Description
また、かかる構成によれば、第1シール部と第2シール部とを弁体の離接方向に直列配置する場合に比して、該離接方向の長さを短くして弁装置の小型化を図ることができる、あるいは、同一サイズの弁装置であれば離接方向のストロークを稼ぐことができる。
上記流体用開閉弁装置においては、上流圧と下流圧との差圧が所定圧以上の高圧ガスが流通する流体流路に設けられるものであってもよい。
上記流体用開閉弁装置は、前記流体流路に設けられる逆止弁,開閉弁,主止弁、調圧弁のいずれかであってもよい。
具体的には、前記第1シール部はゴム,樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなり、前記第2シール部は樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなるものとすることができる。
なお、本発明の流体用開閉弁装置において、前記複数のシール部のうち、相対的に硬度が小なるシール部はゴム,樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなり、相対的に硬度が大なるシール部は樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなるものでもよい。また、本発明の流体用開閉弁装において、前記第1シール部はゴム,樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなり、前記第2シール部は樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなるものでもよい。
さらに、本発明の流体用開閉弁装置は、上流圧と下流圧との差圧が所定圧以上の高圧ガスが流通する流体流路に設けられるものでもよい。そして、かかる流体用開閉弁装置は、前記流体流路に設けられる逆止弁でもよい。

Claims (8)
- 弁座部と、該弁座部に離接して流体通路の上流側通路と下流側通路とを連通・封鎖する弁体と、を備えると共に、該弁体が前記弁座部との間をシールする第1シール部と該第1シール部よりも硬度が大なる第2シール部とを有する、流体用開閉弁装置であって、
前記弁座部に対する前記弁体の離接方向と、前記流体通路の上流側通路から導入される流体の流れ方向とが交差しており、且つ、
前記第1シール部と前記第2シール部とが、前記弁体の離接方向と直交する方向に互いに並列に配置されており、
前記流体通路の上流側通路と下流側通路との差圧によって前記流体通路が封鎖される場合において、
前記差圧が所定値未満であるときは、前記第1シール部が前記弁座部に密着して前記流体通路が封鎖される一方、
前記差圧が前記所定値以上であるときは、前記弁座部に密着している第1シール部が前記差圧により圧縮変形するとともに、前記第2シール部が前記弁座部に密着して前記流体通路が封鎖される、流体用開閉弁装置。 - 前記弁体の一部が前記第2シール部を構成している、請求項1に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。
- 前記第1シール部の前記弁座部に密着する端面から該弁座部までの距離が、前記第2シール部の前記弁座部に密着する端面から該弁座部までの距離よりも短い、請求項1に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。
- 圧縮変形した前記第1シール部に対して復元力を与える復元手段が設けられている、請求項1に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。
- 前記弁座部は、弁座部本体と該弁座部本体よりも軟質の弁座側シール部とを備えてなり、
該弁座側シール部は前記第1シール部と対向する位置に設けられている、請求項1に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。 - 前記第1シール部はゴム,樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなり、
前記第2シール部は樹脂又は金属のいずれかよりなる、請求項1に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。 - 上流圧と下流圧との差圧が所定圧以上の高圧ガスが流通する流体流路に設けられるものである、請求項1に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。
- 前記流体流路に設けられる逆止弁,開閉弁,主止弁、調圧弁のいずれかである、請求項7に記載の流体用開閉弁装置。
