Claims (4)
- ベースに配置される複数個の駆動モーターと、前記駆動モーターで駆動操作される駆動アームおよびロッドと、前記ロッドで支持される1個の操作ヘッドとを備えており、前記ロッドの両端が前記駆動アームおよび前記操作ヘッドに対してボール継手で連結してあるパラレルメカニズムであって、
前記ボール継手は、連結端に球体を備えたボール軸と、前記球体を介して前記ボール軸に連結されるソケットロッドと、前記ソケットロッドの装着座に装着される樹脂ソケットとを備えており、
前記球体の表面にダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン処理が施されており、
前記樹脂ソケットが、ポリアセタールを主成分とする樹脂で形成されており、
前記樹脂ソケットの前記装着座との接合面に軸状の回り止め突起が突設され、前記装着座に前記回り止め突起と係合する係合凹部が形成されており、
前記回り止め突起の形成位置に臨む前記樹脂ソケットの軸受面に、前記グリースを貯留するグリース溜が形成されていることを特徴とするパラレルメカニズム。 - 前記球体と前記樹脂ソケットとの間が、フッ素系合成油とフッ素系樹脂で構成されたグリースで潤滑してある請求項1記載のパラレルメカニズム。
- 前記グリース溜が、円錐台状である請求項1又は2記載のパラレルメカニズム。
- 前記回り止め突起が半球殻状のソケット壁の外面球頂部分に形成されている請求項1、2又は3記載のパラレルメカニズム。
