Claims (19)
- 1つの環および複数の小葉を含む弁組織で構成された心臓弁の機能を改善する装置であって、
心臓弁の第1の側に当接される形状をした第1のループ形支持部と、
前記第1の側と反対側の心臓弁の第2の側に当接する形状をした第2のループ形支持部とを含み、弁組織の一部が第1および第2のループ形支持部の間に挟持され、
第1のループ形支持部の一端が連結部品を介して第2のループ形支持部の一端に連結され、第1および第2のループ形支持部と連結部品とがコイル形状を形成しており、
前記連結部品は、前記装置を心臓弁へ挿入した後に第2のループ形支持部の端部からの第1のループ形支持部の端部の連結を解除するために、第1および第2のループ形支持部に取外し可能に取付けられている装置。 - 第1および第2のループ形支持部が別々の部材であり、弁組織と係合する状態に挿入されたときに連結されるように構成されている請求項1に記載された装置。

- 前記第1および第2のループ形支持部が前記固定具を受入れて通す穴を含んでいる請求項15に記載された装置。
- 第1および第2のループ形支持部が弁組織と最初に係合される時、それぞれのループ形支持部と弁組織との間の摩擦を減じるために前記第1および第2のループ形支持部の少なくとも一方に除去可能材料を含み、前記材料は弁組織に弁を固定する間に摩擦を高めるために除去可能である請求項1から請求項16までのいずれか一項に記載された装置。
