Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention comprises a luggage compartment that can be opened and closed by a trunk lid at the rear of the vehicle.vehicleThis relates to the structure of the rear luggage compartment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a trunk room that is opened and closed by a trunk lid has been formed at the rear of the vehicle, and there has already been a structure configured to divide the space in this trunk room and divide the luggage into separate storage spaces. Have been invented (see JP-A-7-315131, JP-A-6-33742).
[0003]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-31513 discloses a back storage unit in which a slit is formed in a rear panel constituting a rear side wall of a trunk room, and a winding device is provided in the side wall of the trunk room on the back side of the slit. One end of the foldable back is fixed to the winding device described above, and one locking portion is formed at the other end of the back, and the other locking for locking the one locking portion. A portion is provided on the inner surface of the trunk room, and separate articles are stored or stored in the inside and outside of the bag in the trunk room.
[0004]
In this conventional structure, by providing a bag so-called bag in the trunk room, there is an advantage that the inside of the trunk room is partitioned into the bag and the bag outside, and separate articles can be stored in these spaces, respectively. There was a problem that the deep bottom trunk corresponding to the spare tire pan could not be effectively used.
[0005]
Also,In the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-33742, a partition wall for partitioning the trunk room and the passenger compartment is provided at a position separated from the rear seat by a predetermined dimension, and the partition wall is attached to the rear floor so as to be able to rotate forward. When the partition wall is erected and locked to the rear support by the lock device, a space is formed between the seat back of the rear seat and the partition wall, and luggage is stored in this space.
[0006]
In this conventional apparatus, the inside of the trunk room can be used as a relatively wide space by standing-locking or forward-falling the partition wall, or,There is an advantage that the trunk room is divided into front and rear by a partition wall, and there is an advantage that it can be used as a total of two spaces divided into front and rear, but the deep bottom trunk corresponding to the spare tire pan cannot be effectively used, so the height However, there is a problem that it is difficult to separately use a plurality of different cargo compartments.
[0007]

[0022]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The drawings show the rear luggage compartment structure of the vehicle. In FIGS. 1 to 4, the rear surface of the rear floor 1 of the general surface has a recessed deep bottom having a stepped surface 2 that is stepped down from the floor height of the general surface. A trunk 3 is formed, a first cargo chamber 4 is formed on the rear floor 1 of the above-described general surface, and a second cargo chamber 5 is formed between the step-down surface 2 and the general surface.
[0023]
At the rear of the deep trunk 3 mentioned above,A rear bumper 7 is attached via a rear end panel 6 that extends in the vehicle width direction.,As shown also in FIG. 4, rear seats 9 and 9 divided by the rear center console 8 are attached.
[0024]
The rear seat 9 has a seat cushion 10 and left and right seat backs 11 that can be tilted on the seat cushion 10. The rear surfaces of the left and right seat backs 11 are metal bulkheads 12 shown in FIGS. Is held by.

[0025]
The above-described bulkhead 12 is,As shown in FIG.,It has substantially triangular trunk-through openings 12a, 12b, 12c so as to correspond to the left and right seat backs 11, 11 arranged side by side and the rear seat center member 14 located in the middle thereof. Gusset 12d, 12e as a reinforcing part formed between the parts 12a, 12c, 12b is provided.
[0026]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG.,A rear package member 16 is provided so as to correspond to the lower end portion of the rear window glass 15. The rear package member 16 includes an outer member 17 and an inner member 18 and extends in the vehicle width direction.
[0027]
Also,A trunk lid 19 is provided to open and close the luggage compartments 4 and 5 (so-called trunk rooms). The trunk lid 19 has a trunk reinforcement 20 and a trunk inner panel 21. The trunk lid 19 is opened and closed with the front side of the vehicle body as a fulcrum.
[0028]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG.,A metal rear package 22 extending in a substantially horizontal direction is provided between the upper end of the above-described bulkhead 12 and the front joint portion of both members 17 and 18 in the rear package member 16. The rear package 22 is separate from the bulkhead 12, but is schematically shown in the drawing. A cross member 23 extending in the vehicle width direction is attached between the lower surface of the rear package 22 and the rear surface of the bulkhead 12 as necessary.
[0029]
On the rear floor 1, the partition member 24 (so-called partition member) for switching between the form in which the cargo compartments 4 and 5 are continuous (see FIG. 6) and the form in which the cargo compartments 4 and 5 are at least vertically partitioned (see FIG. 7). ).
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the partition member 24 is provided so as to be openable and closable via hinges 26, 26 with respect to a hinge plate 25 attached in the vehicle width direction immediately before the deep bottom trunk 3. The partition member 24 includes a main partition plate 27 located in the middle portion and sub-partition plates 28 and 28 located on the left and right sides.
[0031]
That is, the partition member 24 has a size corresponding to the upper end opening of the deep trunk 3 and is divided into 3 parts on the main partition plate 27 covering the top of the deep trunk 3 and the left and right sub-partition plates 28 and 28. It is divided.
[0032]
The above-mentioned sub partition plate 28 is,Both ends of the main partition plate 27 are connected via a hinge 29 so as to be opened and closed.
Here, a hook 30 as a locking means is attached to the free end side intermediate portion of the main partition plate 27 (see the upper end side intermediate portion in FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0033]
Similarly, hooks 31 and 31 as locking means are also attached to the free end side intermediate portion (see the left end side or right end side intermediate portion in FIGS. 2 and 3) of the above-described sub partition plates 28 and 28. .
[0034]
further,The sub partition plate 28 is provided with a notch 28 a that prevents interference with the tire house 32.

[0036]
In this case, the first cargo compartment 4 is partitioned by the partition plates 27 and 28 over the entire width in the vehicle width direction, and the partitioned front chamber 4A is set as a secret box, so this secret box (refer to the front chamber 4A). ) Corresponding package C can be stored.
[0037]
Also,After the hooks 30, 31, 31 are removed, the left and right sub-partition plates 28, 28 are folded so as to overlap the rear-side surface of the main partition plate 27. 28 can be bent forward or backward integrally with the hinge 26 as a fulcrum.
[0038]
When the partition plates 27, 28, 28 described above are tilted forward with the hinge 26 as a fulcrum, as shown in FIG.,The form which makes the 1st loading chamber 4 and the 2nd loading chamber 5 continue (or communicates) is obtained.
In this case, for example,As shown by the phantom lines in the figure, a total of two loads D, D such as a Samsonite trunk can be stored.
[0039]
On the other hand, when the partition plates 27, 28, 28 described above are tilted backward with the hinge 26 as a fulcrum, the cargo compartments 4, 5 are partitioned vertically as shown in FIG. , 28, and 28, the form which covers the upper part of the 2nd loading chamber 5 is obtained.
[0040]
In this case, for example,As shown by the phantom line in the figure, the inside of the first cargo compartment 4 is stored inside the second cargo compartment 5 with boxes (tool boxes, etc.) that may be taken out and luggage E such as dirt. Can store a relatively large load F.
[0041]
further,From the state of the partition member 24 shown in FIG.,For example, the left seat back 11 is tilted forward, and the first luggage compartment 4 and the compartment 36 communicate with each other through the trunk-through opening 12a of the bulkhead 12 as shown in FIGS. As a result, a space that continues in the front-rear direction is formed in the order of the vehicle compartment 36, the opening 12a, and the first luggage compartment 4.,For example, a long luggage G such as a ski or snowboard can be stored.
[0042]
The embodiment in which the vehicle compartment 36 and the first cargo compartment 4 are continued in the front-rear direction through the trunk-through opening provided in the bulkhead 12 is not limited to the embodiment shown in FIG. Each mode is shown in FIG.
[0043]
That is, the mode shown in FIG.,fulcrumOnly the rear seat center member 14 is tilted on the rear center console 8 with the portion 13 as the center, and the vehicle compartment 36 and the first cargo compartment 4 are continuous in the front-rear direction via the opening 12c of the bulkhead 12. is there.
[0044]
In addition to the continuous mode of FIG. 10, the mode shown in FIG. 11 tilts the left seat back 11 onto the seat cushion 10 on the same side and connects the vehicle compartment 36 via the openings 12 c and 12 a of the bulkhead 12. The first luggage compartment 4 is continuous in the front-rear direction.
[0045]
12, the rear seat center member 14 is held in a closed state, while the left and right seat backs 11 and 11 are tilted on the seat cushions 10 and 10, respectively, so that the openings 12a and 12b of the bulkhead 12 are opened. The vehicle compartment 36 and the first luggage compartment 4 are made to continue in the front-rear direction.
[0046]
In addition, when the left and right seat backs 11 and 11 and the rear seat center member 14 are all tilted forward, the vehicle compartment 36 and the first cargo compartment 4 are passed through all the openings 12a, 12b and 12c of the bulkhead 12. Can be continuous (or communicated) in the front-rear direction.
[0047]
in this way,The vehicle rear luggage compartment structure of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 12 is a vehicle rear cargo compartment structure in which a cargo compartment is formed in the rear part of the vehicle, and has a general floor (see rear floor 1) height. A first loading chamber 4 formed on the upper surface, and a second loading chamber 5 formed on the stepped-down surface 2 lowered from the floor height of the general surface. A partition member 24 is provided for switching between a continuous form (see FIG. 6) and a form (see FIG. 7) in which the cargo compartments 4 and 5 are partitioned at least vertically.
[0048]
According to this configuration, the first cargo compartment 4 and the second cargo compartment 5 (the cargo compartment with the deep trunk 3 corresponding to the spare tire pan) are made continuous by switching the partition member 24 (see FIG. 6). ) And a form (see FIG. 7) that is partitioned into a first cargo compartment 4 and a second cargo compartment 5 in the vertical direction.
[0049]
As a result, depending on the size, quantity, etc. of the articles such as luggage D, E, F stored in the luggage compartments 4 and 5, a plurality of luggage compartments having different heights can be used separately, which greatly improves usability. improves.
[0050]
The partition member 24 is configured to partition the luggage compartment (see the first luggage compartment 4) in the front-rear direction.
According to this configuration, when the cargo compartment 4 is divided forward and backward by the partition member 24, an independent cargo compartment 4A (secret box) can be formed in addition to the normal cargo compartment 4B. Corresponding luggage C can be stored in 4A).
[0051]
Further, the partition member 24 partitions the first cargo chamber 4 into the front chamber 4A and the rear chamber 4B, and communicates the rear chamber 4B with the second cargo chamber 5 (see FIG. 1). It is comprised so that it may select to the form (refer FIG. 7) which covers the upper part of the cargo compartment 5 of this.
[0052]
According to this configuration, as shown in FIG.,When the first loading chamber 4 is divided into the front chamber 4A and the rear chamber 4B by the partition member 24 and the rear chamber 4B and the second loading chamber 5 are communicated with each other, the front chamber 4A can be set as a secret box. It is possible to store a high load in the space between the rear chamber 4 </ b> B and the second cargo chamber 5 that can communicate with each other vertically.
[0053]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7 by the partition member 24 described above, when the upper portion of the second cargo compartment 5 is covered, the luggage E such as an object that may be taken out or a dirty thing is brought into the second cargo compartment 5. Can be stored in the first luggage compartment 4, and a normal baggage F can be stored. For example, it is possible to handle the baggage D, E, and F according to the nature of the baggage, thereby improving usability.
[0054]
In addition, the front of the luggage compartment 4 is configured to communicate with the interior of the compartment 36, and a second partition member (a seat back 11 in the rear seat 9, The rear seat center member 14 is provided).
[0055]
According to this configuration, when the luggage compartment 4 and the interior of the compartment 36 are communicated with each other via the second partition member (see the respective elements 11 and 14), the trunk through mode as shown in FIG. A scale (see luggage G) can be stored.
[0056]
The second partition member is set to a seat (see the seat back 11 of the rear seat 9) that is attached to be tiltable with respect to the vehicle body.
According to this configuration, when the seat 9 (especially the seat back 11) is tilted, the luggage compartment 4 and the interior of the passenger compartment 36 communicate with each other and the trunk through mode is established. can do.
[0057]
Further, the second partition member is set to a seat intermediate member (see rear seat center member 14) provided to be tiltable between a plurality of rear seats 9, 9 arranged in parallel in the vehicle width direction.

Objects (see luggage G) can be stored.
[0058]
In addition, a reinforcing member (see the bulkhead 12) is disposed between the vehicle compartment 36 and the cargo compartment 4.
According to this configuration, it is possible to achieve both improvement in vehicle body rigidity by the reinforcing member (see the bulkhead 12) and ease of use of the luggage compartment.
[0059]
The reinforcing member (see the bulkhead 12) includes openings 12a, 12b, 12c corresponding to the seat backs 11, 11 of the rear seats 9, 9 arranged side by side and the seat intermediate portion (see the rear seat center member 14). And a reinforcing part (see gussets 12d and 12e) formed between the openings 12a, 12c and 12b.
[0060]
According to this configuration, since the reinforcing portions (see gussets 12d and 12e) exist between the trunk through openings 12a to 12c, the reinforcing member (see the bulkhead 12) itself and the rigidity of the vehicle body are secured. On the other hand, the opening 12a, 12b, 12c improves usability of the luggage compartment (however, in the case of trunk-through, a part of the compartment 36 is included).
[0061]
FIG. 13 shows another embodiment of the rear luggage compartment structure of the vehicle. In the previous embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the hook 30 is used as the locking means. In this embodiment shown in FIG. An engagement hole 18 a for engaging the pin 37 is formed in the inner member 18 of the rear package member 16 using a locking device 38 having a pin 37.
[0062]
In FIG. 13, the pin type locking device 38 is attached only to the main partition plate 27, and the hook type locking device is attached to the sub partition plate 28. However, all the three locking devices are all of the pin type. Of course, it may be formed with the locking device 38.
[0063]
Even in this configuration, the other configuration, operation, and effects are almost the same as those of the previous embodiment. Therefore, in FIG. 13, the same reference numerals are given to the same parts as in the previous drawings, and detailed description thereof is omitted. To do.
[0064]
FIG. 14 shows still another embodiment of the rear luggage compartment structure of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the left and right seat backs 11, 11 in the rear seat 9 are divided into 6: 4 and between the left and right seat backs 11, 11. Is provided with a rear seat armrest 39 that can be tilted on the seat cushion 10. When the armrest 39 is tilted forward as shown by a solid line in FIG. The cargo compartment 4 is configured to communicate with the front-rear direction.
[0065]
In the rear seat 9 as well, the left and right seat backs 11 and 11 are configured to tilt independently on the seat cushion 10. Even in this configuration, the other configurations, operations, and effects are almost the same as those of the previous embodiment. Therefore, in FIG. Omitted.
[0066]
In the correspondence between the configuration of the present invention and the above-described embodiment,
The second partition member of the present invention corresponds to the seat back 11 of the rear seat 9, the rear seat center member 14, and the rear seat armrest 39,
  Similarly,
The seat intermediate member corresponds to the rear seat center member 14,
The reinforcing member corresponds to the bulkhead 12,
The reinforcement part corresponds to the gussets 12d and 12e,
The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment.
