本発明は、樹脂成形品からなる筆記具の軸体等にクリップを固定する構造に関する。

従来、射出成形等からなる樹脂成形品の軸体等に別部材のクリップを固定する手段として、接着や圧着などが知られている。
しかしながら、接着は作業性が悪く接着剤がはみ出して外観不良と成ったり、接着剤が少なくて固定不足となったりの問題がある。また接着は軸体やクリップが透明の場合には見栄えが悪く不適である。
それに対して、圧入などによる圧着は単純で作業性がよい。
しかしながら、この圧入手段も部材の寸法ばらつきを考慮して過大な圧入となりやすく、圧入部の破損問題や圧入作業をするために治具設備が必要となる場合が多く必ずしも安価で作業性が良い手段とはいえない。

クリップの取付け作業が容易で、クリップや軸体が透明であっても外観不良や固定部の破損などの問題が発生しないことを課題とする。

本発明は、上記課題を達成する為に以下の構成を有する。請求項1に記載の発明に係る筆記具のクリップの固定構造は、クリップ後端の基部を樹脂製軸体の外面に突設して設けられたクリップの取付け部に係合してなるクリップの固定構造に於いて、上記クリップは、基部側部の内側に一対の対向する係合突部が設けられると共に、基部上部にクリップの前方に向かって切り込み部が形成され、また軸体のクリップ取付け部は、横断面形状が略T字状を呈して側部に係合溝が形成されると共に上部に突出部が設けられて、クリップの係合突部が軸体の係合溝に係合された状態で、突出部が切り込み部に嵌合すると共にクリップ係合突部の軸方向前方に段部が形成され、また軸体係合溝の軸心側端面の軸方向前方に段部が形成されると共にその段部の前方が軸心側に傾斜して設けられて、クリップの係合突部が軸体の係合溝に係合された状態で、クリップ係合突部の段部が軸体係合溝の段部に係合するように設けられてなる。

【実施例】
昨今、筆記具のデザイン仕様の1つとして射出成形等からなる樹脂成形品の軸筒、天冠、クリップ、機構部、その他飾りなどを複雑な形状や透明、着色透明、種々の色などを組み合わせて構成することが人気となっている。
本発明は、上記のデザイン仕様を満足させると共に上述した従来技術による問題点を克服する筆記具のクリップの固定構造として提案するものである。
また実施例の軸体は、筆記具の筆記先端部を被覆して取り付けられるキャップの形態を示しているが、本発明の意図する軸体はボールペンやサインペンなどの一般的な筆記具に使用される軸筒やキャップである。

以下、図面に基づき本発明の一実施例について説明する。図8及び図9に示すように、クリップ2は、前端内面側に玉部3を有し、後端に基部4を有している。また基部4の側部の内側に一対の対向する係合突部5が設けられ、その係合突部5の下面に傾斜部5bが施され(図2参照)、更にその対向する係合突部5の軸方向前方にそれぞれ段部5aが形成されている。また基部4の上部にクリップ2の前方に向かってU字形の切り込み部7aが形成されている。

また図6及び図7に示すように、軸体1は樹脂成形品で、後方外面の一側にクリップ取付け部7が一体に突設して設けられている。
また軸体1のクリップ取付け部7は、横断面形状が略T字状を呈して両側部に係合溝8が形成されると共に、T字状上部にU字形の突出部7aが設けられている。また係合溝8の軸心側端面の軸方向前方に段部8aが形成されると共に、その段部8aの前方が軸心側に傾斜して設けられている。(傾斜部8b)
またクリップ取付け部7には、突出部7a前方の上部に射出成形のためのゲート部9が突出している。なお設計寸法上の制約があるが、T字状上部に凹部を設けて、ゲート部が上部から突出しないように設けることも可能である。

クリップ2を固定する際に、係合突部5が軸体の係合溝の傾斜部8bに押圧されることで係合突部5が弾性的に拡開されて軸体の係合溝8に係合され、さらに係合突部の段部5aが係合溝の段部8aに係合されて、突出部7aが切り込み部2aに嵌合する。また係合突部5の下面に傾斜部5bが施されたことによって、係合初期段階で係合突部5が軸体の係合溝8に容易に係合可能となる。
またクリップの基部4上部の内側がゲート部9と干渉しないように凹部6が設けられている。

以上のように、本発明は係合突部5が弾性的に拡開されて軸体の係合溝8に係合され、さらに係合突部の段部5aが係合溝の段部8aに係合されて、クリップ2が軸体1に対してほぼ圧入のかからない状態で装着でき、且つ抜出不可となされる。またクリップの基部4上部の内側がゲート部9と干渉しないように設けられることでクリップの損傷が防止される。
なおクリップが金属板のプレス加工品や不透明な樹脂成形品の場合には、クリップの基部上部の内側にゲート部が程々に干渉してキズを生じても外観上の問題はない。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、軸体にクリップを手作業で容易に取付けることができ、且つ無理な圧入のかからない状態で確実に固定できるので外観不良や固定部の破損などの問題が発生するのを防止できる。
またクリップが透明な樹脂成形品の場合に、クリップの基部上部の内側がゲート部と干渉しないように設けられることでキズ等の発生がなく、外観上の問題がない。
