening while obtaining a favorable mounting state, and can do not impair the beauty | look. .

In the heat-sensitive label 1, the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65 provided via the printing layer 7 are not partially extended over the entire back surface 56 of the substrate 5. Therefore, the bonded portion between the thermal label 1 and the container 2 in a state where the thermal label 1 is mounted on the container 2 is not the entire thermal label 1 but a part thereof. Therefore, since the printing layer 7 provided in the entire back surface 56 of the base material 5 is partially attached to the container 2, darkening of the printing layer 7 due to adhesion is suppressed, and it is difficult to impair the appearance.

Further, each of the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 is provided by selecting a dark region in the print layer 7. Therefore, in the state where the thermosensitive label 1 is attached to the container 2, darkening can be more effectively suppressed as compared with the case where the thermosensitive label 1 is provided in a light-colored region, and the aesthetic appearance is further improved.

Further, in the heat-sensitive label 1, the corresponding portions 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 are attached to the wall portions 31, 32, 33, 34 by the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 in the mounted state. Since it is in a state of being attached, the attached thermal label 1 is difficult to peel off carelessly.

Further, the band 9 is partially provided with a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 92 on the back surface of the base material 91. Therefore, the area of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 92 is smaller than that provided in the entire back surface, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 92 is provided between the base materials 91 of the roll body 10 obtained by winding the belt 9 in a roll shape. A non-intervening region is formed. Therefore, the so-called blocking in which the base materials 91 are adhered to each other by the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 92 in a roll shape is less likely to occur.

In addition, although this embodiment demonstrated the case where the container main body 3 was a cross-sectional substantially rectangular shape, it is not restricted to this, A polygon other than an ellipse, oval, and a rectangle may be sufficient. In the case of an oval or oval shape, the entire surface or a part of the surface for applying the thermal label 1 is a curved surface that bulges outward.

In this embodiment, in addition to the first heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61, the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64, and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65, the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 and the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 are used. Although the case where the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 is provided has been described, the present invention is not limited to this. In addition to the first heat-sensitive adhesive layer 61, the fourth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 64, and the fifth heat-sensitive adhesive layer 65, the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 is provided. Only the agent layer 62 may be provided, or only the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 may be provided. Alternatively, the second heat-sensitive adhesive layer 62 and the third heat-sensitive adhesive layer 63 may not be provided. In any case, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided at both ends of the base material 5 and is an area between the both ends of the base material 5, and the base material 5 first comes into contact with the container 2 during the mounting operation. What is necessary is just to be provided in the area | region (midway part).
